Nice comfortable hotel but impossible to find with the highway construction going on.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate.

There was construction on the highway that passes the hotel and the exit was closed. We spent 30-40 minutes wandering around Rexberg before we were able to locate the hotel. It didn't help that we arrived after dark and after 10 hours on the road,

Nice hotel with a great breakfast

Breakfast was fantastic. Very nice motel for the money.

I was unable to connect to the Internet in my third-floor room. The pool and spa were ice-cold.

Adequate for our purposes and this was one of the better breakfasts in our travels.

Breakfast was suitable and good. Freshly cooked bacon and eggs with waffles was tasty and good. Beds were comfortable and the cooling system was just right. Fridge in the room was very helpful. Hotel is a minute from the highway...easy access.

Hallways were littered with little pieces of paper and such. Distraction to the good rooms. Lots of stations on the DIRECTV service made it hard to find our favorite programs. Would be nice if there was a short printed directory.

Disappointing, it did not meet our expectations

I’m a hotel girl, but this was rough for me. It was clean. I am OCD about clean so that was nice. The sheets were crisp and the heater worked great.

The receptionist berated me for checking in after 10pm which is weird because my reservation was non-refundable. She wasn’t super mean but just pointed out how it was an inconvenience. I used 3 pillows and wow, i wished I would’ve just brought my own. Hubs didn’t sleep at all because of the bed. I could also hear anyone and everyone outside my door. At one point i even thought housekeeping was coming in or something because of the noise. No tub, just a shower. With the high reviews i was just really surprised.

Very good

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed Quiet.

Many breakfast items ran out, and I had to bring this to the staffs attention. Once I did, they quickly refilled the items. I feel they should have been on top of this. I had to hunt them down twice. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom.

Great location, friendly staff (management...ehh), quite and clean. Indoor pool open until midnight!

Managments subordinate staff were very friendly. Check in was a breeze. Quiet stay. Convenient location next to the highway, gas station and Applebees. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi were operational, well maintained and available until midnight. Great accommodation, especially if you have little ones you're traveling with.

The rooms electrical system didnt function properly. The lights in the room had a mind of there own. Also, the room lacked hot water for a morning shower. Management was advised during check out . Management expressed little or no concern, implying the lighting issues were due to an operational error on my part. A house cleaning employee did confirm with management, that there was, in fact, an electrical concern in my particular room. Management, also gave no concern about the lack of hot water for morning showers, blaming it on a part that was on back order. Looking back, for an extra 20 dollars, I could have booked with the Hampton Inn which is just a stones throw away.

I wish the property was a little closer to BYUI, but Rexburg isn’t that big. HVAC was a little loud.

Breakfast was good

in-door pool was cold, there was a debate high school group that came in late, they were running the hallways, knocking on our door and being very obnoxious. They took up the dining area from 6-8. The bed was hard and pillow uncomfortable.

Restaurant nearby.

Bought groceries and the mini fridge froze them overnight. No coffee available before 6 am for early risers. Breakfast was fair.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

We loved the rustic decor in the lobby. The breakfast was decent. We enjoyed the pool other than the people drinking beer IN the pool and hot tub.

The water in the shower was cold and would not heat up.
