Very good experience. Would return visit if in area

We brought our dog was glad facility was pet friendly.

Breakfast selection on day 2 was very skimpy. Only had one large towel in room for showers.

Good for the money

Breakfast was good. Room was nice for price.

Door to room didn’t close unless you placed the card in it and allowed the latch to open before closing.

needs lots of TLC

the location was ideal for where we were going for church

rooms were very dirty and the lobby had a terrible smell to it. I found a roach in my room which was very disturbing. my wash cloths had big dark spots on them, and my friends wash cloths had orange stains on them. the carpet was very nasty. the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were pretty good.

I liked that the room was large and cozy.

They could really use an elevator. I have bad knees and had to carry my bags up a long flight of stairs.

Unsatisfied with the service

Property doesn’t have anything to like. It is not clean and sanitized as it should be.

Room wasn’t clean, there was a dust in all Corners around the molding in the room. There was a dead roach. It’s just very dirty feeling and very dark bathrooms.

We were very pleased with the rooms and the staff were especially good. Friendly, outgoing and always wanted to make sure everything was ok.

Coffee was usually cold in the morning...no coffee cups...

Room was never made up for 4 days. This was after requesting the front desk address the issue.

Very friendly, very comfortable room

Staff were very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable

The breakfast buffet was not stocked at all. Enough coffee which was great but breakfast foods /choices were offered but not ordered to serve guests . The pool was not clean to swim it did not smell like chlorine and seemed to not be filtering because there was hair and debris floating.

Friendly staff

Not the fault of the staff, but unfortunately some guests are direspectful of the rules and do smoke in the rooms, so despite the fact that it is non-smoking rooms only, ours had a strong smell of cigarettes. Very annoying. It was the last room available, as it was a busy weekend, so we had no choice.

This was a gross, uncomfortable room that was entirely too expensive for what was offered.

The check-in staff was friendly, but she did not have a mask on, which made me doubt there were any COVID measures in place.

The room was not very clean. The carpet was gross, and the floor squeaked very badly. The people below us must have hated any time we walked on the floor. The sheets were thin and old, the beds were poorly made, so I had to remake the bed myself. The mattress pad underneath was full of holes and just needed to be in the garbage. There was a thin blanket for our top blanket. That simply was not going to be warm enough, but they informed us they had no extra blankets to give out. We had to go across the street and buy blankets. This room was entirely too expensive for the quality. This is by far the worst quality Best Western we have ever stayed in.
