If you love the hustle of Honolulu and love to be with the people of the world on Waikiki, if you need to have a PF Chang’s within walking distance and can’t live without being able to book tours right from the beach, this place is not at all for you. If your idea of a great vacation is being out in the “country” and living next door to turtles, this place is definitely for you. It’s got everything you’ll need except the stuff that isn’t what Hawaii is really about. There’s construction and the building is transforming but the apartment is gorgeous, clean, and quiet….except for the occasional construction noise.

You have magnificent views of the ocean & sunrises from the back of the unit and you have mountain views when you walk out the front of the unit. The beach is like a private beach for the complex you're staying in! Eating out nearby can be difficult as you're staying 'in the country' and what places are nearby have limited hours. The Polynesian Cultural Center is very close and has food trucks you can enjoy without having a ticket to PCC. Kaya's store is across the street and has food too. Few to no nice restaurants nearby for a memorable meal. Our host was extremely responsive when we arrived and found the balcony was closed due to the construction going on at the complex. We got lucky that the construction workers weren't working on our unit / balcony while we were there, but we can imagine how that would disrupt one's stay significantly. Overall, we loved the views and beach access. The unit had nice beach chairs, towels, gear, etc. We'd recommend and return back!

Gorgeous views of the ocean with incredible snorkeling on the property's beach. The apartment was stocked with everything you need and was clean and modern. This property is minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea, Sunset, and the Rainbow House. In the other direction, we enjoyed Chinaman's Hat and Lanikai. The security that watched over the property was a nice addition, we had our own parking spot, and we saw turtles in the moonlight from our beach. Would stay here time and time again! The housekeeper did a great job; the place was clean, clean, clean! Thank you for the memories, Mahalo!

PH11 clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need inside. Also well stocked with things you need outside, chairs, umbrella, beach supplies. Fridge makes ice for your cooler. Nicely kept ocean side lawn and easy beach access. sunrises! Food and groceries close by (with car).

Beautiful condo- extremely clean and very nice. Can’t beat the view! When the construction is done on this building it will be outstanding! Perfect location on the North shore! Owner is very quick to respond! Recommend!

This is our second time staying in the condo and it was once again an awesome experience. The condo is clean, relaxing, and peaceful. The location is perfect, with a grassy area for lounging in the available recliners and the beach just steps away. The beach is beautiful, clean, and rarely has more than a handful of people. The condo is close to a multitude of other beaches, snorkeling, stores, hikes, and areas of interest. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to have the opportunity to stay here in the future! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise Damien!

The condo was very nice! Check in and out process was super easy. We had no issues while staying here. There was construction going on during the day on our balcony and the room next to us. We were told about this before hand and appreciated the notice. The construction did not affect our stay since we were gone during the day. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this little getaway! We were warned that there was construction happening and we're unable to use the balcony, thus the rate. Anything that was an inconvenience we were forwarned and thus not part of my review. I would return here because going down to the beach was so convenient. The beach is lovely and clean and not overly crowded. Turtles were on the beach at first light, if you did not scare them and it was my favorite thing about Hawaii. The proximity to activities with our car was perfect. The condo was well stocked with incidentals and items for the beach, and the view from the 8 th floor is amazing. We stayed 4 days and then went to Waikiki and all I wanted to do was go back to that condo and beach and area because it was everything I dreamed Hawaii would be.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The home was very clean and inviting, and it's so nice to have a dedicated parking space. The beach was never crowded, and it was nice to take sunset walks there. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront property. Highly recommended! It was wonderful to watch the sunrise from the patio. We could see the beautiful ocean from the rental unit. I swam with a turtle at the beach right in front of the building. The unit has been renovated. It's nicely decorated with modern amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking which is a plus given my dietary restrictions. We were able to cook meals using the fresh produce found on the island. The in-unit washer and dryer made washing laundry very easy. There are noticeable construction noises. The building is undergoing some construction work. It did not bother us much because we timed our outings to match the construction work schedule. They only work from 9:30ish am to 5:30ish pm.

Beautiful unit on the top floor facing oceanfront beach views that is stunning! Hear the waves as if you're sitting right next to it! Unit as described. Kitchen has pretty much everything needed. Bathroom has toiletries. WIFI was great! Check in w lockbox. Good communication. Extremely quick refund of my security deposit! Highly recommend! Will be back thanks. oh an d Turtle sightings in evening too!

Great location and views. Condo had everything we needed. Sunrises and sunsets everyday from the balcony. We had enjoyed every minute.

Very easy process. Everything was as advertised. There was remodeling going on in the condo building but it didn’t impact our stay.

My husband and I booked this condo for our dream honeymoon, and first vacation to Hawaii! We loved being so close to so many beautiful sights and lots of things to do. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and had a beautiful view both from the patio, and out the front door. There was a lot of construction, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. We will definitely be back.

When we first pulled up we where unsure of where we booked by the outside of the building.... DO NOT let it fool you, the place inside and the private beach is gorgeous, and the view too! My husband and I had a great time would definitely stay here again.

This property has views that you envision when dreaming of Hawaii. You walk out the front door and see the beautiful mountains and forest. You sit on the balcony and you see the uninterrupted beach front views. The long stay residents in this building were exceptionally kind. An added bonus is 24 hour on site security. When you walk onto the beach to the right about 200 feet away from the property is a swing where you can get beautiful sunset Instagram worthy images. It was 45 mins to the city and about 35mins to the northern tip of the island. I split my time between the city and the north shore which is why I choose this property. It’s truly at the half way mark. The property has a full kitchen. I stopped off in Costco I and stocked up on water and treats (the only stores close to property are 7eleven and a pharmacy) so I definitely advise to shop before you come to check in. For morning coffee I went to 7eleven, I will admit I’m a bit of a coffee snob but it was great. Super clean and very friendly staff. Honestly everyone on Oahu is so friendly and warm. Matsumoto shaved ice is a must, I would also Google the 50 most Instagram worthy spots on the island. I used this a reference point to find the most eye catching and memorable spots. There is an amazing mini golf spot of you have kids, it was $9 and about 25 mins from the property. I’ve never laughed so much, totally recommend! The only down side to the property is the current on going renovations. Check your parking space before parking as workers have a tendency to drop screws and nails and I suffered a flat tire. There is also noise from 8-5 which didn’t really allow us to sleep in but it did get our mornings started and it motivated me to go to the beach and sight see. The owner/manager of the property was very communicative when a couple of issues arose. I would most definitely stay at this property again. Also the check in process couldn’t be easier.

The penthouse was just as listed. The views were spectacular from the lanai. The lodging was close to many of the North Shore sites, but not too far from things closer to Honolulu such as Pearl Harbor & Waikiki Beach. The building is definitely dated and they are apparently doing some upgrades but it really didn't affect our coming/going.
