Stay and play in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores! This is a 500 sq ft studio condo overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. It is on the third floor and there is an elevator. It is ocean-front overlooking the pool and ocean with floor to ceiling sliding glass patio doors leading out to your own balcony which has table and chairs. This newly remodeled unit has two queen beds, love seat, recliner and flat screen television. There is a kitchenette with stove, oven and full sized refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the premises there both an outdoor pool with tiki bar and indoor pool, laundry facility, gift shop, and restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch.

Had a wonderful stay here over a weekend for the Rockville festival. The room was plenty spacious for 3 people and the beds were comfy. The AC inside runs pretty cold, but it’s nice and refreshing after a hot day at the beach. The view of the ocean and the sunrise was our favorite part and we love eating breakfast on the balcony each morning.

I have zero complaints with this property. We arrived late, after 10 pm and our code didn’t work. VRBO’s messaging was not working so I called and left a message with the owner and he called me back with a correct code in less than 2 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The property itself is a little dated, but it’s clean and well-tended. After we left, I recieved a call from the owner letting me know I had left jewelry at the unit. The housekeeper found it and they were mailing it back. Sadly this doesn’t happen often these days. I reached out to the housekeeper hoping to send her a thank-you, but she refused.

Very convenient to places we wanted to see. Great beach access. All paper products provided. If you plan to do a lot of cooking the kitchen pots and pans are minimal. No dishwasher. We microwaved all our meals so it was not a problem. Unit very clean with great view of beach from balcony.

It was difficult to find, since the exterior isn't well light. The outside looked tired but once inside, the room is clean with a great view.

The room was very nice. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was not working but very understandable because of hurricane that hit. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for the memories

Very clean and organized. The employees are very attentive. We are delighted with the ease. With the check-in and checkout. The view is wonderful. It's a shame the pool is under renovation. The view would be more beautiful but we are looking forward to coming back in August. When it's working. My family and I are very grateful. We had a wonderful weekend.

This place is amazing! You can expect everything you see in the photos and much much more. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to many nearby locations. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Paul for be a fantastic host!

The room itself was great overall. AC wouldn’t cool the room off completely, but the fan helped some. The resort location was nice, but not the cleanest in the public areas at times. Pool was nice though and the heated indoor pool was almost like a big hot tub which was great at night.

We have stayed at the Hawaiian inn a few times now. (we rent from owners ). The room was nice and we love the tiki bar. The bartenders and cook’s are very friendly and fast with your drinks and food.. we will be back😎

We were looking for an affordable place to stay on short notice, came across this one on VRBO and loved it. Right on the beach, close to restaurants , nice outdoor bar and pool area. Owner very response. I'd stay again.

Beautiful beach with easy access. Condo was good. The hotel is older and they need to do more upkeep & daily cleaning. Anyone at anytime can come onto the property from the street or beach. Would stay again.

We had a great stay.. now if your not familiar with heavy metal storm doors at first appearance it can be a little off putting. But this is normal here in Florida for coastal areas !! The condo itself was clean and comfortable we stayed 3 days nice view from Balcony ole by the sunshine every morning doesn't get much better than that Host was quick to Respond to correspondence

Condo was nice with comfy beds as advertised. Perfect view of the sunrise each morning. WiFi had low signal and frequently went out for brief periods of time. Could be a problem for working remote. All employees and guests were very nice. The pool is beautiful but not heated. They have a nice smaller indoor heated pool. Enjoyed the tiki bar’s food, drinks, music and the people working there. We enjoyed the Polynesian Fire dinner show they have on premises 3 times a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return and stay longer next time.
