This was our second time staying at the Pearl Tower in Cerritos. There is no better view, location, relaxation spot, that we've ever stayed at. Maria's condo was well kept and very comfortable. Days were spent suntanning on the deck and there really is few better places to be. When you get too hot, run down to the heated pool and cool off with a quick dip. Check in and out was a breeze with Gil, the property manager, and the entire month stay went off without a hitch.

The property is clean, safe and close to Witches Beach.
We really enjoyed our stay, Gil was great!
The only thing we thought was the Villa could use some newer bedding, mop, supplies.
I would stay here again for sure.

This property ocean view is breathtaking. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. Check in and checking out of the condo was easy. Thanks to Gil. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool or beach. We are returning before the end of this year. Spent five nights here. Great place. Ate a few times at Roys by playa Brujas.

This 7th floor property is spacious and very comfortable. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It was well equipped and there are several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. We enjoyed using the hottubs and lounging by the large pool. We plan to stay here again.

A-1 Perfect Condo!
The condo was perfect, incredible pool and ocean view!
We had reservations for 40-days and had a medical emergency and had to fly to UCSD Hospital after 2-weeks. Due to our reason for leaving we expected to get a refund for the remaining 23-days? We received NOTHING! Not happy with the owner or VRBO! Will never use them again!

Paradise in Mazatlan
This condo is everyting we had hoped for. It is well-appointed, very clean and comfortable. The staff at Pearl Towers is super friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

As others noted, this property is EXACTLY as pictured. The condo was beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, the security & quiet were EXACTLY what we were needing & EXACTLY what we got. So lovely. We will be back!

Everything we needed was here for a comfortable and enjoyable 8 day stay. Nicely furnished unit just as advertised. Quiet location on beautiful beach with ocean and city skyline views. A great place to relax and enjoy Mazatlan.

Covid-19 put a damper on many things...
But we remained in the circumstances... Thank you for accommodating us, Maria. We have been coming to the Cerritos area for over a decade and don't have a problem with getting to where we needed to go. Although everything is closed, the view is always beautiful, thanks to our Creator.
Thank you too to Gabi and Gil. Victor the security gentleman is awesome. Please leave me a spot open for future visits...

Second stay at the Pearl Tower
This is our second stay at the Pearl tower and first stay in Maria’s condo. We had a great time. The condo was exactly as described. It is in a lovely area, quiet and safe. We have already tried to book for next year! Maria was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful. Thanks Maria!

Very modern
Very relaxing. Great deck. You can see all the sites and fire work's at nite. For a couple of old fart's or young lovers it's a great place to have a relaxing time. Bert & Terry

Lovely Condo
Pearl Tower 705A is a wonderful condo out of the craziness of the more popular Mazatlan areas.
The condo is exactly as described. It is well stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself, has plenty of linens, and has an amazing balcony with sliding glass door access from both the bedroom and living room.
The condo is well situated for beach walking with miles of beach in both directions. The infinity pool is gorgeous, but was quite cold while we were there.
The condo is near an Oxxo where you can buy snacks and taking the bus to Walmart for bigger grocery shops is easy and economical.
There are plenty of busses and taxis to get to Zona Dorada or Centro if you wish as the condo is not central for restaurants and nightlife.
If you are looking for a private and peaceful getaway this is the place for you. We would definitely stay again.

It was reflected accurately in the listing. She was great to deal with, top notch. The apartment had filtered water system. An excellent fridge that allowed you to put filtered water in it to make ice and dispense water and not use piped in water (this is a fridge everyone should have at their home because the piped in ones cause too many insurance claims). The apartment had more than I expected. Besides food, we only needed to buy coffee and pepper. Paper napkins too you would need to bring if you are so inclined, paper is an expensive commodity there.

Family Vacation
Great place very clean and with all amenities need it for a great stay. The swimming pool very clean and steps from the beach. The washer & dryer a plus!!!! Both TVs with cable & satellite plus great internet service. Overall a great place for a wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful Property
A great suite in a fabulous building. The gym, the pool, the balcony, the beach and the view are exceptional. The unit is adequately stocked with nice dishes, towels, etc. and everything is in good shape and working order. Low on consumables like garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, salt, etc. but that might be luck of the draw. Great wifi. Prompt and friendly communication with owner and good coordination with onsite property manager. As noted by others, not a lot of places within walking distance, but neither is a car required. Bus and taxi options are convenient, simple and cheap. (I prefer this quieter Cerritos Beach location to Golden Zone or Centro.) I recommend absolutely and sincerely hope to stay here again.

Pearl tower stay
Judy and I had a fabulous time staying at the Pearl. Our suite was well appointed, and because of that we were able to entertain friends and relatives for dinners and drinks. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony over looking the beach an ocean.
The staff that looked after the complex were very friendly and helpful. The complex was kept clean and no maintenance issues. This made for a very enjoyable stay. Gil the property manager ensured we had every thing we needed, just a great guy.

Everything was wonderful for our 8 day stay. The property manager, Gil, was onsite often to make sure everything was going smoothly. The condo is very comfortable, the grounds are immaculate, and the pool is lovely. I am already missing the view and the sound of the waves! Thanks Maria.

The condo is very well furnished and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The pools are clean and the views are amazing. Because the condo is right on the bus line and makes it very easy to get back and forth to any parts of Mazatlan. There are nice little restaurants to the North in Cerritos and because the bus only cost 11 pesos is very convenient.. the beaches are beautiful and the people that work at the property or very helpful. We would recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful beach location on great beach for long walks!
The condo is well furnished with everything you would need. I really liked the water filtration system and the ability to make good ice. This condo is steps from a fantastic beach. While we were there, it was very quiet in the condo, at the pool, and on the beach. The condo staff is super friendly, however, not English speakers. Gil is very fluent and helpful. The living room TV had Spanish language channels and the bedroom TV had English. We had a superb time in Maria's condo.

Fabulous oceanfront condo!
We really enjoyed our week at the Pear Tower. It was our first time to Mazatlan and it won't be our last. We spent most of our stay on the very large deck (one of the largest in the building) whether it was enjoying our morning coffee or having a cervaza the afternoon. The condo is beautiful and though we didn't cook as we were only there for a week, it has everything you need to do so. We did use the full size washer and dryer - which helped us pack light for the trip. The pool was beautiful and we made use of the gym every morning. It has very good equipment.
All the staff on site were great and it was very easy to get around Mazatlan. We walked north on the beach (about 30 mins) to have breakfast several days, and dinner a couple times. We used the bus to go into centro or the Golden Zone for dinner several times and to see Stone Island, and often used Uber to get back to the condo in the evening after dinner.
The people in Mazatlan were very friendly. On Sunday night we had dinner in centro and really enjoyed watching the families enjoy the Malecon. Pearl Tower is a little further out - which suited us perfectly since transportation was so easy (and inexpensive) - it was a quiet oasis - but we could also easily go out to be in more active areas. The beach is great and our favorite part was walking it (north or south) and then just enjoying watching other people doing the same as we enjoyed our view from the deck.
Air conditioning and showers (which are huge) worked great. Maria was great to work with. The condo was well stocked with coffee filters, sugar, salt, baggies, laundry soap, toilet paper and kleenex etc.
We have no hesitation recommending this condo and Mazatlan for a holiday!

Absolute Elegance
Fantastic View from the Oversized Balcony, Super friendly on site Security, Great Pool with little Hot tub. Kitchen has all the Utensils to Cook a Grand Meal, Internet wifi was excellent, 2 Tv's , 2 bathrooms Both with showers. A/c Cooled the Unit in 7 minutes and opening the patio doors was always a treat to hear the Ocean waves Crashing. Bed was Comfortable and the whole condo was Super Clean and Organized just right . Nice little Work out room in the Lobby. Very Quiet and friendly older folks staying on the Premises, All Good Folks. Did I enjoy my stay ......You bet I Did.
