Almost acceptable..but it is undarstandable

I did not take the brakfast The place is too alone and the staff were disappeared.

The attention..and in some cases the noise for the people generates unsafe room.

Do not rent from Oyo f*** them how comfy were the beds how satisfied were you with your room how do

Well to begin with it was a nasty room it had no plugins no Outlets that were able to use at all not one Outlet was had electricity the TV didn't work the water faucet did not work let me see what else the staff was rude disrespectful and very very rude

I didn't like the state of the room I didn't like the holes in the blankets I didn't like the the staff's attitude the no Wi-Fi there was absolutely no Wi-fi it was absolutely no TV none of the outlets work so I could not charge my phone my laptop nor anything else all in all it was a nightmare of a trip

Strange and indifferent hostess nearly didn’t stay there.

I really liked the restaurant across the street is open at 5:30 am with delicious mexican food at affordable prices with different specials each day. The migas with bisteak for $7.95 is a great deal while adding a tender marinated steak to the migas plate for only one extra dollar. The kind humble cleaning staff Kendrick and his wife were very apologetic to me about the lack of room choice with fridge and microwave and about the tv didn’t have a functioning remote control. They were also very inspiring with good words of hope and faith. They also reminded me that I am a great person too. They said they hoped I would come back and stay sometime and I liked to leave there on a good note with friendly people.

I didn’t like the sign in the window said no rooms available when I then found at least three rooms available. The first had the microwave and fridge stacked outside the room and I was told I couldn’t move those into the room. So I asked for a different room and was told there was only one room which had only one tv channel spectrum news. Two days later I found the tv had other channels but I could only change the channel by hand on the tv. I looked up the tv model and found why the remote doesn’t configure to the tv is because there are some type of hospitality mode locks which must be unlocked before the remote will be able to configure to the tv. I was told the cable guy couldn’t configure the remote to operate the tv after many attempts. I figured out how to do it quickly but I don’t have the equipment or codes to disable the hospitality mode locks to allow programming the new remote control. In addition to the broke tv remote, the room was on a scary blind corner hidden from view of the parking lot with a strange hidden alleyway next to it along an ugly barbed wire fence filled with rubbish trash. If I was a lone female I wouldn’t feel comfortable there at all, I’d be afraid of being robbed or kidnapped. I wasn’t totally comfortable staying there myself but I have lived in urban areas and been through many big city downtown street areas and bus stations.

This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had, and we've lived in 3rd world countries.

It was all terrible.

There were broken down cars in the parking lot. The top sheet had what looked like blood specks on it. When the sheet was pulled back there were cigarette holes and rips throughout the comforters. The pillows were stained and completely misshapen. Several things were broken and in bad shape. Parts of the room had not been cleaned, including mucous on the bathroom wall. We chose to find another hotel.

I like that my car was outside my room door..

The bed was very uncomfortable, i reserved 2rooms and we found bedbugs, my son's blankets smelled like piss which was rat piss cause there was a rat in the room, toilet was broke on seat. It was the worst ever!!!

it was near so many fast food places , 15 minutes away from all the tourists activities

blankets were too dirty and rip , restroom door didn’t close+ door to enter our room didn’t have a safety lock and all the cool air would leave under the door.

Booking needs to remove this Oyo location from their listings.

easy access location, close to a major grocery store and a subway shop.

It was very old and run down. The sheets and towels were clean, but the walls and the fixtures and everything else was dingy, streaked and stained. The toilet leaked and “housekeeping” consisted of someone coming and taking our dirty towels but not replacing them with new ones—so we had no more hand towels for the rest of our stay. They also took the bag of trash out of the one trash can and placed it on the floor next to the can and put a new bag in, but never removed the trash from our room. I am thankful our room had hard floors so we didn’t have to contend with old carpet. We left early.

Average, but ive had worse from better hotels. at least the water was super hot.

The price was great, the water got super hot how I like it.

for some reason most hotels ive been at have terrible ac units. mine was kind of loud. I have had better beds and pillows, but ive also had worse. so it wasnt bad.

It was not a good stay at all, only convent to have a roof over my head for the time being 😢

The location was decent with it being 15-20 minutes from all the activities I wanted to do over the weekend.

It was nothing like the pictures at all and the staff didn’t make me feel welcomed at all when I showed up Friday night. The lady was rude when I showed up, told me the deposit was cash only which was not mentioned and I only had a card. Which made no sense cause she ran my card for the payment & then realized she’d have to run my card for the deposit as well ( I got there about 11:30 pm). It was extremely hot in the room and took at least 24 hours to cool off. The tub was horrible and peeling, the light over the sink didn’t work, the mirror was on the floor, the bed was hard. I booked a room with 2 beds and it only had one. It just was not what I was expecting at all, I’m extremely disappointed

Didn't sleep peacefully!

The lady was nice and didn't charge me an extra 50 deposit for incase there's damages. Which I might add that it didn't have on the website but it's there when you check in.

Charges extra after i had already payed what was warranted on the website, no ice on weekends, no too lock on the door, had to use a towel or a shirt to keep the door closed to the restroom. Oh yeah and had to use our phones to watch TV cuz the previous people took the HDMI cable. Talked to the girl that checked me and told her what was up so they won't think I took that cable. She said the manager wasn't there and she would tell the and after being there for 3 days and 2 night no one came. Also no local phone or line to call front desk.

Wifi issues and it was located farther than I expected from the Riverwalk and attractions.
