Stay and play in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores! This is a 500 sq ft studio condo overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. It is on the third floor and there is an elevator. It is ocean-front overlooking the pool and ocean with floor to ceiling sliding glass patio doors leading out to your own balcony which has table and chairs. This newly remodeled unit has two queen beds, love seat, recliner and flat screen television. There is a kitchenette with stove, oven and full sized refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the premises there both an outdoor pool with tiki bar and indoor pool, laundry facility, gift shop, and restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch.

Had a wonderful stay here over a weekend for the Rockville festival. The room was plenty spacious for 3 people and the beds were comfy. The AC inside runs pretty cold, but it’s nice and refreshing after a hot day at the beach. The view of the ocean and the sunrise was our favorite part and we love eating breakfast on the balcony each morning.

I have zero complaints with this property. We arrived late, after 10 pm and our code didn’t work. VRBO’s messaging was not working so I called and left a message with the owner and he called me back with a correct code in less than 2 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The property itself is a little dated, but it’s clean and well-tended. After we left, I recieved a call from the owner letting me know I had left jewelry at the unit. The housekeeper found it and they were mailing it back. Sadly this doesn’t happen often these days. I reached out to the housekeeper hoping to send her a thank-you, but she refused.

Very convenient to places we wanted to see. Great beach access. All paper products provided. If you plan to do a lot of cooking the kitchen pots and pans are minimal. No dishwasher. We microwaved all our meals so it was not a problem. Unit very clean with great view of beach from balcony.

Very clean and organized. The employees are very attentive. We are delighted with the ease. With the check-in and checkout. The view is wonderful. It's a shame the pool is under renovation. The view would be more beautiful but we are looking forward to coming back in August. When it's working. My family and I are very grateful. We had a wonderful weekend.

The room itself was great overall. AC wouldn’t cool the room off completely, but the fan helped some. The resort location was nice, but not the cleanest in the public areas at times. Pool was nice though and the heated indoor pool was almost like a big hot tub which was great at night.

We had a great stay.. now if your not familiar with heavy metal storm doors at first appearance it can be a little off putting. But this is normal here in Florida for coastal areas !! The condo itself was clean and comfortable we stayed 3 days nice view from Balcony ole by the sunshine every morning doesn't get much better than that Host was quick to Respond to correspondence

Condo was nice with comfy beds as advertised. Perfect view of the sunrise each morning. WiFi had low signal and frequently went out for brief periods of time. Could be a problem for working remote. All employees and guests were very nice. The pool is beautiful but not heated. They have a nice smaller indoor heated pool. Enjoyed the tiki bar’s food, drinks, music and the people working there. We enjoyed the Polynesian Fire dinner show they have on premises 3 times a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return and stay longer next time.

The unit was clean and neat. The location was right on the beach. The view of the ocean/beach/pool from your balcony was as good as it could get. The pool area is awesome complete with Tiki Bar and food options. The complex itself is dated and needs some love but I would stay here again without question.

We traveled here for our honeymoon and the views from this room are beautiful. The room matched the pictures and amenities (i.e. towels, soap, etc.) were provided. The hotel is right at the line between Daytona Beach and Daytona Beach Shores and is a quick drive to multiple restaurants. The tiki bar at the hotel is nice and so is the pool. I gave four stars because everywhere you go in this hotel including the listed room smells of cigarette or weed smoke. It was bad enough that we bought a wax melter to try to get rid of the smell but it didn’t work. We also had trouble getting into the room on check in day but thanks to quick communication from the owner it was resolved in about 20 minutes. Overall it was a good stay for a couple nights to relax for our honeymoon, just keep in mind if you are sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke (like I am) either come with air freshener or stay somewhere else.
