Conveniently located to both the gulf front pool and the beach, it has all the privacy of a gulf front home. After a fun filled day of surf and sand, you can retreat to your relaxing gulf front condo to bask in the pleasures of your salty day.

Our top floor gulf front condo at Adagio is the one of the largest your friend at the beach has to offer! With terrazzo and ceramic tile flooring and upgraded mattresses, this updated gulf front condo has four bedrooms, a bunk room, three baths and comfortably sleeps 10. For movie or sports buffs, the living area features a 60 inch flat screen TV over the new fireplace.

Adagio's private beach has beach chair service available (sorry, not included) or swim in the gulf front pool (heated in cooler months) or in the 8,000 square foot pool.
You can work out at the on site gym overlooking the hot tub and three tier pool - or just take a bike ride along the 20 miles of bike trails on beautiful 30-A. We include two free bike rentals for your stay.

The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited.
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten people per condo per HOA rules (two years and under not counted in the total).
Guests must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups. Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. There is one marked underground parking spot and one unmarked in outdoor parking lot .A third spot is available through the HOA for an additional fee.
No trailers, boats, golf carts ,jet skis or RV's. Tents are not permitted on the beach.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost. Please be aware that VRBO charges a fee to reserve that is outside of our charges.

The location itself was a sanctuary of serenity, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by YFAB. Each morning, we were greeted by the gentle glow of sunrise illuminating the majestic water outside our window, setting the tone for days filled with adventure and exploration. We rode our bikes from LDV Beach Service daily to get donuts at Blue Mountain Creamery and to lululemon in Grayton Beach. Surrounded by such natural splendor, we found ourselves truly present in the moment, free from the distractions of everyday life. It was a reminder of the importance of slowing down, appreciating the beauty of the world around us, and savoring the moments that make life truly wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Rosa Beach in Adagio 403A. The unit was very clean and comfortable! It was well stocked. The ocean view from this 4th floor was gorgeous! We will definitely return when we can. Your friend at the beach staff were very nice and informative, especially since we were there when hurricane Idalia hit. They kept us very informed of how it might affect us. Fortunately we were not in harms way and got to enjoy a very relaxing week.

WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN DUE TO BEACH. VERY OVER CROWDED, MONOPOLIZED BY BEACH SERVICE COMPANY AND BORDERS PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH SECURITY GUARD THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW YOUNG CHILDREN TO SIT, PLAY OR THROW BALL ON THE BEACH. OBSERVED SEVERAL FAMILIES AND KIDS GET ASK TO LEAVE THE BEACH IN FRONT OF HOUSE. VERY SAD FLORIDA HAS ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU ENJOY SPACE AND FREEDOM TO ENJOY THE BEACH.

We have stayed here for multiple years. We still dislike the fact that there is limited beach available unless one pays for chairs and umbrellas, a fair number not in use. The unit is recently remodeled which is very nice although there were some minor repairs that needed addressed, but the major issue was a gas leak in the new cooktop. The gas company did confirm the leak and turned off the gas and I think the owners sent repair people, but when the gas company came back there was still a leak which they were able to repair. Still a frustrating day all in all. Overall still a great unit and a nice stay during a very crowded spring break.

They are not the cheapest but you know your condo will be clean, well stocked with everything you need, nothing broken, and exactly what you expect. In my opinion, it is well worth paying a little extra and have peace of mind knowing you are going to have a fabulous place to stay. All to often you hear of complaints about condos/houses not being what they describe online, that’s certainly not the case with Nancy! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our Fall Break at this comfortable and stylish ocean-front condo. Loads of room for seven adults to be together and to be apart! Everything was in working order and as advertised, and the kitchen was furnished with everything that we needed to include a huge pot to steam fresh crab legs and a blender for margarita night. Management company impressed with excellent communication through texts and emails and even an opportunity to check in early! Highly recommend.

We love the Adagio! This was our second time staying here. The condo was very clean and spacious for both families, especially for a 3 year old to run around. Wonderful condo on 30A..comfortable and updated with really great mattresses and pillows. I am always disappointed when I spend a lot of money for a vacation rental and sleep on a crummy mattress but this place made each night as comfortable as home.
We always cook our own meals and the kitchen for this unit is one of the best stocked rental units I have ever stayed at. I still used my own knives but really won't bring them next year...we have already booked this same unit again for 2022..

The beach is very restricted because of the umbrella/beach chair company taking up most of the beach and the neighboring properties are now restricting use of their beaches although there was never anyone on them. Made it hard to social distance with 10 in our group
