We really enjoyed the location and view from the room. The size worked great for a family of 4. The building is smaller and the beach and pool much less busy than other properties in the area. It was a short drive to Walmart for groceries and not far from restaurants in Destin. We would definitely stay again

Great place to stay for beachfront access in central Destin! This unit is within the Destin Beach Club. It’s a very nice 3 story condo with only a small number of units. All units are 1 bedroom but have twin bunks in the hallway and typically a couch bed in the living room. Definitely call or find the property online and you can book multiple units if you want to travel with a larger group. This unit looks to have been updated recently and the owner is managing separately from the property. This unit has a keypad for door access while most others still appear to use a physical key. Beach chairs and umbrella are available but it’s an extra $40/day. If you book direct with the property it’s included. Overall it was a great place to stay, location was great and I would definitely stay here again. Would compare this unit rates to other direct with the property to see which is a better deal. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our first year to stay at Destin Beach Club and I am sold forever! Love how small and quiet it was, and the beach was never crowded, only one row of chairs, a huge plus for me! The condo we stayed in was very clean and had every thing that we needed. We had no issues during our stay. The only two things I could “complain” on (not really complaining though) is the elevator had a funky smell, so I took the stairs unless carrying something up to the 3rd floor (got some extra steps in that way too 😊) and I really wish the condo had had a vacuum. There was a broom and dustpan and they tell you to rinse sand off well before entering, well anyone who has been to Destin before knows it’s impossible to get off every spec of sand before getting to your condo. So I did have to sweep a few times and having a vacuum would have been easier for me to maintain the little residual sand we did have (mainly near the door and bathrooms of course). Other than that we cannot wait to come stay again!

The entire building was clean and quiet. The views were amazing. The only downside is now my wife wants a shower put in our house like the one on the master bath here-ha!

We were so excited to arrive. The condo did not disappoint. It looked just like the pics.
The best view of the beach and ocean. We have four kids and the sleeping arrangements were great. There are two single bunk beds build into the wall. The other two kids slept on the world's must comfortable pull-out couch….and the master was nice too.
Washer Dryer was a big plus!
Even though this is a 9.9 out of ten, no place is perfect though. I did contact the manager/owner twice for small things, but never heard back. We kept great care of the condo while there for three night, but a sometimes worry I’d get blamed for damage I did not cause. We were told there was a drying rack for towels on the balcony, but there was not. A couple of small items include a small dent on the dishwasher and a fair amount of dust on the headboard in the master bedroom. If there was a vacuum in the unit, I would have used it.
Again, so many more pros than cons. I would for sure go back!!!

This spot was perfect to be in the heart of Destin. It was just off the main road making it quiet as well as the beach was less crowded than other properties. Wonderful gulf view from the room. We enjoyed our time at this property.

We had a great trip to Destin! The condo and amenities were exactly as advertised online and convenient to everything. We had a snag when we first arrived, but that was VRBO’s fault, issues with their app and the communication feature. Randy, the condo owner was an amazing help and expedient in helping our check-in process.

If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway this is the perfect place. My husband and I stayed here for our 10th Anniversary Celebration and we loved it. This Condo was very clean when we arrived. We never heard any loud noise. It was very easy to get to the beach being that it’s not a huge property, we loved that. The Ocean View from the Condo was Beautiful. There was everything that we needed in the Condo. The only thing missing was an iron. I know you’re wondering who irons at the beach? I needed to iron my outfit when we were going out to dinner. Other than that it was perfect. I would Not hesitate to stay at this property again. It was a Pleasure staying here!

We recently stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks. It never happens, right, but this condo is even better in person. The photos are great, but it's actually even more beautiful once you are inside. The property was immaculate, updated, bright and had an amazing shower. I need to upgrade our shower at home now since we were spoiled. The unit has a million dollar view of the gulf and we enjoyed watching the birds, waves, sunsets and beauty from the balcony. It's away from the pool and totally quiet all day and night. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus as it was too cold to swim in the gulf. The size of the building complex and location were ideal. We are not fans of high rises. Many snow birds return here year after year and we met lovely people and even celebrated a birthday dinner with our new found friends. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to return again.

I recently had the most unforgettable vacation at the beach front rental! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views of the shimmering ocean right outside my window. The location was perfect - just steps away from the soft sandy shore, allowing me to wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves each morning, only issue was we were not able to stay longer due to our own time constraints.
The interior of the rental was nothing short of spectacular. The decor was tastefully done, giving the space a luxurious yet cozy vibe. The open-concept living area made it easy to relax and unwind after a day of swimming. I particularly loved the well-equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. Dining with the sound of waves crashing in the background was a magical experience.
The highlight, of course was the beach itself which was walking distance away, we rented chairs and umbrella from the front office for around 35 dollars.
The property's amenities were outstanding, too. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean was a fantastic alternative to the beach, and the hot tub offered relaxation under the stars. The attentive and friendly staff made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect.
I can confidently say that this beachfront rental surpassed all my expectations. Definitely a place we will be retuning too.

Overall our family vacation was great . Perfect location with short walking distance to the beach and shopping center in Destin. Kids loved the pool & hot tub. Room is nicely renovated. Only issue we had the floor & bed sheets were not cleaned upon arrival and 1 of the bathrooms’ door doesn’t shut all the way. There were a lot of hair & sand on the floor, we had to sweep the floor and wash the white bed sheets .

This is a great place for a couple. Very bright and all new upgrades. Bed was comfortable. Husband said shower in master bath was possibly best shower he had every seen. Washer and dryer a plus. View is great. You don't even have to stand up to see the beach and ocean from the sofa. Beach was uncrowded and place is very centrally located. Owner is very easy to communicate with and his top priority is to give his guests a great experience. If there is an issue, do not hesitate to reach out. Even with just two people, the extra bathroom is great. Umbrellas and chairs are not included in rental but can be easily reserved in the office. All codes worked without trouble. TV in living room is great. Hope to go back again.

I never write reviews but this one i had to! Upon arrival, the unit was exceptionally clean. Very easy access to the beach especially with our small children. The condo was very updated, the master bath shower was to die for! The only suggestion i have is maybe to add an extra deadbolt lock or safety lock at the top? Our 4 year old was able to open the door very easily so we felt a little uneasy but other than that, it was perfect!
