We had a nice time, the houses were clean and well kept. The property itself is amazing and I would love to stay again I just can't get everyone else on board.
The biggest issue was the security camera in the kitchen. The property manager assured us it was not in working order and did come out and put duct tape over it. There is also another camera right over the hot tub. If they're not working why leave them? Just a little creepy.
Also, my husband fell through the decking of the pond. There was a board that was weak. His leg is fine he'll just be left with an ugly scar that's about 4 inches long.
Then there was a stray dog that showed up on the third day. A big 80ish pound lab/pit mix maybe? I called the property manager, dog warden and sheriff. No one could come get the dog or do anything. He did seem really sweet, but you still have to be very careful outside with 5 children because you just never know. That definitely put a damper with the kids because we always had to check where the dog was and make sure someone was with them outside at all times.
Odd things to happen, not the property managers fault at all, in fact Andy came out right away with his guys and replaced the board my husband fell through and taped up the indoor camera. I'm sure no one else will have the issues we had, and it is a great place.

Had a great time with Family. 8 Adults and 5 grandchildren. Fishing in pond was a hit, as well as the hot tub. 4yo loved playground. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms w/showers for all. Only thing that would make it our #1 choice on our annual family trip would be a pool as my wife does not care for pond swimming and grandchildren gravitate to that as well. Possible location would be in grass area by deck out front. Nothing extravagant but maybe a slide. Communcation with property manager was timely and helpful. Would rate it a 8.5 and with pool a solid 10+++. Could update pics online

Our family had an amazing stay this weekend! The houses were fabulous and provided enough room for everyone. The only hiccup we encountered was that the grill at the guest house would not light. But it didn’t matter because the grill at the main house worked just fine! The kids, young and old, all a kick out of all the fish in the pond. They also loved the paddle board and the kayak and all took turns using those. Our dogs even loved the beach area! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway with a large family. Owner is easy to deal with and responds quickly if you have any questions.

This was our favorite place so far. Took our parents , kids and grandkids. They never left the pond. Fishing, swimming, paddle board, and kayaking. We all had sunburns but it was worth it. It was nice to be able to sit on the back deck and have a perfect view of the play area. None of us wanted to leave. If I had a dream home this would be it. They only thing I can say is that the pictures do not do this place justice. Definitely need to add more pictures. Love this place and can't wait to visit it again.

We had a large group of friends stay here and it was fantastic. Between the two kitchens, 8 bedrooms, and huge property, we had plenty of space. We loved swimming in the pond and enjoyed the pool noodles that were stored near the pond house. The couches were super comfy, the bonfire was beautiful, and we had all of the serving dishes we needed.

Our stay was perfect. The property is beautiful and the houses are so welcoming and comfortable. We had a big extended family get-together and this location and setup was exactly what we were looking for. The younger kids enjoyed fishing in the lake, the kitchen was big enough to cook for a large group, we enjoyed night-time fires by the lake (and even cooked a meal over the fire) and just had a very relaxing time. The owners were extremely accomodating to us and we had great communication with them. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to others

This was a beautiful place for our whole family to spend 4 days. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The house and cabin are both spacious with many sleeping places for our extended family. The kitchens were very well equipped. The children loved playing on the playground. The little lake was perfect for young children to play on the beach area and walk into the water. The adults enjoyed swimming farther out and kayak rides. We all enjoyed it.

Cousins weekend
This property is JUST as pictured. We had a group of 16 adults/teens and two children. There was more than enough rooms and beds to fit everyone.
The main house is very comfortable and the smaller house is beautiful. The pond was super clean and we had lots of fun jumping off the dock and using our water floats. The fish do like to nibble on toes dipping in the water, so don't be surprised.
I would highly recommend this property, Amanda's communication was superb and we would definitely return!

Fantastic Property!
The pictures and descriptions simply don’t do this property justice! Both the Main House and the Lake Cabin were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Both kitchens were very functional except for a broken fridge drawer. If you like cooking, I’d recommend bringing your favorite frying pan. Other essentials (coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender) were available and working.
The property is serene, quiet, and lovely! The ‘lake’ is a medium-sized pond with a nice dock, small sandy beach, Adirondack chairs, and fire pit. A single kayak and paddle board are also available. Our crew included 2 golden retrievers. They had a blast!
Outdoor spaces were well-appointed with outdoor furniture - tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and large working gas grills. We used the ‘backup’ propane tank.
Don’t miss Miller’s Amish Bakery, Market, and Furniture Store ~ 11 miles away! It was well worth the trip! The property is only ~ 3 miles from Wal-Mart and several restaurants.
We’ll be back next summer with more kids!

Great Property for Family Gathering
We stayed at this property Over the Labor Day Holiday. We had 4 families together and there was something to do for everyone. The pond was a bonus. The kids enjoyed swimming, fishing and playing on the playground. The lake cabin was beautiful and updated!! Fire put on the beach was enjoyable and large pit but was on an angle on the beach, which was a bit difficult with lots of people! Excellent location would recommend for any small gathering

Beautiful, peaceful and spacious property and homes
Our large family gathered for a yearly reunion- 8 adults and 10 children all ranging from 10 months to 17. We had more than enough room between the two homes! There were so many outdoor and indoor spaces to spend time and relax and even to find some privacy. The kitchens were spacious and well stocked with cookware. Everyone enjoyed the large pond and the kids both swam and fished. Amanda was a fantastic host and her caretaker Andy was incredibly kind and helpful. The pictures do not do enough justice to how beautiful and serene this property is. It was a wonderful getaway!

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time on this property. We rent a large home also every year for a weeks vacation with our children and grandchildren. The pond was a define plus, for fishing and kayaking. The furniture, kitchen dishes and serving dishes were amazing. Plenty of room for great game playing and crafts. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. The only negative or possible a plus is NO WiFi. The posting said internet? This is a beautiful property.

Our 2020 Family Thanksgiving was a wonderful gathering! The accomodations were perfect for us with plenty of space for all age groups. Our cooks enjoyed the well equipped kitchens and plenty of room! Amazing!!
First thing you notice is how spacious this place is. Perfect for big family gatherings, plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep. There was always something new and so many different activities to perform. Amish store near by also had delicious sandwiches and freshly baked desserts. We really enjoyed our stay! The only issue was finding a WiFi password. The manager didn't respond to let us know if anything existed. Other than that, the place was very nice! It was great for grilling food and enjoying the secluded outdoor location! Would definitely go back on another trip!

Our family had a great time at the lodge and cabin. Everyone was pleasantly surprise at the clean and well kept premises. Everyone enjoyed the pond, hot tub, gathering around the fire pit and the weather was accommodating. The surrounding was very tranquil. It was something I truly needed. This definitely is a keeper for us to return to in the future.
