About this house rental

This home (2400 Sq. Ft.) has everything you need and then some. Great quiet location only 12 minutes to downtown Denver. All designer finishes, quality mattresses, bedding, and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with cook ware, and all the utensils you could need. Help yourself to the seasonings and coffee. Laundry stocked with bleach, detergent, and stain removers. I built and designed this for my home and put a lot into the finishes. Now I travel most of the year, so you have a beautiful relaxing home close to many places Denver has to offer. Huge backyard and I have some yard games in the garage for you to enjoy. Lic. #007778

Beautiful, updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Huge yard and trees, don’t even realize you are in the city. Great kitchen, beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive. If we are ever in Denver and looking for a place to stay I will definitely rent this place again!

This was perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful, and great back yard. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Only thing is we would have loved a gate in the back yard for our kiddos.

Great house and great location, central to all the places we went to visit. I looked for a house close to my son and this one was just a short 10 min drive! I couldn’t believe my luck.. We arrived late, late and the house was ready to go! Getting in and out of the neighborhood and the house was a breeze. We loved, loved, loved sitting in the hot tub while it snowed. There were also a pair of Northern Flickers hanging around the backyard.

This is a great property!

This home definitely lived up to the photos and in fact we felt it was better than depicted online. It was totally clean and there is lots of room. The kitchen was large and well appointed. We were getting together with family in Denver and it worked perfectly for us. The owner was traveling but was nevertheless responsive to any questions. I and my wife both would stay here again.

6 friends were plenty comfortable with room for all. House was clean, well maintained, and beds were comfy. Location is great, close to Sloan Lake with lots of bars and restaurants less than 2 miles away. Hot tub was great, backyard was big and welcoming. Would definitely encourage you to give this place a try. Stephen the owner was helpful and responsive.

We were very happy with this rental. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was recently remodeled and we admired the choice of light fixtures, appliances, and bathroom fixtures. The owner responded to questions immediately prior to our arrival. We had no questions or problems once we arrived -- everything worked! It was a hot weekend, but the shade in the backyard and the excellent air conditioning inside made it comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Denver, and it was comfortable and had plenty of room for us to spread out after a busy day. I think the sheets were the softest I have slept on! We would be glad to stay here again on a future trip to the area.

We were looking for a last minute get away and Stephen was very accommodating and quick to respond directly to all of our questions about the house. The home was very beautiful, the pictures online hardly do it justice. The hot tub was in perfect condition and very nice after a long day. It was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay including a wine opener! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, older and cute. I would recommend staying here to friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!
