Value for money stay near Niagara Falls

Even though it's an old motel, it has all necessary facilities. Room is good enough to occupy 4 people in 2 queens bedroom. 10mins from Niagara falls. Cheaper than staying close to goat Island.

Rooms were recently updated. Close to everything. They even gave us adjoining rooms, which was very helpful.

Walls were thin. We could hear everything from the room next door.

It's a typical motel, nothing special. Car parking is available and for free exactly in front of your room.

It took so long to get hot water as the motel has not too many guests. A bit far from Niagara Falls and Park, so it's better to have your own car.

Moonlite Motel rocks! ie its solid, great value, quiet

We stayed at Moonlite motel based on previous reviews. A good choice. I’m picky on rooms smelling musty, moldy etc. My room was quite fine for no smell. I could open a window with a partial narrow screen to get fresh air into the room. Good bakery two minute walk from Moonlite. Recommend whip cream filled chocolate glazed. Denny’s across street from bakery. McDonald’s about 7 min walk from Moonlite motel. I used Uber from Buffalo airport to Moonlite due to difficulty of parking near Niagara Falls and very high cost of rental cars these days. Approx 25 min ride. I am happy to stay at Moonlite motel in the future. I appreciated the attentiveness and care of the owners with their lovely classic 1950’s style Niagara motel.

Friendly and courteous. I had never stayed in a hotel with no one in the office. The man manager was amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was not being able to get to the ice machine and the office having inconvenient times.

Great bang for your buck

Great price, great staff clean sizable rooms, if u have a baby that crawls around they do use carpet dye but other than that lovely place to stay

They dont have a coffee machine in the room, and the binder says breakfast included but host informed me that they havent had them for almost 3 years

Great for families with young children. Cute, comfortable and clean.

Just what I was looking for - a cute, clean motel with a nice pool area.

Just FYI, you need to request cleaning service, fresh towels etc. They keep out of your room unless asked to service it for reasons relating to the pandemic. Be prepared with your own shampoos and such, the motel doesn't provide much in the way of toiletries.

It was definitely worth the price. We had the pool all to ourselves during the day. It was amazing. When we go back again, we will stay during the week as it was so quiet. Friday night it was packed and some customers were loud and rude. .

Everything was great. Clean room, property well maintained. Eddie was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Better pillows. They were rock hard, so sleep was not that great.

A gem of a hotel. Comfortable stay. Near Niagara Falls. Friendly owners. Great pool

Wonderful Staff: family run motel. I was welcomed and explained everything I needed to know about visiting the Niagara Falls Park. The pool was very clean and refreshing. My room was comfortable, equipped with microwave and fridge, hairdryer and comfortable king bed. Clear tv. and excellent wifi. Near shopping of every kind. And near the Falls.

The motel is on a main drag...Niagara Falls Boulevard., so I heard the swish of the cars at most hours. Except in the middle of the night. This is not the fault of the motel. Travelers should know this fact. However the sound of the cars became a lullaby for me; knowing the cars were going somewhere fun.

Very uncomfortable and was bugs on the bed and bathroom and there was peoples hair in the bathtub .

They discontinued the breakfast but it’s didn’t show their website

The attitude of the office lady. We drove 8 and half hours from Virginia and we have 6 people in our van and 2 of them was going to stay my cousins house at Amherst,ny. We were 4 including a 4 years old and a 5 months old infant-which we made the 2 beds reservation for but as soon as I pulled in the front desk Clark jumped on me without any greetings that she can’t rent the the room to us if we all stayed there and can’t give my refund the day she already charged $239.00 !! I explained to her that we made the reservations for 4 of us and we could stay in our cousins also but since we have a little baby and need our own privacy that’s why we are staying in the motel but the lady took my card information and warned me that she’s going to keep her eyes on me if we’re more than 4 and will charge me! She had no idea what is customer service and should not be at the front.

Good

Marlena and Eddie were so helpful and accommodating. Our stay was comfortable and the price was reasonable. The motel was close to everything and you could walk to the different restaurants or take a quick ride. We enjoyed our time there and even had the pool to ourselves.
