located 5 minutes to Baby Beach, walking distance to Zeerover Restaurant. 15 minutes drive to Downtown and 20 minutes drive to Eagle Beach or Palm Beach. All brand new with 3D floors. Yes you can walk if you don t mind walking in the heat. I did it every day this past trip with the exception of the time I walked to the lighthouse and back. Bring cold water and some money so you can get a refill is my suggestion. I enjoy walking/jogging in Aruba as often as I can but I don t mind the heat.

Villa Filipe is stunning. We were a party of 10 raging from ages 56 to the the youngest of 17. The pictures are exactly how it looks, but seeing it in person was spectacular. The villa was immaculate, had plenty of dishes, cups, glasses and utensils. Edward was very responsive with every question we had. We rented the van that Edward owns which worked out great for our party. You will definitely need a car if you rent this place. The hotel area is about a 25 minute drive. We needed a pizza pan and it was delivered the very next day. Tony who takes care of the property was also very attentive to all our needs. There were a couple of noodles for the pool along with a flamingo float. We did bring a few hammock floats which we left behind for whomever rented Villa 1 next. The villa is walking distance from the flying fishbone and zeerover. We only ate at flying fishbone was delicious. For food we shopped at c mart and super foods. I recommend super foods, they a much larger selection and there shish kabobs were fantastic. There are plenty of lounge chairs to lay around on. We did rent Umbrellas from travel light Aruba which worked out great for shade while sitting on the beach. They delivered them and picked them up the day before we left. The beds were very comfy. The rooms all have an ocean view with the exception of the 1 downstairs bedroom. I can’t say enough of this stunning villa. We will definitely be renting again from Edward. ❤️

We rented Villa 1 & Villa 2 for a party of 15 people & this was by far the best vacation rental property we have ever stayed at! The location was perfect & the host Edward went above & beyond our expectations! Edward responded within 5 minutes & was very helpful. The villas have EVERYTHING you need and more. Both villas were very clean and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. You must try the Flying Fish Bone which is walking distance from the villas. There are 2 local food stores within a mile from the villas. The Super Chow & Better Day Supermarket. Both markets sell food & alcohol. Edward had a 12 passanger rental van & a sedan that we rented from him for the week. He had the vehicles available at the villa which was so convient & much cheaper than airport car rentals. The only con we had with our stay was dealing with the folks that utilized the public pier next to the villas. Since there is no divider between the villas beachfront & the public peir, people would actually come & sit on our beach chairs & we even had people come up on our deck & use our hose & charge their phones. Some even left trash & were cutting their catch on our tables. Once we advised them it was private property, they did leave, but annoying to have to confront them. Toni the property manager was awesome! We will definitely rent the again! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Everything was wonderful. Picture waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below the balcony. Edward was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Savaneta is relaxing and the dock next door was the perfect location to just relax The beach felt private and the pool was perfect. We will be back in a couple of months it was that good!

We were so thrilled to first see this property in person. The views from two second floor balconies and the first floor bedroom are absolutely stunning. All six bedrooms are spacious and each have a very nice bathroom. The property manager was always available and help me out when I locked the safe by mistake. Twelve people would have no problem sharing this property and the pool with its spectacular view. The appliances are a little outdated, but everything worked. We will definitely be back next year!

This property is amazing! Just returned from a week stay in Aruba. I'm so happy I booked this place for our party of 9 adults. Multiple times a day we were saying, "This place is amazing!"
The location is beautiful. We returned each night to see the sunset from our beach. We even spent one entire day at the house swimming in the pool and snorkeling in the ocean.
The house is well appointed, very clean, and well maintained. They even had toiletries for us to use. In the US I'm used to having to go shopping immediately to purchase trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Everything you need is right there. We were able to begin our vacation as soon as we arrived.
Before the trip I contacted Edward several times with questions to help us prepare. He responded quickly each time and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our stay.
I don't often repeat vacations, but this is a place that I would want to stay at again.

There was 8 friends enjoying life. We left our husbands home. The Villa was amazing We had a couple minor problems but We contacted Edward and they were fixed instantly. We ate at Flying fish bones that is in walking distance. Get your reservation in early it was an awesome experience and delicious The carnival was going on so we went to the parade. It was beautiful. You can’t go wrong renting your private Villa.

Booked all 3 properties for a group trip for my BIRTHDAY and everything was simply perfect once again. The villas are in immaculate condition with beautiful 3D flooring, oceanfront pools with a beautiful sunset view over the ocean, linens, comfortable bedding, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, and a very nice front courtyard with grill and seating to entertain. The villas are in a perfect location with restaurants and grocery nearby. Edward also took care of my group transportation at an excellent price . We had an issue with an a/c and Edward handled it right away. He was always available and responded quickly. I am a repeat customer and love these properties. I will definitely be back again and again! This is like my 2nd home! There's no other place in Aruba I'd stay. Edward's properties are top tier. I appreciate such an attentive and responsive host. Can't wait to return!

Our family of 12 people ranging in age from 13-70 rented this beautiful villa for a week. It was everything we were looking for and more. Having a pool, ocean access, and beach were ideal. We enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle, so Savaneta was perfect for us. There are several grocery stores nearby and also a few fantastic restaurants: Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone. We went on a UTV trip, chartered a private fishing boat and spent time at Baby Beach; all are highly recommended. Chantel, the property manager was very kind and helpful. Aruba is absolutely One Happy Island!

Overall, this property is amazing! 6 bedroom 6 bathroom, with pool, on water, at this price is almost unheard of. And George and Edward were both fantastic to deal with!

Beautiful home. Amazing views. Comfy beds. Loved having a choice of sitting by the pool or taking the loungers on the beach (& there are loungers for at least 10). Though public, it felt like it was our own private beach. George was great & wanted to meet every need. The only challenge for us was there were no kitchen staples like we are used to in all other VRBOs we've rented (spices, zip locks, foil, ect) We rented a home rather than going all inclusive because it's usually more cost effective when feeding the family, but it ended up costing more just to get basic cooking staples that most rentals have left from previous renters. It would have been nice to know this before so we could have planned a liitle better, but certainly won't discourage us from returning. Thank you for a perfect trip.

Our family of 10 stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2022. The location was great. Not close to the main beaches but a bit closer to the best beach IMO (Baby Beach). Zeerovers Restaurant is a very short walk away from the Villa and it's such a cool place! We rented the owner's van for the week which worked out great for all the other places we went. The bedroom situation is fabulous. They are all spacious and have their own full bathroom. The coolest thing ever is the dock at the villa that you can jump off into the water. There's also a ladder you can climb down as well. It's about 6 or 7 feet deep there and the water is very clear with a sandy bottom. We rented kayaks and there is an old fish camp that we kayaked 10 minutes to a few times. And the water is crystal clear there. The owner, Edward, was great with communication before our trip. And the property manager, George, was just fantastic. He lives a few minutes away and would check on us frequently for whatever we needed. We had him arrange massages on the little beach in front of the villa and the 6 adults got massages. It was really special. We had a minor emergency (not health related) and without going into detail, I'll just say that George saved the day. Just remember, you are in the tropics. Although we didn't have a problem with mosquitos, we did have flies coming into the villa. If having access to the ocean is important to you, you will love having the dock right there to jump into the water after a muddy ATV tour or in the morning for a quick swim. We also did a snorkeling tour with Missys Watersports which was great. And there are an abundance of good restaurants which we enjoyed every night for dinner. Aruba has so much to offer. Believe the reviews, you will love George.

Beautiful location
We love our property manager George. He responded very quickly to any requests and gave us tips on where to shop for groceries and the best places to dine. He brought over a fishing rod and gave us tips on when to fish. The property was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a beautiful home with spectacular views away from the hustle and bustle of the low-rise and high-rise areas, this is the perfect spot. Interact with the locals if desired or keep to yourselves. There is plenty to do but if you need more action, take your car and drive to it.

Just magnificent!
Villa Fillipe was an amazing place to spend a week in Aruba. The Villa itself was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The location is magnificent with the most beautiful views. Although the pictures are gorgeous, seeing it in person was breathtaking. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean and falling asleep to the waves crashing made for a very magical trip! George the caretaker is an added bonus to this gorgeous villa. George went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of with a smile on his face and a thumbs up! I can't wait to visit again.

Best Vacation stay this far! Very Accomandating
From the beginning to the end, I couldn't have asked for better service and making sure me and my BFF bridal party was well taken care of . Edward and George was not only great host but have turn into great friends were me and my entire crew can't wait to visit again. Edward told me in the door what ever I needed or wanted to happen this weekend that he can make happen and OMG did he become a man of his word. Him and George truly made this a weekend that the bride to be will never forget by being so accommodating and friendly and making sure we was good every step of the way from our request of a Chief, to massages on the beach and to ATV/UTVs and a great night life screen if needed!!! I will recommend this location and we diffinteity will be back!!! Thank you

From beginning to the end this was amazing!!! George was great, our chef was prepared our meals to perfection. The house is amazing thw view is beautiful. I suggest hiring the personal chef Shirly was great. Ill be back soon!!!

Couples Getaway
We LOVED this property and the pictures on the website matches the beautiful scene in person. We were greeted by George upon arrival and we were treated like family until we departed the country. George checked on us daily & set us up with excursions, a personal chef (everything tasted great), and an onsite rental van for our own leisure. George even transported us back to the airport when it was time to leave. We will definitely be back! This rental property is definitely a home away from home. Great setup and just as advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 9 and very clean. Within walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island. Our house manager George was awesome and helped arrange dinner reservations and snorkeling trips. Very near to the top snorkeling reefs on the island. Will want to rent one of the house cars to get to the tourist areas and downtown.

Beautiful Property & Location
I stayed in 2 of Edward's properties with 23 guests. The properties were immaculate and the location was superb. The rooms were large and the views were simply amazing. Waking up there every morning was truly a pleasure. We made some beautiful memories on the small private beach behind the villas. We were about 25 minutes from everywhere. Edward arranged for our transport vans, which were delivered to the villas and waiting for us when we arrived. His property manager, Michel, was always available and took great care of us while on the island, assisting us with every need. The villas definitely added a phenomenal touch to our visit to Aruba and we will definitely be back to book all 3!

Edward was incredible as we got ready to come and stay at this gorgeous property in Savaneta, Aruba. The pics on line are true to the experience! A high end vacation with family from 1 to 59, and accommodations for all.
George is this property’s secret gem. He set us up with memorable restaurants (the food and service consistently good), masseuse’s, and a chef for our last night.
Tough to go home, but easy to remember our experience. 10/10.

Owner Edward and local assistant George very accommodating, private beach and little pier for swimming/snorkeling. George took care of arrangements for car, restaurant reservations, massages and tours. 5 stars!
