This luxury 12'th floor condominium has three bedrooms and two baths with 1500 square feet plus a large ocean front balcony. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals is an ocean front unit with the large living area and master bedroom directly on the ocean. This unit includes one reserved parking space to be requested at the front desk space 12. Additional 2 spaces $60/space. ** WIFI code SVIwifi61208

This gated complex is the perfect place to vacation. The condo has new 18' tile flooring throughout, and is well equipped to provide you with quality accommodations. There are four indoor elevators and utility carts to easily transport your belongings. During summer season, preference is given to requests of 4 or more nights.

There are two shopping centers 1/2 mile west including 3 grocery stores, medical facility and dollar stores. While the area specializes in wonderful seafood restaurants there are many restaurants for every taste and budget. There are 3 large hot tubs, heated indoor swimming pool, and a boardwalk directly to the beach's white sands.

Location was good. The room would have been fine except the air was not working when we arrived which made the floors and everything in the condo sweat and damp. The property owner sent someone in a timely manner once we were able to get ahold of her. Then the AC worked enough for the rest of our stay.

The condo was well kept and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and multiple hot tubs. The front desk at Phoenix VI was so nice and helpful. They went above and beyond and printed an important piece of paperwork for our soccer match for me which saved me from having to find an open Fed Ex on a Saturday afternoon. In addition the host was very responsive to my questions and helpful. The host had very thorough instructions for check-in and operating the lock box so we had no issues.

My family of 5 enjoyed the property. It was accurately described. Great location, located right at the elevators (but no noticeable while inside), great beach access. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us (all my kids are over 21). Well stocked, it has everything you need to cook with including dishwasher pods. Balcony has plenty of seating and views. Highly recommend.

Property was overall clean but had some maintenance issues. Door missing off laundry room. Gashes in walls. No sheets for sleeper sofa. Listing said tvs in each room but two of the rooms had 15 inch TVs so not sure that is what anyone would expect. Otherwise property was as listed

The overall facility is dated, but relative to the property, this unit is probably one of the nicer ones. It was well kept and clean, the owners communication was great and we experienced no problems. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are extremely small and dated... the tub/toilet area is maybe 35sf. But again, this is probably typical of all units in the facility. Also, an observation more than a complaint... there are no hey cards or digital locks, everything uses old school keys. You dont see that too much anymore. At the beach, we were always afraid of losing one of the keys and having to pay a hefty replacement cost. Digital keypads of course would eliminate this issue. Overall, if youre headed to the Phoenix, I'd recommend this unit.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is amazing to wake up every morning and walk out on the patio to that view. The beach is easy to access and kept amazingly clean. We went in May so it was mid 70s a bit cool for swimming but otherwise perfect. Only wish was that the outdoor pool was heated. Owners were always quick to respond. Very much recommended.

The owners were great to work with and quick to answer inquiries and the condo was perfect for our needs. The only problem we had was getting into the condo the first time. The lockbox was difficult to manipulate…we did not realize that the we had to manually pull the box open instead of it falling open automatically. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very clean except for a few dirty dishes left in the dishwasher by the previous guests and it was large enough to comfortably sleep 8. The location was perfect with easy beach access and plenty of restaurants nearby and the beds were rediculously comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Great property for a wonderful week in Orange Beach. Condo was on the 12th floor with amazing views. Access directly off the elevator was convenient. Owner provided their personal (reserved) parking spot in the garage (so convenient). We were able to purchase two additional parking spaces on the surface lot. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze. Traveled with an elderly family member.. property was extremely handicap accessible, including the wheel chair accessible beach access walkway. Property was beautiful and exactly as described.

Our little getaway for sorjngbreak was perfect. The pools are great and the beach was beautiful. The condo was full equipped with everything needed for a vacation. Only thing you needed was the luggage and groceries.

My wife and three boys stayed in this condo for a full week, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Condo had a great balcony overlooking the Gulf. The condo was in a great location with many things for the kids to enjoy. Loved falling asleep to the waves and waking up looking for sea shells along the shore. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this property as this was the cleanest property we have booked through VRBO. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy Spring Break in your condo!!!
