Phoenix Orange Beach 1606 not only has impeccable interiors but it offers jaw dropping views too! Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner, 16th floor with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from floor to ceiling windows throughout the unit and directly overlooking the Phoenix Orange Beach Lazy River. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the spacious balcony with 3 chaise lounges and outdoor dining for 6.
We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen smart HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" smart HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen bed and full over full bunk in the 4th bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All beds offer our white linen program so you'll have fresh white linens during your stay.
Phoenix Orange Beach offers a zero entry outdoor pool with a cork screw water slide, a lazy river, a zero entry heated indoor swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi’s and BBQ grills all beachside. Next to the lobby on the second floor you’ll find the state-of-the-art fitness center with beach views and there are tennis court on the 10th floor with a fabulous breeze and canal views to enjoy while you play.

We had a nice stay and the photos are beautiful. However, I think things would have made it nicer. It would be better to make sure bathroom rugs are cleaned. Sheets not on beds completely. One paring knife for cutting was not sufficient. Plenty of large knives but one paring knife! Outside furniture and balcony need to be addressed. I would not eat off that table. One side table broken on arrival. Check in was difficult. I found this property on Vrbo (or one that is not Brett Robinson) which made check in harder. Alcohol in the pool (lazy river) was out of control. There was not enough room for the drunk adults with kids to allow others to enjoy. Pool closed for broken glass yet big coolers loaded with jugs of tequila allowed or not checked. This unit is right across from trash chute. Everyone’s trash leaked liquids by many made for unpleasant comings and goings. Before our stay was over, it stunk from the trash itself.

The condo was not clean there was hair in the beds and all over the floors in bathrooms and drawers. The floors were so dirty within the condo they turned your feet black. My son and husband also got trapped in the elevator and the fire department had to come to get them out, very scary for them.

Million dollar views from nearly every room. Great access to the beach. Well stocked. Ample parking in the multi-story parking garage. Our family stayed during Christmas week and had a great time! The off season is a nice time to visit OB/Gulf Shores. The property has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. the kitchen is stocked, there is a full sized washer and dryer and the views from this end unit can't be beat! Complex is in a super location with restaurants and grocery stores across the street The lazy river and outdoor pool are not heated so were not usable but there is an indoor pool and hot tubs.
We would definitely stay here again.

Probably the best property and experience I’ve ever had in Orange Beach. We had a couple mistakes that led us to trying to secure a property same day. VRBO would not let us secure same day so we contacted the owner directly. He responded within minutes and took care of our every need very quickly. The condo was perfect for what we needed with spectacular views, parking, and amenities. Highly recommend this place!

Phoenix Rentals was extremely accommodating. I was traveling with 4 kids and the unit we rented unfortunately had a few issues. They graciously allowed us to upgrade to this particular unit. This unit was perfect for my family of four (2 under 2 and two tweens). The beds were heavenly with luxury linens. The bathrooms were sufficient with loads of extra towels and washcloths. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The condo overall has high end furniture but, not so stuffy that I was worried my little ones might break or stain something. Over my last 40 years of traveling to this area as a child and now as an adult with my children, I have never stayed in a unit with such an amazing view! I have refused to stay in any Phoenix units because, we usually travel in summer and it’s too crowded. This was perfect for our remote learning week! The indoor zero entry pool was perfect for my two under two! The hot tubs were large enough for my big kids to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint- I couldn’t find the luggage cart- they only had grocery carts and the vacuum could use an upgrade.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Listing was as advertised. Only thing I can complain about was the garbage disposal needed reset and there was no Allen wrench. Minor complaint. Only other thing is I’m not a fan of the bracelet policy but again, minor. Property is worth a stay, you will enjoy it.

Possibly my favorite vacation! We loved your condo and Orange Beach!! Great location. So much to do! I got up every morning and sat out on balcony watching the sunrise and the dolphin swim by. Seen dolphin and stingray every day. Watched a shark swim right up to shore. Bring a pair of binoculars!! Beautiful views, sea life, beach fun, water slide, lazy river, pool, hot tub and a comfy spacious place to sleep! We absolutely loved it and plan to return. Lots of local restaurants to choose from but honestly just eating out on the balcony (table for 6) was amazing. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with myself and my family.

Great location - perfect for group with various interests
We all had a great time. LOTS of Pros: Great view (Rm 1606- East corner so we got great sunrise view but not the sunset in September). Lazy River and water slide! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Fast elevator doors-we actually got separated from our 7 year old for a while because the doors closed quickly! Lazy River and water slide! Beach is very close, shopping, Publix and Walmart are within walking distance (a few blocks). Did I say Lazy River and water slide? Inside and outside pools and inside hot tubs (even the kids loved the hot tubs).
Cons: 1 Queen bedroom did not have window; it was end of season and the rugs were stained; rugs wrinkled easily and I tripped twice- definitely need to change the rugs. Great shower, but don't use the tub jets-wow, smells like ammonia.
All being said, we would come back.

Great Experience
We had 10 people stay at this condo and it was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. A few stains on the furniture but how can a condo stay spotless. I felt it was very clean and the view is AMAZING!! Floor to ceiling windows in the jack n jill bedroom and dining area. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was stocked but they do not have big skillets to fix breakfast for everyone. There was 3 small skillets. There are 2 big hot tubs and inside pool and a lazy river, which was a huge hit for the kids. We would absoutely stay again, we had a great time. Ice maker in the kitchen so no need to buy ice, trash chute right outside the front door which is convenient. Short walk to the elevators and beach. You will not be disappointed in this condo. We made great memories. Pictures are exactly how the condo is, beautiful decor and big king beds.
