About this apartment rental

This meticulously maintained three bedroom two bath ground floor condo has been owned by the same owners since it was built. It will sleep six comfortably. The king bed in master can be separated into twins and the guest bedrooms have two twin beds each.

There are two full bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a full size washer. Enjoy the on suite master bathroom large walk in shower. Large dining table will seat six and galley kitchen has the essentials to prepare gormet meals.
Flat screen TV please bring your streaming device or a cellualr device with you to stream all your favorite dhows. , both bedrooms and free HIGH speed WiFi is provided. Enjoy the spacious and inviting screened porch. This makes your morning coffee and evening cocktails even better.

Located in The Fairways at River Oaks. This community offers a great getaway with a large pool and picnic area just a short walk from the condo doorstep. Amenities include a large pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi and plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Picnic area has communal charcoal grill, picnic table and gazebo for guests enjoyment. Additional charcoal grill located just outside condo. Starter paper products, bed liens and bath towels are provided.

Location is perfect with quick and easy access to major roads- 501, 17, 22 and 31 for an easy drive to all of Myrtle Beach's many tourist attractions and the various beach locations. Only a 5 mile drive to the closest beach and the same distance to Broadway at the Beach, this centrally located condo will have you returning each year!

Very Nice Place

Very Nice Place

I liked it because it was in a very quiet area. We had a 1st floor unit specifically because there’s no elevators. I found this online and it met our need perfectly. The reason I gave it a 3 on accuracy is because the queen was actually 2 more twins, which met our need perfectly, but might not someone else’s. I did notify the managent about this. All in all we really liked it.

Beautiful place but disappointed

First off, the condo is beautiful. The downside was there was nothing to take to the beach, not even a beach towel. There were no paper towels, or hand towels in the kitchen. Basically the only thing beyond dishes was salt and pepper. While there was a washer and dryer in the unit, there was no laundry detergent. No cleaning supplies whatsoever. Our garbage disposal backed up our first night there and they didn’t come out to fix it till the next day around 4. We were told it was broken and should have been replaced long before it was broken because it was so old. Non of the outlets worked in the bathrooms, We had to blow dry our hair in the dining room. We did love Myrtle Beach, and it was a close distance to the beach which was nice.

We had a couple of problems with our stay. After traveling 5 hours to the condo we arrived and house cleaning was in the condo around 4;45. She said she didn't know anyone was coming in so she wasn't finished and it would be about 30 more minutes. So we had to get back in the car to go eat until she was done. It was very inconvenient to do this as we were tired and just wanted to get in to rest. As I told you, my son is in a wheelchair and getting back into the car was not what we wanted to do. Also when we got into the condo the guest bathroom had towels on the floor. Your condo was very clean but we were not happy with the problems that we had.

The condo was very very nice. Super clean!. We were 5 golfers down for a long Labor Day weekend of golf golf and more golf. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Most of the time we have about 20 golfers and stay in 4 person condos. This time due to some of the golfers having made their own reservations of having other places to stay we had an odd number of 5 for one condo. This was perfect, and since 2 of us are a little over the hill, the ground floor was super. If there was any drawback was that they only allowed us 3 parking passes and due to our different living locations in the state and a couple having to work on check-in day we had to take 4 cars so we had to find alternate places to park one car every night, but that is about the only thing I would ask to be changed. The property is gorgeous!!! It felt very private in public. I would love to stay In that same condo again in the future. One thing though, the front large burner on the stove seems to have a shortage. It gets burning hot, then go all the way down, then gets burning hot again. It’s not working properly at all. I just have to say from booking to checking out was easy . Thank you Rachelle and the young lady who booked my extra day, you both were very kind and patient with me it’s greatly appreciated!!!!! My family was able to enjoy this property on a recent trip to Myrtle Beach prior to my son’s deployment. It was just as promised clean and roomy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on site and had a great time exploring Myrtle Beach. Check in and check out was easy and the property was well maintained. Look forward to staying here again!

We traveled to visit Coastal Carolina University and for a golf tournament near by. This was an EXCELLENT location right between the university and Myrtle Beach - very easy access. This is a perfectly maintained and organized condo - very well stocked kitchen - and a grocery just 3 minutes away. Plenty of NICE towels in the bathrooms - no detail has been overlooked!

Great Place!

Everything was just as described and the property managers were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We were just minutes away from the Boardwalk but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet at the end of the day. We will definitely be coming back but for a longer stay as 3 days just wasn't enough for the family to do everything they wanted.
