About this apartment rental

This is a very bright apartment with very complete good quality equipment, a large L shape south and west facing balcony and a private garage. You will enjoy the view of the mountains (Bellecôte peak to the south, Beaufortain mountain range to the west), La Plagne ski resort, and the Tarentaise Valley. During winter, you will be directly on the slope departure of "Vanoise Express" (transport connection between Arcs/Peisey Vallandry and La Plagne ski resorts - 425 km of slopes). The slope runs along the apartment building with direct access to the chair lift. This is the departure of many snowshoe hikes. Cross-country skiing is possible 5 km away from the village. During summer, you will be close to the Vanoise National Park and the Beaufortain mountain range. There are several mountain hikes for any level, fauna, flowers, and mountain pastures to visit. You can enjoy the two free public tennis courts, very close to the apartment. The chair lift of Vallandry, opened during summer, gives you access to several mountain biking trails (that you can rent on site). In summer, by taking the Spanish road in Vallandry, you will be 10-15 minutes away by car from the pool of Arcs. Nearby, you will find Peisey-Nancroix, small mountain village that has conserved its character and still has some farms and a Baroque church. During summer, you will find a forest acrobatic park, 105 workshop of which 23 Tyrolean traverse rope, and 8 courses located 5 km away. For children, there are donkey rides in the valley. In the summer, by taking the Spanish road in Vallandry, you will be 10-15 minutes away by car from the pool of Arcs. Lovely location, good size and well equipped apartment, would recommend for a family ski week. Only real improvement needed is the mattress on the double bed is rather thin and hard. After a day on the slopes it would be nice to get a better night sleep. Wouldn’t stop me going back though.

Appartement lumineux avec une très belle vue. Très spacieux pour 4 personnes. Avec pleins de jeux bien sympathiques. Le puzzle nous a permis de nous lancer dans une belle ballade.

Suitable sized apartment for our family of 5, using the roll-out sofa bed. Well equipped and plenty of cupboards for storage made the space very livable. Lovely views to the south and huge balcony to enjoy warm conditions. Check in process very efficient and key drop box allowed us to leave early to beat the traffic home. Spot on.

Wir kennen zahlreiche Appartements in Vallandry, daher finden wir den Mietpreis (auch wenn es Hauptsaison war) für überhöht. Sehr gutes Badezimmer, sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Die Organisation vor Ort durch CIS Immobilier hat wie gewohnt vorzüglich funktioniert. Die Reinigung vor Einzug müsste gründlicher sein.

Logement Idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants mais reste confortable à 6 (nous étions 5, 2 adultes et 3 enfants ). Bien agencé, bien équipé, propre, très ensoleillé avec une belle vue dégagée. Nous avons apprécié la localisation au peid d'une piste bleue après quelques mètres à monter. Nous remercions Madame débat et l'agence pour leurs conseils, souplesse, réactivité et disponibilité. Nous envisageons un 3 ème séjour dans cet appartement.

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement confortable, bien équipé et bénéficiant d'une orientation et d'une vue exceptionnelle. On se sent vraiment chez soi ! Un seul petit bémol, qu'elle est rude la pente pour rejoindre la piste de la forêt, mais il n'y a que quelques mètres.

Séjour à 5 ( 3 adultes et 2 enfants ) période du 03 au 10 Mars 2018 très bon séjour dans cette sympathique petite station appartement agréable avec une très belle vue sur l'ensemble de la vallée très bien situé avec un accès aux pistes très facile ( petite pente de 30m et accès a une piste bleue qui redescend au télésiège principal de Vallandry) endroit très calme une petite touche de décor plus montagne et un lit un peu plus grand dans la chambre principale serait un petit plus je recommande fortement cette station et cette appartement Très très bon contact avec le propriétaire et beaucoup de bons conseils merci encore

Belle location pour 6 personnes. L'agencement intérieur est très bien pensé. Belle cuisine ouverte sur la pièce de vie avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Grande salle de bain. Les 3 zones de couchage sont bien isolées les unes par rapport aux autres. Les matelas sont de bonne qualité. Pas de moquette au sol, c'est parfait. Et surtout le point fort la grande terrasse avec sa superbe vue. Appartement très ensoleillé. Garage pour une voiture. WIFI qui marche bien. Résidence très calme, aucun bruit le matin et le soir. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui a répondu à toutes nos questions.

nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement bien conçu :2 vrais chambres avec bonne literie séparées par la salle de bain dans un petit chalet au calme , skis aux pieds , vue imprenable sur la vallée et les montagne, énorme terrasse.Un must: la présence d'un garage fermé. (assez large et long pour une Audi Q7) Un seul bémol : unique boulangerie à 10minutes à pieds du chalet pour les fainéants que nous sommes mais présence d'une navette bien utile pour le retour "de l'after ski". Explications reçues par les propriétaires très détaillées et utiles pour l'arrivée et l'utilisation de l'appartement ainsi qu'une appréciation des différents commerces dans la station Ayant l'habitude des locations dans diverses stations de ski depuis 12ans , un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix Nous le conseillons fortement

L' espace offert par l'appartement était confortable pour notre famille composée de 2 adultes et 4 enfants de 16 à 8 ans.Nous avons apprécié la luminosité, la vue , le calme et l'accès direct à la piste la forêt.Le centre de la station est à quelques minutes à pieds. Nous avons trouvé cette location d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

Très agréable location, bien située, bien agencée, très bien équipée (cuisine, machine à laver et sèche-linge), parfaitement propre. Pas de bruit le soir car l'immeuble est petit et suffisamment à l'écart des bars ou restaurants (sans être loin). A quatre, c'est le paradis par rapport aux appartements habituels en station: on profite d'un vrai salon et personne ne dort dans un couloir. Le prix est tout à fait raisonnable pour les Arcs compte tenu de la qualité de l'équipement, de la jouissance d'un garage fermé et du fait que le ménage est compris. Le contact avec le propriétaire est parfait: on obtient toutes les informations nécessaires, la courtoisie en plus! On apprécie particulièrement l'attention qui consiste à laisser un petit fonds de cuisine: ça évite d'avoir à apporter sel, sucre, huile etc ou de devoir les acheter à prix d'or en arrivant. Bref, à recommander chaudement!
