BEGINNING JUNE 1, 2020, ALL RENTALS WILL BE SPANNED AT LEAST 1.5 WEEKS APART (NOT 72 HOURS) IN ORDER THAT THE CONDO BE EMPTY AND FREE FROM ANY POSSIBLE VIRUS ISSUES. This means that when a booking is made, the prior and following 1.5 weeks will be blocked in order that the condo be clean and then empty for those 1.5 weeks. All renters must bring their own sanitizing sprays and lotions. As always, our linens are cleaned with bleach prior to any rental. Because our beach towels are not bleach safe, If renters want, they can launder the beach towels they will be using upon arrival. For the safety of our housekeeping service personnel, if a renter feels ill during their stay, we have the right to cancel all housekeeping services until proper virus testing is done. PRIVATELY OWNED AND PRIVATELY RENTED...Once you enter our condo, you will know you are home. Our condo is part of a very quiet and private complex. Originally named our 'Rose in Winter', you will immediately be swept away with the feeling of the tropics with it's Caribbean Chic decor. Our condo has keyless entry (no keys to forget!) and has two bedrooms (1 King and 2 Singles), two bathrooms, dining/living combo area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and balcony overlooking the Caribbean. We also offer unlimited outgoing calls to the US and Canada via our condo phone FREE OF CHARGE (all local and international calls other than the "Vonage Toll Free" listed countries will be billed back to the renter). The condo has ceiling fans and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a washer and dryer in the hall closet. In addition, there is a large safe for your valuables and the front door is equipped with a wrought iron gate, doorbell, and security camera for your safety and comfort. For those traveling during Hurricane Season and have concerns, the condo is equipped with sturdy hurricane shutters. The condo complex is located high above the cliffs in an elevated section of the island and our condo itself is 6 floors above the parking area.
On the property you will find 3 pools. 2 are facing the Caribbean and a private boutique beach with a natural cove for shade. And for your comfort, there is 24/7 gated security and 'on site' first-come, first-serve parking in the courtyard or under cover.
The complex is centrally located, just minutes from the airport, nightlife in Maho, Simpson Bay or 10 minutes from Marigot and the French side. It is also just up the street from beautiful Mullet beach and close to most island activities. Within walking distance or a 4 minute drive is a fantastic bakery called Jules, and eat-in or take-out restaurants...Spaghetti House, Fat Tony's, Bar Code, a Pizza Place, a Crepe Place, as well as a Carrefour grocery store. Approximately 3 minutes from the complex in both directions (Maho and Cupecoy) are 2 additional grocery stores for purchasing your staples and a short drive to the new causeway bridge which will take you within minutes to the larger supermarket, Carrefour, in Cole Bay which has reopened.
We require a $200 security/damage deposit which will be returned once our guests depart and no damage or loss has been detected.
Like many others are happy to admit, once you've visited St. Maarten, there's no looking back and once you stay at our condo, you will never look elsewhere. Simply stated, paradise found...

Location was very convenient and accommodations were perfect. Clean and everything you could ask for. I particularly liked th epool and access to the beach. Vicki was a pleasure to communicate with.

Just returned after an amazing 14 day stay. Vicki was an amazing host who was very attentive to ensure our stay was nothing short of fabulous!
Was able to give us great advice on restaurants, car rental and excursion companies. The condo is exactly as pictured, and has everything you need to make you feel at home. We explored the entire island (and loved all areas), but we really enjoyed being in the Cupecoy area. It had everything we needed within walking distance.
We would highly recommend booking this property and we can’t wait to return!

Vicki's condo is absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation in St. Maarten. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly. It comes fully furnished with all the amenities you could want, including good wifi (I was able to attend all my telecons), US phone number, AC, full kitchen, balcony with view of the sea, comfortable bed, TV, very convenient keyless lock on the door, and nice bathrooms with big showers. I was also really happy with the way they have a "take something, leave something shelf" for bug spray, sun block, and other items that you might have forgotten or don't want to bring home with you. Likewise, the kitchen is clean and has some of the basics that are for common use, we left a few bottles of water for the next guest ;) We really enjoyed visiting our favorite beach spots, but also spent a lot of time at the small beach at the bottom of the spiral staircase behind the Rainbow property, it was perfect for a quick swim without driving anywhere. There was plenty of parking and the security guards were super friendly (as are most people in St. Maarten). Lastly, Vicki is super responsive, organized, and helpful. She gave us so many good recommendations and helped update us regarding what has changed since hurricane Irma. I would certainly rent this condo again and recommend it highly.

Wonderful Condo in Cupecoy!
Vicki's condo is absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation in St. Maarten. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly. It comes fully furnished with all the amenities you could want, including good wifi (I was able to attend all my telecons), US phone number, AC, full kitchen, balcony with view of the sea, comfortable bed, TV, very convenient keyless lock on the door, and nice bathrooms with big showers. Great spot for a vacation with a fantastic owner. The condo is the perfect place to get away!
From the moment we booked Vicki was very helpful in ensuring we had a great trip. She provides recommendations on restaurants, excursions, beaches, and where to shop on the island. We’ve been to the island before and found some great experiences that we didn’t know about due to her recommendations. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone heading to St. Maarten or anyone needing a beach vacation getaway. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Spring Break in St Maarten
This is our first time renting Vicki and Rick's lovely condo at the Rainbow Beach Club in St. Maarten and we will definitely return in the future. The location was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens) with pools and private beach access for plenty of fun in the sun. There were numerous restaurants to appease the picky palates of our teens (Mexican, Asian, Italian, etc) and Vicki's fabulous booklet included suggestions for activities such as snorkeling, diving, horseback riding, and jet skiing. We did everything but the diving and had a great time. The amenities of the condo exceeded expectations (A/C, beach towels, washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, books and DVDs, Vonage phone allows free calls to the US and Canada, hotel quality safe). Vicki even sent us videos to assist our travels around the island. We truly enjoyed a stress-free, relaxing week in a fabulous condo on a beautiful island.

The beaches are beautiful and sunsets are lovely, I enjoy watching the cruise ships depart the island with all of their many lights while sitting on the balcony and the stars from the balcony are a extra. Vicki is a wealth of information about the island she always informs me of the new restaurants (pastry shops) and any new spot we should see. The condo is in a great location for visits all over the island, with the three pools and the beach you may never want to leave the property. We highly recommend this condo you will be spoiled with the overall rental experience and how uneventful it will be. I can't forget the housekeeper it has been the same sweet lady ever time we visit she has become a part of our family she even ask about our children by name and I always feel my things are very safe while she is taking care of the unit. I know on the day(s) she visits I will return from my day out and everything will be fresh and clean once again. Enjoy!

Its narrow at times, but if you want great sand/water and a very quiet, private setting, this is the beach for you. (There is a cave for shade). The location in Cupecoy is very convenient, there are numerous restaurants, a casino and Mullet Bay Beach are all within walking distance. Other amenities are close by. Overall, a great vacation.

Her condo in paradise left nothing to be desired. It was so well stocked and spotlessly clean. We love the location of The Rainbow, being right across from Starz Casino with easy access to our favourite beaches. Our favourite time of day was late afternoon sitting on the balcony with our wine and cheese watching the sunset over the ocean (wow). We will try to rent this unit every time we return to paradise. Cupecoy vacation
Beautiful condo!! We had an amazing week! Everything said about the condo was right on and the restaurants in the area were delicious! Our favorite being "D" (Delight) at the casino!!

From start to finish Vicki made our experience at their beautiful condo exceptional. She could not have been anymore informative on everything from getting to the condo, car rental, restaurants recommendations, beach recommendations and grocery shopping. The condo not only looks out over the beautiful ocean it is also conveniently located. There are several fantastic restaraunts directly across the street and a nice grocery store just a few minutes drive away. The condo itself is probably the best equipped one we have ever stayed in. We especially liked the fact that she had several coolers and blue ice that came in very handy for our trips to the beach.
We also loved the private little beach when the wasn't too rough. The only negative for us was that outdoor grills are not allowed at Rainbow. We would definitely recommend renting this unit though.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!
We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the week of New Year's and it couldn't have been more perfect!! The condo itself was very, very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. It was truly a "home away from home" with all the creature comforts (high-speed internet/Vonage/kitchen appliances). The actual condo property is gorgeous with three pools and beautiful landscaping. We were even treated to a local iguana chilling in the bougainvillea. Gated parking with guards that are super friendly. My Mom became "pals" with a few on her morning/nightly walks.
The owner (Vicki) was super quick to answer all emails and provided links to videos about the condo and SXM along w/literature to print out. The location was great, too. Close to all the hotspots, within walking to some restaurants and you could even walk to Mullet Bay beach, if you wanted.
I highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent it again myself.

The condo is picture perfect, well stocked, immaculate, and spacious. The views from the private balcony are sensational, as is the secluded beach down the spiral staircase adjacent to the condo. The owner was outstanding, taking the time to make sure all our wants and needs were met, answering all emails and questions in a flash. I would highly, highly recommend this condo from this owner.

This is an absolutely lovely condo with delightful amenities. The kitchen is sparkling and extremely well equipped, which is a big plus for us. In addition, it's located in easy walking distance to a small supermarket making meal preparation easy. There is an easy walk to several beaches which are lovely. The master bedroom suite is especially comfortable. This is a very special place.

2-bedroom condo at Rainbow Beach, Sint Maarten
This is an absolutely lovely condo with delightful amenities. The kitchen is sparkling and extremely well equipped, which is a big plus for us. In addition, it's located in easy walking distance to a small supermarket making meal preparation easy. There is an easy walk to several beaches which are lovely. The master bedroom suite is especially comfortable. This is a very special place.

We rarely write reviews about rental condos, for one reason – not so much to write, it met the expectations and that’s it.
We are very picky travelers, have used VRBO ( or any other rental websites) extensively through Europe, North & South America and this one was in the league of its own – so it deserves out first review ever.
I used to work in the hospitality industry and I would hire Vicki without a hesitation.
Everything was just superb.
Please try to see beyond the pictures, because they do not exactly convey the beauty of the place, with sea smell, sounds of the waves or a fresh breeze through the condo. Neither they do the full justice to how spotless this place was.
Every detail of our stay was foreseen by the owners ( I know, it was not meant just for us but we did feel it this way) - the brochures, the incredibly informative videos, and the dozens and dozens advice that we got through the constant email correspondence.
The owners’ responses would be always very prompt and incredibly clear – do not make you second guessing.
Just remember one thing – you are not simply renting a condo, you are getting a full travel guide service that you probably have not experienced before. So think about this great combination when you look at the price.
The location was fantastic – we had a car and the first days we made a point of driving around the island to check out the beaches. Nothing was as good as Cupecoy.
The sunset at the beach ( there is a cliff that you can go to watch the sunset) was simply spectacular. But you can stay by one of the pools and get a view as good – or, just stay on the balcony ( no need to bring a container full of ice with you for the drinks!)
Technically it is really close to the airport – about 2 miles – and we did actually walked once. Nice and easy; along a golf course, then some shops and then the terminal.
We joked that all you need for the next trip is swimsuit and sun block.
The condo building is located about ¼ mile from the Porto Cupecoy which has a grocery store, some restaurants. Nearby, if you are into an upscale shopping, you can find Blue Mall nearby.
But it is so quiet and peaceful comparing with other places on the Dutch side!
As I mentioned, we travel a lot and make a point see as many new places as possible. But we know for sure - whenever we are ready to come back to St. Maarten ( hope it will happen soon), there is a place that made us never doubt the choice.

We have done many successful VRBO vacations, but there has never been an owner as informative and helpful as Vicki. Her condo is in a great location - with easy access to the French side of the island as well as Maho and Simpson Bay on the Dutch side. The condo is very clean and everything was in working order. Vicki is accessible if there is a problem by using Vonnage phone (free calls to US) and WiFi. Had coffee on the balcony and breakfast in the condo. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and we loved her area that is marked take something leave something (ie shampoos, bug spray, sunscreen, sunburn lotion etc.)The pool area near the beach is delightful and the sunsets there are great! We ventured out to different beaches most days and one day went out on a motorboat excursion with Captain Bob Cass. Vicki has Utubes for all appliances including frontdoor and safe, as well as directions and suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent this condo again!

Great Vacation in St. Maarten in wonderful condo!
We have done many successful VRBO vacations, but there has never been an owner as informative and helpful as Vicki. Her condo is in a great location - with easy access to the French side of the island as well as Maho and Simpson Bay on the Dutch side. The condo is very clean and everything was in working order. Vicki is accessible if there is a problem by using Vonnage phone (free calls to US) and WiFi. Had coffee on the balcony and breakfast in the condo. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and we loved her area that is marked take something leave something (ie shampoos, bug spray, sunscreen, sunburn lotion etc.)The pool area near the beach is delightful and the sunsets there are great! We ventured out to different beaches most days and one day went out on a motorboat excursion with Captain Bob Cass. Vicki has Utubes for all appliances including frontdoor and safe, as well as directions and suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent this condo again!

The property is perched on cliffs high above the beach below for a spectacular view of the Caribbean. Absolutely breathtaking, never saw anything like it in my life. A elegant spiral staircase will take you to the boutique beach below, complete with a small cave for shade inside the cliff. The ocean was calm and warm.
There are three beautiful pools. Everything was clean, safe and very secure. And by clean I mean not a single piece of litter anywhere on the grounds and the pools were crystal clean and well maintained. The unit was fully updated and furnished in very elaborate Granite, Italian Tile and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The Vonage toll free phone and WiFi made the stay perfect to for catching up at the end of the day back home and with work (unfortunately). The kids were right at home FaceTiming their friends and girlfriends in the evening, you know how teenagers are.
Vicky (the condo owner) was always there to answer any questions and even provided a suggested itinerary, maps, guides and car rental suggestions. It was like having a concierge and a travel agent working for us. Here recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed all of the restaurants she suggested as well as the secluded beaches we would never have even known about.

This was our second stay in this condo, and we were very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent, not too busy, a very relaxed location. We have all of the amenities that we need, and the owner goes above and beyond to make everything easy for you, providing suggested itineraries, directions, you tube info, anything you could ask for, making it easier for you to relax and truly enjoy your vacation. This is a spotless and well laid out condo overlooking the ocean. Easy access to an intimate beach on site, but also walking distance to a large public beach down the road. Condo owner is extremely helpful with all planning and arrangements, and the building staff are also polite and friendly. Great location 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Simpson Bay, with good access to both the Dutch and French portions of the island.
We recommend renting a car (secure parking on site), although you can also get access to the island bus and taxi system right from the building.
The apartment has air conditioning, but we never needed it. Open the balcony doors and the breeze comes through consistently, creating a perfect temperature for lunging and reading and visiting.
Kitchen is well designed, with all the necessary appliances. In-apartment washer and dryer are perfect for all the clothes changes you'll need from the beach! World's largest collection of DVDs for quiet nights at home. Living rooms couches are very comfortable . . . leading to extensive periods of napping! Ditto for lounge chair on the balcony: One of our crowd seldom strayed from there.

We had a wonderful week in Saint Maarten and thoroughly enjoyed our condo at the Rainbow Beach Club. Vicki was extremely organized and very helpful in making us feel at home. The US telephone connection, cableTV, and WI-Fi were nice additional features. The condo was modern, clean, well furnished, and roomy. It easily accommodated two couples and has ample room for entertaining. The complex seemed very safe and secure with 24 hour security. The recommendations for beaches, restaurants, shopping, and site seeing provided by our hosts were very helpful. The view from the condo onto the water was spectacular, particularly at sunset. Mullet Beach, our favorite public beach, was only three blocks away. The Fig, Rosie's Snack Shack, and the Fashion Cafe were all great places to eat and drink that are close by. Wednesday night ribs at the Ocean Club were also great....all you can eat for $12. We hope to return and rent this condo again. Thanks, Vicki for everything!

Me and my wife and 3 kids age 5, 8 and 10 stayed at this beautiful, modern, spacious and very clean condo for 12 days. Cupecoy beach is very private and quiet place to relax, the kids also loved mullet beach for its waves which is a 2 minute walk from the condo. Vicki's recommendations for beaches, car rental agency, restaurants and everything else you can think of! It was like having a 5 star tour guide and concierge at our disposal 24 hours a day, she made our xmas turn to gold! The condo is in cupecoy which is the most modern of the island and 5 minute drive to the french boarder and 10 minutes from the airport. Great place!! Would recommend this property to young or old couple with or without children. We will be back again in the coming years! Thank you again Vicki and Rick!

We were very happy we selected Vicki's condo at Rainbow Beach Club. The condo was clean and very nice and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed this location as it was close to everything and had a almost private beach. Facilities were great including the pools.
Vicki was very helpful and the staff at Rainbow Beach were friendly and helpful. We will go back another time.
