Don't stay here !

I didn't like anything, the room was dirty, had a very unpleasant smell, the TV was not working, the sink faucet was broken and the safety lock from the door was broken as well.

The staff didn't know the system and they want me to charge twice, since I pay on the booking.com website, I was there until the manager came 15 minutes later, and tell them how to proceed. it was really bad service.

Room was roomy, bed was comfortable good price .

Property was fine, building could use some TLC

They did a great job cleaning room before me. But use to strong of a disinfectant room smelled like cleaning solution far into the night.

We won't be back.

The location was convenient and close to the freeway.

The rooms were not very clean. While the bathrooms seemed clean and the beds in general looked fine, some pillowcases were stained, the carpets were grimy, and one room had a filthy microwave. When we mentioned the rooms' condition to the staff, we were told that they were fine and dismissed.

It was ok for just a place to sleep for the night.

The manager was pleasant and helpful.

The security latch was missing so only the deadbolt was available to lock the door. The pillows were bulky. No car chargers nearby other than a other hotels for paying customers.

Mattresses weren't very comfortable. Bedding was a bit itchy. A/C had a hard time keeping things cool during the day.

Breakfast was not available only juice and coffee

Construction going on, luckily we stayed on a weekend.

Would not choose this place again. I paid way too much for a dirty room.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Even though the property is right by the freeway, there was no freeway noise.

I reserved a room with 2 beds as I thought my daughter was going to come with me, she didn't. When I turned down the covers to get in bed it was clear that these sheets had already been slept in. There was something that looked like sand, as well as male body hair. Parts of the room have not been dusted in months, and the room needed a good vacuuming. There was no supervisor on property as it was Sunday morning when I came to make my complaint. The front desk girl acted appropriately appalled and apologized. Thankfully the second bed in the room appeared to be clean.

Public spaces very dirty and worn out. Terrible security--the keyed security door could not be closed. The room was not cleaned well.

Could use a remodel but dog friendly

Extremely comfortable bed, dog friendly, friendly staff. Perfect for a one night stay while visiting the parks. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Carpet had a lot of stains. Property felt outdated.

There was no breakfast due to covid they had coffee/juice. The pool wasn't busy so it was nice to not have a lot of people in at the same time the room was clean. The customer service was great

Website clearly shows breakfast is included. It is not, which is frustrating since this is one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

No elevator, pool looked murky, room smells a bit smoky.

Disappointing

It’s located near interstate 15.

The room had hair on the bathroom floor and opened soap containers. We were on the first floor and could hear children running, jumping and playing in the room above us and in the hallways outside our door. No breakfast even though other hotels we stayed at had either a bag breakfast or buffet.

Dated and Dirty

The place was old and dated and dirty! Paid a pet fee and honestly the carpet in our room was filthy. A 4 lb dog couldn’t have done anything! No food offered at all - not even a brown bag to go breakfast. Rest of our trip was spent in Best Westerns. Full breakfast, no pet fee and sparkling clean. Won’t book ABVI again.

Comfy but noisy and a outdated (some things not so clean).

The beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Everything that is happening above you is super noisy. The walls are thin you can hear almost all the conversations from the neighbors in the next room. There was a dog barking in a room non stop a couple rooms down. The shower had green buildup and was just basically one stream in the center and did not adjust (very warn out). The carpet was pretty gross), and I am far from a clean freak. Bring ear plugs.
