It was cheap

Well the staff were nice. The bed was comfortable enough.

The air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust broken knobs etc. It was a little grubby but really only because of the passage of time since the fixtures were put in presumably in the 1960s.

Very good

Very roomy like an efficiency apartment. Had full size refrigerator and stove. A.c. worked perfectly. Had front and rear entrances. Good tv and sitting table. Hot water was hot. Karen in the office is exceptional and was very kind and helpful.

No ice machine.

Fabulous Desert Getaway

Five star service for essentially a budget hotel. The manager is super accommodating with your requests and cleaning lady is thorough. Treated like royalty with my annual visits. Amazing how quiet my stays here. Gratitude and see you down the road.

All good, no complaints.

Quite surprised! Will stay here again!

Great staff! Karen helped us so much! Always smiling! Karen checked us in, hooked us up with all the things we needed, pool towels, ice, coffee, etc! Was surprised with the room! Very spacious, clean, comfortable! Would definitely come back!

Older hotels are almost always a work in progress. This hotel is getting better and better!

Close to shopping plazas

Even if you cannot find much to visit in Yuma, this place is cheap and authentic, not far from the main plazas. Check in at 15, clean room even if a bit worn out, garden in common, good fridge and cooking stuffs. Bathroom pretty small but clean and tidy.

Road closed to reach the motel.

I wish someone didnt steal medicine

I did like the quitness there were bo cleaning my room, except for twice and i had a bag full of my medicine in on counterand when I came back my my medicine was gone that medicine was vey important to me and my life i dont understand why she move my bag of medicine when there were plenty other bags that were left untouched why didnt she move those bages the pool was dirty the a/c service was need more tv channels. And so now I am out of my medicine and there will be while before my doctor give then back to me

my medicine was stolen

We would do a return stay once the construction is done.

The upgrades to the existing structure were very nice.

The AC in the room was not turned on. The room was extremely hot. it took time to cool down to a comfortable temp. The outside grounds had cigarette butts on them. The construction directly in front of the driveway was a major deterrent. It was very difficult to access the facility.

Bang For Your Buck

Awesome experience for my one week stay. This is a budget hotel that was affordable, clean, and friendly. I extended my stay one night due to a car startup issue and the nice lady at front desk offered me discounted rate in line to my weekly rate. I am very appreciative to the act of kindness. The WiFi is reliable, the full kitchen and patio provides a home feeling, and no excessive noise that is common in two and three star hotels. Very satisfied and will return down the road. Thank You!

1. Had to call someone to register me who was not located on site. 2. Had to call someone for my exit; 3. Bottom line: you need a receptionist on the premises.

Payed $58 not worth it.

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. They said they were renovating but it seemed more like updating the plumbing.

The rooms were very outdated but not in a cool retro way. The area of the motel itself is questionable. Its clean enough to not have bed bugs if that helps. The toilet backed up on the first flush and I only went #1.

If you are just looking for a cheap place to spend the night this is it.

Very economic and quiet place to spend the night. I had a family emergency so drove out there, worked from my laptop during the day that crossed the border.

The place was very dirty, how water did not work, I arrived around 9pm there was no staff to assist. We had to wait 20 min for someone to help, staff was very unprofessional with just a muscle shirt. We found 2 dirty tissues on my bed. Bed sheets and pillow covers were stained. The carpet was super stained as well. And yea our window door curtains were a little see through.

The room smelled like pee. I think it was the carpet it look extremely dirty. As soon as I walked into the room it was extremely humid and hot. The beds would shake if you moved around. AC was facing right next to one of the beds. I waited 20 min for someone to help me check in. And then next day when I was checking out I was in the middle of an arrest with under cover police with guns and everything seemed out of a movie.
