I like the place, and the staff but the parking was a turn off. Not positive I would return.

Room was clean but a bit outdated. It was close to the beach and a very nice walking area. The staff very friendly.

The parking wasn’t great. The lines are too close together and makes it difficult to get yourself and your family in and out of the car, especially when others park over the lines!

Very good

The room was great and clean. The staff cleaned up or room every day which was awesome.

Not really the hotels fault that families don't control their kids at the pool and just take over the whole area no matter if other people were trying to enjoy their time at the pool too.

Superb

Great location, the room was big and Clean. The staff was all nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we didn't like was the sofa. Bad was very hard and also very difficult to put away. Needed a staff member to help us. The light and fan over the top of the stove didn't work.

Amazing trip!!

Lisa the assistant manager was very nice and helpful. Entire staff was amazing. Room has beautiful view. I would highly recommend

Would stay again if they had nicer comfier beds and if room wasn’t on the ground floor. Great staff at check in and out

Right on the beach, can’t beat that. Plus outdoor shower to rinse sand off is nice to have

I don’t like the beds in the rooms, they are hard as a rock and hurt. Also, multiple lights were out/not working. Don’t be on the ground floor if you can avoid it, the pool gets very loud with kids and people bbqing. No privacy outside whatsoever. They should charge a discounted rate for ground level rooms due to noise.

Good stay

Very clean room. Close the beach and boardwalk. Staff was super friendly. Houskeeping came every day and cleaned room.

Relaxing, beautiful location, great value

The location is fantastic - I had a room with an ocean facing view, but all rooms could see the ocean due to the unique design of the hotel. The staff was incredibly gracious and friendly, and the facilities were clean despite being aged. My room was generously sized and well-maintained.

I wound up buying my own toilet paper because the quality of the TP in the room was not very good. I had some noisy neighbors, so the rooms were not very soundproof, but it was tolerable and obviously beyond the control of the hotel.

Will come back every summer

We first stayed here last summer, and again this July. We will continued to come back every year. Nice pool, great views of the ocean, awesome balconies, and clean rooms. Short walk to the boardwalk and the ocean is across the street. Nice quiet area to relax, but in walking distance to the excitement of the boardwalk. Staff is awesome. Save time for the Cape May zoo (free!). Awesome

I'll be returning to this slice of heaven next year!

I traveled with family this past week (July 2021) and rented three rooms. We felt like we were in an island paradise - incredibly friendly staff, breathtaking ocean views, no bugs, amazing facilities!

I only regret we didn't rent for an entire week! No one in my party of eight wanted to leave - everything was just perfect!

Good place for family

Very closed to the beach, and most the time not as crowded as other area. Is pretty quite. Very decent place for the price.

I can’t really think about what I didn’t like about this place.

Great option in the Crest!

Loved everything! There was a smooth check in process, great parking situation, & the location is steps away from the beach. Comfy beds, a clean bathroom, and a spacious unit made my stay very comfortable & relaxing. Lisa at the front desk was super friendly & very knowledgeable. Maintenance staff was quick and attentive to my one request. Housekeepers were pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again and bring family next time!

Loved everything! I stayed alone but I think the sleeper sofa could use a face lift for anyone planning to use it. Suggestion: Throw a bright cover on it.

My stay was perfect and just what I needed for a quick 4 day trip!

I love the walking distance to the beach. There was a perfect place to eat right next door. Food was very good! My room was cute and clean. The staff were very friendly!

The only thing was that I had the very first room on the ground floor so I couldn’t see anything but the pool in front of me, also you can hear the elevator constantly in this room

Very good

Very good value and we will return! A bit far from the boardwalk but the trade off for the quiet area was worth it. The only con was the air conditioner is the the rear bedroom instead of the front which made the bedroom incredibly cold! Good for me but not so much my wife!
