This condo is on the 4th floor so the sound of the waves against the beach are easily heard and provide a relaxed atmosphere.
Tower 1 is the newest of the 3 Peninsula Towers and has both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. This 2+ bedroom unit has a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and (2) double beds in the guest room. The den sofa sleeper opens into a very comfortable double bed. The master bath has a Jacuzzi. There are (3) TV's with cable, (2) DVD players and a CD stereo with I-Pod ability.
The kitchen is nicely equipped, dining room seats 6, there are 3 bathrooms and a full size washer/dryer in the unit. There are (2) balconies. The front balcony has panoramic views of the Banderas Bay and swimming pool while the rear balcony has a magnificent view of the Sierra Madre Mountains. You can see fireworks on the Bay nightly.
Next door, at the Peninsula Plaza, there is a Starbucks and several restaurants. The plaza also houses several banks.

Such a great condo! It lacked nothing and the views were beautiful. The pool restaurant and drinks are well priced and so convenient for a day at the pool. Super easy to Uber from and lots of things within walking distance. We will be back!

Our condo was fantastic! It’s huge and a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The property is located close to the grocery store and a kitchen that you can entertain in. The people who work at the condo plaza are exceptional. The owners were very responsive before, during and after our stay! This is my 3rd time here in the last 10 years and will not be my last!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula Towers 4B. Plenty of room, great kitchen, fantastic view. We did have a few things that needed attention, i.e. the master bedroom hair dryer was not working and one of the air conditioner units in the living room needed batteries and security did not have any. Also we never got to park in the parking space the owners pay for. It was taken by an unknow person the entire week. Luckily there were plenty of open spaces. I would recommend this condo full heartedly to friends without a hesitation.

Lovely condo, floor to ceiling window/doors let the light and breezes flow throughout. Well appointed kitchen with all the basics. Bill was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this for a family of 4-6 (provided 2 kids can sleep on the fold out bed in the bonus room).
Lovely grounds with wading pool, large rec pool, and a excellent lap pool.
Short term guests cannot use the fitness center.

Property was very nice. Beautiful ocean view. Security is a little annoying at times but after staying there for a few days it was no big deal. Property manager brought us water and ice, very helpful in explaining the building. Overall great stay.

We have traveled to Puerto Vallarta since 1992. We have stayed at the marina, Grand Venetian and now Peninsula. This is a beautiful property and the staff are excellent, very helpful.
We would definitely stay here again.

PRO’s— Security top notch. Pharmacy and Starbucks 5min walk. It’s a high end area, quiet and relaxing. 3 bedroom furnished condo. Far from where the action is in PV but Uber ride is cheap, we are family of 5 and average cost is USD5. Condo itself is very spacious, fully furnished, like a home away from home. Not a lot of people, so it’s not a breeding ground for COVID😁. La Isla Mall walking distance. If you want peace and quiet I would recommend this place. If you want to stay where the action is, stay by Malecon, 5 de Diciembre or Zona Romaantica, it’ll save u Uber rides.
CON’s— Kiddie pool under construction if u have small kids. Only residents are allowed to use gym, spa and indoor pool. Only have a snack/ canteen bar by the pool which has a limited open time, but the service is 5star.

Beautiful condo and property right on the beach!
We loved our stay at this condo! The place is huge and has everything you need for a relaxing stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. We loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. I would love to go back to PV and stay at this same property. Security was top notch and we felt safe staying at the condo. The room service was not the best, but it’s okay if you just want French fries and drinks. My daughter got sick after eating a chicken sandwich and the hamburger was not good either. There are so many amazing places within walking distance, so definitely explore other dining establishments. The only thing missing from the condo was detergent for the dishwashing machine. I bought some tablets and left them under the sink. Future guests, you’re welcome. No way were we going to hand wash dishes during our vacation. :)
I highly recommend eating at La Dulce (Italian) and the Argentinian steak place, both are within walking distance. Other fantastic restaurants that were recommended by the hosts are Gaby’s, Pipi’s and El Palomar. Those places not only had excellent food, but they also had wonderful entertainment. Take cash/pesos to tip the musicians! They definitely deserve the tips!

Better Than Expected
We were looking for a good size condo with kitchen, ocean view and balcony. This place exceeded our expectations and would like to return and tell our friends. (My wife left her watch at the condo and housekeeping was prompt to let us know they found it and asked for instructions on what to to with it). Just good honest people.

Christmas in Paradise
This condo is in Peninsula Vallarta, a wonderful place to vacation in Puerto Vallarta. Skip and Bill obviously thought of everything a guest would need to feel comfortable, including cleaning supplies and beach towels. My daughter and I were there for eleven days. The views from the balconies are lovely. We could watch sky divers landing on the beach and the sunsets were awesome. We spent several days hanging out at the pool where the pool restaurant, Maggies, was available for delicious food and drink at reasonable prices. It was an easy cab ride to downtown where all the excitement of PV was there to explore. Opening the front and back doors of the condo gave us a constant refreshing breeze throughout the condo — no need for air conditioning, and after days of adventure, we slept like babies listening to the ocean. Skip and Bill were immediately responsive to any questions and gave many great suggestions for restaurants and stores. We felt totally at home in the condo and hated to leave at the end of our stay. I would definitely rent this unit again. The staff and security in the building are top notch! It was a dream vacation.

Another Amazing Stay
This was our 2nd stay at this condo and as always, it was amazing. The condo has everything you need to make it feel like your home away from home. Great location, great view, great owner. We used to do All Inclusive resorts while in Puerto Vallarta but after finding this gem, this is now our 1st choice. Amazing condo in the best part of PV
The condo was beyond our expectations. Super clean, well appointed, the ocean view was outstanding as well as the mountains view from our room.

Peninsula Tower 1
This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Peninsula Condos. We now have stayed in all 3 towers. All have different benefits. We had another wonderful experience from the condition of the condominium, the staff, and the grounds. The condominium is perfect for our family of 4 with 2+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has all the amenities of home, with the addition of exceptional views of the bay. The staff is constantly working to maintain the grounds and are all very friendly. The grounds are amazing and beautiful. Pictures from the deck of the condo are like a postcard. The location is perfect. A short distance to the airport and short distance to the malecon. We also had massages which were amazing and extremely affordable. Overall the condominium was fantastic and our stay exceeded expectations again!

Wonderful, Great, Paradise
We loved every minute of our stay at Skip's Condo at the Peninsula in Puerto Vallarta. Our unit faced the endless pool and beach. The view is spectacular and the condo is lovely. The owner Skip is wonderful. He provides all the ammenities that you would need and sends you all the details ahead of time so you feel comfortable and safe about your arrival and stay. The employees in tower 1 and the lounge in Tower 2 are super. The concierge, Martha, in tower 1 is very helpful. My family and I fell in love with PVR and the Peninsula. We will be back.

Great location, great condo and great owner
We arrived to find the door lock not working properly ,however a quick mention to Martha the concierge, notified Skip and he was right over. It was quickly looked after and repaired. The beds are great, condo is very roomy with comfortable furniture.....and the view of the ocean, cruise ships, hang gliders directly on the beach were wonderful to watch. The little bar next door served up great margueitas and pina colada’s in the afternoon. Grounds and beach were immaculate. Very secure property, could have stayed for a month, we were not ready to go home. We have been coming to PVfor 20 years and this condo by far was the best, fully stocked with great dishes, pots etc however went out for dinner most nights. The fish place recommended by Skip was super.a quick cab ride with a reservation was necessary. Martha came by to help with the remotes for the TVs and the stove. Beach towels supplied, soap and shampoo
As well as toilet tissue and paper towels . We have been in some condos and no hand soap even. Very much appreciated , thank you Skip. Water was brought up by the guys in the garage, as well as ice.
It is a quick walk to the new shopping Center Isla. Vallarta, beautifulwith several restaurants ....new AC buses as well as new cabs made for a great vacation. We did not do any tours as we have been to PV so many times, lots of lounges on the beach and shade with palapas......weather was beautiful. Costco just a quick cab ride,

This place exceeded our expectations!
I was hesitant at first doing a VRBO outside of the USA, but so glad we choose this place. Everything was clean, well appointed and perfect for what we wanted. Ocean view was stunning, pools well maintained and everything was clean and inviting. Skip was a joy to work with and we have already booked here for next year. We all booked several massages and was amazed how inexpensive it was ($28 for a 90 minute massage!). All the staff were helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay here! My only suggestion to improve on would be for upgrading the deck furniture to something a bit more comfortable. That being said, our overall impression of this rental was two thumbs up! Thanks again Skip for sharing this amazing place with us!

Paradise condo
The condo was amazing but the view from the balcony was even more spectacular. We had 5 people and the condo was more than spacious. Loved being on the 4th floor close to the pool which we spent most of our time. We are already discussing our next trip to Puerta Vallarta and would love to stay in Tower I condo 4B. Best trip ever!
Amazing view of the ocean and pools from our front balcony. View of mountains from the back. Pool is beautiful and huge. Then down some steps and on the beach. Condo is spacious with 3 full baths! Everything you need at your finger tips. Skip was wonderful with info about reataurants, shopping, transportation, things to see and do... Martha, the conciere was very helpful too. We had our three daughters with us and always felt safe. Could not have been a better family trip. Thank you to all, especially the wonderful people of Mexico.
