After booking we found we were liable to clean the house ….nbd we definitely left the house cleaner than when we arrived also If the hot tub in the amenities description interest you there is not one there. Not saying I wouldn’t stay again the large fenced in back yard is nice especially for us with our dogs.we had a group of 4 adults the house will accommodate 8 ish for sleeping but I wouldn’t recommend more than 6

This place is excellent for families with adult kidsnwithnsignificantnothers. While you can easily sleep 10-12, privacy could be an issue only because three bedrooms also act as walk ways to get to other bed rooms. For the seven we had with a dog, it was perfect.
Living area was great. Beds were all comfy. Outdoor shower was convenient. Kitchen is modern and useable. Plenty of places to hang out close by.
Deck was excellent. Only a two to three minute walk to the dune on 90th street. Location was perfect. The only disappointment was a hot tub was listed as an amenity but we didn’t have access to on on the property. The neighborhood is really nice. Didn’t need the hot tub. The beach in OCM is always a great experience.

Cute little house! Fenced in backyard is perfect for kids to play without worry and quickly drop all the beach gear. We had two small families and the rooms worked out good for us. Thank you!

2 blocks from the beach. In walking distance to restaurants and street shops. Had everything you needed to make meals. Nice back deck and fenced in back yard for the dog and kids. Nice beach theme for inside. Would definitely stay there again

Great house, easy walk to the beach!
We loved how easy the walk was to the beach. Very convenient. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook. We had a great dinner on the back deck. The bedroom configuration was a little odd, but we made it work. Would work best with just one family so the adults have privacy away from the kids bedrooms.

Beach vacation
Our stay at Dan’s property was perfect. The house was just as listed online. We only had a family of four at the house but you could easily have up to 8. The house was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, waiting for the crosswalk signal took the longest. If you have little ones, or a pet (like we did) the back yard is fully fenced in for the little one or pet to run around. There are 2 picnic tables on the back deck and a charcoal grill in the back yard. 2 full baths and an outdoor shower.
I will definitely look to see if Dan’s property is available next time we go to Ocean City.

Disappointed with the smallness
It was smaller than we thought it would be. Cannot go by the pictures of the house cause it is truly smaller good for a family of 4/5 not really big enough for a family of 7 + pets. Thank you

Furniture and decor could use some updating
Being dog friendly was a huge plus but place definitely needs cleaning service between bookings and a good deep clean. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Back deck and yard very nice (bring your bug spray).

Had a great time during our stay. House is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The fenced yard was great for the pups. Large back deck was awesome. Owner was very responsive on any questions we had. Others mentioned the bedroom situation. You do have to go through a bedroom to get to the back bedroom, but it really was no big issue to us. We had 8 people total. We were all in and out a good bit and never felt crowded. Well stocked kitchen. Overall a good experience. Would stay again if going to Ocean City.

Wonderful house and location especially for dog
What a great quick get away to the beach. Super easy walk to beach and short drive for us to fenwick each morning to let our lab get her energy out on the beach and hitting the waves. Owner was in touch before we even arrived about a repair needed to be done in home and was very understanding we didn’t want repair man there if we weren’t there because of our dog. Fenced yard was so great for our dog and hose outback was great to clean off after beach along with shower in back of house to make it easy to not bring sand in with you. Will 100% look to book this house again if going to ocean city with our dog. House was very clean and in great condition. Very close to lots of dining and shopping locations.

We just got a puppy and needed a place to stay with a dog. Very dog friendly, nice fenced in back yard. Although we paid a lot more then we normally do, we really had a great time and enjoyed the property.

Home was in a great location, close to beach, not far from boardwalk (less than 10 min drive), and the neighborhood was quiet. Having the backyard is a plus if you have pets and there are ample cleaning supplies at the house.

The whole family really enjoyed the location. This time of year was very dog friendly with dogs allowed on the beach. A great neighborhood for walking or riding bikes. We had a great time! Thanks Dan!

Everything you need for a clean, safe, and close stay to the beach
We stayed for Thanksgiving and had a terrific time (weather was also super). The back yard was great for our dog and the table set up was nice to have lunch outside. Everything you could want for cooking is there in the kitchen- nice surprise! Lovely house and great location. Would rent again!

Location was Wonderful!
The location of this house was wonderful. The beach, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop and banks were all within a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Parking easy. Our dogs loved the fenced backyard. The house was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of step ups/downs within the house. If you have toddlers, I recommend bringing a baby gate to block access to the step downs. Overall, we would book the house again.

Could be awesome, but.......
1st of all the location is great. The place isn’t BAD, but the owner is clearly trying to save money on the cleaning process. When I asked him if he was doing any special cleaning for COVID, he said that his cleaners would sanitize the bathrooms and kitchen. Well, the placed smelled and cleaning was spotty. To his credit, he did have the cleaners stop by again.
Granted, if you are going to be parading dogs through the place all summer (and I’m sure a lot of people rented this place because they could bring their dogs), you need to make sure that the cleaning is A-plus. When you’re making this much money on a rental, go the extra mile and get it really cleaned instead of short-cutting the process. One tip: take out all the nasty carpet and replace with the same flooring as the rest. Really, this place could be amazing if you just took a few steps.
The other big drawback is that the internet is iffy. If you sleep in the back bedroom, you don’t get internet at all.
Fix the carpet and the internet.

2020 Family Vacation
We had a great time! The house is one block from the beach and the crosswalk is right at the end of the sidewalk. The house was clean and cozy. The utility shower is nice because it is inside the house, in the mudroom area. The deck is wonderful, sturdy and spacious. The kitchen and livingroom are open so it was easy to maneuver. Everything worked. The master bedroom is at the opposite end of the house so you feel like you're on your own little island. The other bedrooms are a little tight but we only used them for sleeping so it was not a problem for us. The backyard is fenced but there is a small gap under it, so watch your chihuahuas. The convenience store and Fractured Prune are in walking distance. The neighbors are quiet. I left some items behind and Dan kindly had them mailed to me.

First Family Vacation
The fenced in back yard was a big plus with a dog and little kids. The outside shower worked out very well when we came from the beach and also having a hose to wash down everything. We didn't spend a lot of time inside but was comfortable when we did. The back deck with a table, chairs, and umbrella was used every morning and night. It was furnished well in the kitchen. Bedrooms were small but manageable. The two bathrooms were necessary. Loved the washer and dryer.

Pet Friendly Home
We enjoyed our stay at this home and very happy to be able to bring our little chiahuahua. It was easy to communicate with Dan- he picked up every time we called him.
The house has several bedrooms, we only used one. It is very close to an Acme grocery store and the Coffee Beanery - we used both.

We had a great time. It was perfect distance from the beach. A nice relaxing backyard deck. The bedrooms are small. Great area to take our dog out for walks. Good restaurants within walking distance. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
