Located on the 1st floor, with total area of 1,284 square meters and a living room extending to lanai with a stunning view of lake and Rookery Bay Preserve, this Condo is the right place for your best vacation ever! Golf membership NOT provided with this rental

His and her walk-in closets in Master bedroom are one of many favourite features of this apartment. Spacious living room is perfect for parties or quiet relaxation. Living room extends to lanai, here your can enjoy beautiful scenery and peaceful relaxation.. Kitchen is U-shaped with a wide window into living room, keeping messy cooking out of direct eyes but let you be part of social happenings. There is also a Den where you can establish your office or make it your meditation room, where no one disturbs you.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here! This property was very clean and the decor was lovely. The amenities at Treviso Bay were outstanding! Also the owners did many updates which was a big plus. They also were very attentive to any needs/issues that we may have had. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

We had a great time at this property! There were many activities to do around the property, as it was in a great location. The owners have updated many living spaces and have made it comfortable and enjoyable to be in.

Beautiful community. Condo was nice but needs updates—needs new and more dishes, pots, pans utensils toaster etc. would also help to have more Floridian decorations. Den needs a tv sofa bed and newer furniture Lani cushions need to be cushier. Current cushions way too thin. Needs new bed sheets and towels. Storage area smelled-we didn’t use it at all. Would stay at Trevis Bay again but not at this condo.
