Summary:
Offering a guest-villa/condo that is a part of our large house (we live separately onsite) that sits on 11 acres. You have your own private beautiful, vaulted ceiling chandelier with picture window entry-way. COVETED AREA!!! It's convenient to EVERYTHING! Super desirable area of Goodlettsville (a suburb of Nashville). PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND WATCH THE VIDEOS AND/OR 3D WALK THROUGHS BEFORE BOOKING.

The Space:
•We have videos and 3-D walk-throughs that we can provide, but you have to reach out to us directly for those as most channels don't allow these links.
•Larger Groups Welcome (max occupancy of 14)! We don't have neighbors in earshot to worry about and noise is not generally an issue - especially if kept within the villa.
•LOCAL ADDRESS, 4BDR, AND PARTY/EVENT BOOKINGS: (within 50 miles) 2-night minimum, $250 required refundable security deposit, and a set of questions we need answered before approval. Parties are technically not allowed. We must collect this as an additional fee after booking. It takes up to 10 business days to return the deposit.
•$25/person/night over 10 people to a max of 14 overnight guests. Sleeps 10 comfortably in 4 Bedrms - Queen, 3 King+sleeper sofa. 3 baths. Dining/living room has 6 dining chairs, sleeper sofa, and 2 soft chairs - seating 11 in that room.
•For larger groups on the property (inside or out) (day or night), we require our pre-approval.
•Book 7+ nights for a 10% discount. Book 30+ nights for a 25% discount.
•Family-friendly place. Kids are welcome!!!!
•There is a long 1/4 driveway that is mostly dirt (and not perfectly smooth - drive slow) so don't get freaked out by that. We are in a beautiful valley at the end of the driveway.
•20 to 30 minutes to downtown Nashville.

•Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and Microwave
•Off-street parking
•Playground area in front.
•Game room, arcade game, pool table, and air hockey.
•PETS: Pets allowed if house-broke, washed weekly and before they arrive. Pets must be crated when you leave, and not allowed to roam free inside the villa - mainly due to hair shedding and clean-up. It is best if you can contain your pet to non carpeted areas. If you leave please crate the pet in the sunroom. $100 per pet per stay refundable security deposit required.
•There are various outdoor animals on our farm - cats, dogs, cows and some are very friendly. The cats may try and come in but we don't want them in the rental.
•Furnished with desk, chair, bed sheets, covers, towels, living room furniture, kitchen table and chairs, fans, nightstand, lamps, dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, kitchen utensils.
•Private Hot tub, deck, grounds in front (except pool area), rental interior area, swing play area, parking in front, woods, walkways, and bonfire area.
•Family Pool with deck shared with owners - must reserve (up to 4 hours at a time) to ensure our families' use doesn't impede your enjoyment. It is typically operational from April - September. Note back yard area is reserved for our family, but you can go from your area to the pool.
•We don't mind interacting but can give you privacy as we like privacy as well.
•You can't beat the neighborhood. It's convenient to EVERYTHING! Super desirable area of Goodlettsville including the historic Antique area. Good location for everything while still living in the best up-scale part of Nashville/Goodlettsville. Established a safe community. The wildlife.
•Public Transport: Not close to the home, but once you get 10 min into town there is good public transportation. Uber is available directly from the property.
•We do require guests to provide a non-channel specific email, and billing address, and sign a standard rental contract electronically at the time of booking. IF WE DON'T GET YOUR EMAIL YOU WILL NOT GET IMPORTANT EMAILS ABOUT YOUR STAY! Please inquire prior to booking to get the details if any of that poses a problem for you.
•Smoking, or vaping (of any kind) is not allowed in the villa at any time. Smoking and vaping are allowed in a designated outside location only. Violation of this will result in at least a $150 charge.
•NOTE: Don't use Apple Siri or Apple Maps to get here as it will take you to the wrong place. 24/7 Self-check-in. We love to greet you between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm, after that please use the RING doorbell to wake us up in case of emergency only.
•CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict but fair cancellation policy. Inquire about that prior to booking if you are concerned.
•Note that all fees, rent, or taxes on our statement may be different looking than what you see on the channel booking statement (ie. the cleaning fee may not look equivalent); however, the bottom-line gross total should be the same.
•Please note that we have outside video 24/7 active recording surveillance with our Ring Doorbells at each door and side installed cameras.

See check-in instructions on messaging you will receive from us prior to your arrival. Come and go as you please using a self-check-in key-pad through your own private entryway.

The Neighborhood:
COVETED AREA!!! You can't beat the neighborhood. It's convenient to EVERYTHING! Super desirable area of Goodlettsville (a suburb of Nashville). We're located in the historic Magnolia Station neighborhood, close to Old Springfield Pike and Baker Road, 2 miles from I-65 and only 10 minutes from downtown Goodlettsville and Rivergate Mall. Good location to everything while still living in the best up-scale part of Nashville/Goodlettsville! Established community. We're located in the historic Magnolia Station neighborhood, close to Old Springfield Pike and Baker Road, 2 miles from I-65, and only 10 minutes from downtown Goodlettsville and Rivergate Mall with all the big box stores - Sears, Macy's, BestBuy, etc. 4 miles from the antique shopping district of historic Goodlettsville, TN. Super great quiet location next to the creek and rustic walking path through the woods. On occasion you may see white-tailed deer or turkeys roaming around. Next door are grazing cattle.

Getting Around:
Many guests will get an Uber (about $23) from our place to downtown. Almost all get here and realize how cool the location is and wish they'd planned more time to stay at the villa.

Interaction with Guests:
We don't mind interacting but can give you privacy, as we like privacy as well.
