It was a wonderful 2 weeks celebrating my husband’s 70th and our son’s 40th birthdays. The condo was a perfect location for a family gathering. Thanks very much to the owner for allowing our gathering of father, kids, grandchildren, and even an ex-wife.

This was the best location. It was a spacious and lovely condo.

My extended family spent a week at Jupiter Bay, each renting our own condos. We enjoyed our stay at Larry and Sue’s 2 bedroom condo which was clean, updated, comfortable and had easy access to walking trail, restaurants, and great beaches. The kitchen looked recently renovated and had all the dishes, knives, coffee maker, etc. you might need. We did need to provide our own supplies for some things like toilet paper and laundry detergent (good to know before you head off to grocery store). Easy access to the nice pool which was just off the back screened-in patio. There was a glitch with check-in as the electronic lock on the condo door had broken before we arrived, but Larry was proactive about communicating with us about how to get a key and check in. Overall a very enjoyable stay and great time with our family.

This property was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable with everything needed for your stay. Close proximity to the beach and a great park with a walking trail and tennis and pickle ball courts. Just a few steps to the pool. The area around the property has an abundance of restaurants and night life. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a vacation to Jupiter.

5 star. Clean. Well stocked. Easy access to owners if issues. 10 min walk to beach. Pool just outside. Easy walk to Publix and restaurants. 2 bedroom condo. Great for couple and guest. Great for small family as well.

Awesome place great location perfect for us

Great location for us as near all the wedding activities. Condo was a great choice for family with kids. Kitchen just renovated very nice. Owners very responsive and would definitely stay again!

This location was perfect for our trip. We were 10 minutes from family and 10 minutes from the beach. It is nicely appointed and there is plenty of room for everyone to ‘do their thing’. The pool is steps from the screened in patio. The owners were very gracious and helped us through our logistical issues when hurricane Ian arrived during our last week. I will definitely consider a return visit.

The condo is wonderful!! The kitchen and bedrooms have everything you need to make you feel at home.. To put the icing on the cake the condo is situated steps away from the community pool, 5 minutes walk to Carlin park or Dubois inlet park, shopping, movies you name it.... We stayed for one month in the condo and it was very hard to leave. When you are looking for somewhere to stay in Jupiter look no further. I will book again definitely for every trip home in the future.

The property location is wonderful. Walking distance to a park, the beach, publix, and multiple restaurants. The condo itself was clean with a newly renovated master suite. The paperwork to rent this place was a bit more than I am used to with Other rental sites where I just click a button. But the quality of the product was worth the extra work. Be prepared to wash the sheets and wait for the cycle to end before leaving. It didn’t affect me at all because I am early to everything but if you tend to wake up and hurry out the door that is not going to be possible. Overall a quality rental experience for the price.

Our month long stay here was perfect for my husband, teenage son and me. Larry and Sue’s place had everything we could possibly need and then some to basically set up our home away from home. This location is perfect, with lots to of activity in walking distance and the beach so close. The best part was the proximity to the pool, it was literally in our backyard! Jupiter Bay is a beautiful and well maintained community, parking was ample and accommodating, and we felt very safe there. We loved the trails at Carlin Park behind the east buildings. We hope to rent this place again on a future stay. Thank you for being such incredible hosts! Mary B

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Exactly as pictured, very clean and very nice amenities. Owner was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property.

Condo was spacious and well kept. Service and cleaning fees were high. We were required to clean all sheets, bedding, take out trash etc and still pay a significant cleaning fee. Overall beautiful condo.

Large, clean, two bedroom condo best describes our first impression. Well appointed & well equipped. While we are only a single couple, the layout would work great for two couples. Great location, low overall community occupancy made it feel very private.

Unit pleasant and clean

Larry and Sue's place is at a perfect location, very close to a park and the beach. The apartment is just like on the pictures and equipped with everything you need. Larry is a great host and was available whenever I had any questions. We had a great experience!

I have stayed in this condo area for 7 years. Close to Roger Dean stadium, walk to the beach, two great pools, and a neat walking track. It is also close to great restaurants like Twisted Tuna, Food Shack, Jetty’s, Guanabanas, and The Woods. Loved having a first floor unit where screened patio opens out close to the pool. Everything was as pictured and very comfortable.

This is a nice condo in a great location. Plenty of room and well equipped. It is conveniently located close to many resraurants, a grocery store, good bagel shop, golf courses and the beach. The pools are nice, especially the one next to The Twisted Tuna restaurant and outside bar. The walking track behind the complex is a nice area. Larry and Sue couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.

This property more than met and accommodated our needs. Well-maintained, it is apparent that the owners have considered every aspect in making this retreat a “home away from home.” The kitchen is well-stocked with items needed for cooking and dining; linens are abundant; the decor is coordinated and comfortable; and the property is quite clean. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and places of interest as well as the beach. In addition, we enjoyed our walks around the lovely condo community and nearby Carlin Park. Conveniently located only steps from our condo, the pool provided a relaxing space for meeting condo neighbors and enjoying a good book. What more can be said—- this property is a great place to stay!

The property is great. We have rented condos at JB for 30+ years. Although this year was very rainy that has been unusual at Christmas. It was still warm and there is always lots to do if interested.. JJS

It is a great location, quiet, convenient to so many great places. Walk off the covered porch right in the pool.

Grounds very nice, area great for walking & close to shopping & beaches. Have met some very nice people at pool & had dinnner with them. Overall experience very nice.

Great location and nicely decorated

We had a WONDERFUL time at Jupiter Bay East. The condo is LOVELY; it is decorated so cute and comfortable. It was clean as a whistle. It had everything one could ever want or need. The first floor was very easy to access and it is very close to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. The beach is so close and was absolutely gorgeous as was the pool and property were all very tropical, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay so much and didn't want to leave!! We appreciate your hospitality and look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you!

We rented this Condo for 4 months and loved it. The kitchen had everything you need plus a crockpot and rice cooker. There is no need to bring beach towels because they have plenty along with beach chairs and kids toys for the beach. My son had surgery and was on a walker and then crutches so the convenience of the pool being right outside the back door was awesome!! The owners are amazing and respond quickly. We arrived late at night and the a/c wasn't working so we called and they had someone there first thing the next morning. The Condo is located in the perfect place. It's a very short walking distance to the beach and also to a grocery store. We will definitely rent the condo again when we come to Florida!!!

Very spacious, quiet and convenient to everything. Pool is very close (50ft) to unit. Everything works in the unit, especially liked the large TV (55in) in LR, it was great to watch a movie on. Location made it very easy to explore the area, West Palm Beach, Tequesta, Stuart, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, etc. Went to Juno Beach a number of times. It is an easy walk to Publix and we did this every morning to get the newspaper. Shopping was also within a short distance from the unit. Really enjoyed the month and wish it didn't have to end. We liked it so much, we booked the same month next year!

We have stayed at this condo the last five years. Have a great rapport with the owners. Have not had any of the issues that was reported on a previous review.

We have stayed at the property twice before, so we obviously like it. It's always clean, everything works and the location is great. However, as I mentioned to the owner last time , the apartment could use some updating and could well use a new set of pots and pans. However, the owners are easy to deal with and very accommodating. We would certainly stay at the apartment again.

After our week long stay at Jupiter Bay East Condos, we were SHOCKED to receive an email from the property owners claiming we were responsible for damages to the condo that were ALREADY there upon our arrival.The email from the property owners we received stated there was a damaged screen door, a broken coaxial connection on the tv in the guest bedroom, and that the ice maker was not functioning.Upon receipt of this email we immediately responded with an email explaining the following:The screen door was already damaged when we arrived on Saturday. The ice maker was barely functioning when we turned it on upon arrival. The entire time we were there, the ice maker did not produce enough ice to fill the tray that catches it. The coaxial connection on the tv was never touched by us. Also, there were bugs in the master bath on the wall and bathroom vanity. The water pressure in the master bath is barely a trickle; we had to shower mostly in the spare bathroom. The exhaust fan in both bathrooms need to be secured to the ceiling better.The electric grill on the screened porch was not clean upon arrival and there were pieces of Easter candy and medication scattered on the master bedroom floor. We had to replace light bulbs in the spare bedroom.The garbage disposal in the kitchen only worked part of the time.The non-stick skillet appears to have been scraped with something metal and the teflon was coming off, so there wasn't a large non-stick skillet to use to cook with. The burners on the cook stove are not level and it was hard to cook everything evenly. The advertisement for this condo is misleading. It is not within walking distance to the beach, especially if you have to carry beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag etc. We expected this condo to be top of the line when in fact it is in desperate need of updating. Sadly, we did not receive any response to this email.Instead, the property owners submitted an insurance claim under our names for a replacement of the television and the screen door, as well as a new Pack-N-Play, which was not only something the property owner never mentioned in his email, but was another item we never touched during our stay as we do not have small children. We chose not to contact the owners to complain simply because we just wanted to make the best of our vacation.However, if we would've we were going to be blamed for the damages that were clearly not of our doing, we would've contacted them immediately.

We enjoyed our stay...and Larry was very accommodating...we love Jupiter Bay Condo's

Short walk to beach, very close to well maintained pool. Close to shopping mall etc.. Quiet building with convenient parking. I would certainly, rent again.
