Enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving weekend here with our family. Even though we had 2 toddlers with us, it was easy enough to childproof with a couple of gates. I brought some kitchen items with me to cook Thanksgiving dinner, but wouldn’t have needed to! The kitchen is VERY well stocked, and that was fantastic for me! We had the pool heated and it was perfect. The lawn is beautiful, but my only complaint is that it was always too wet for the kids to run around and kick a ball. Sprinklers went off multiple times during the day. Overall, excellent home!

this place is so close to the ace hotel, which was great for pride celebrations. it was a long but easy walk into downtown. the house was really great for shared meals and hanging out at the pool all day, which is what palm springs is really for.

We’d definitely stay here again. There listing said it allowed pets and then we were told after booking (nonrefundable booking) that pets were no longer allowed. Outside of that, great experience.

I’m a frequent Palm Springs visitor & for a larger group (8adults) this was a great house for the value and space. Being a designer the decor/layout is important to me & this space was very visually pleasing. The lead up was typical annoying PS promise to never speak/paperwork to sign (super strict noise ordinance in town no matter where you stay) but the property managers were VERY accommodating and responsive to every request we made from check in to check out. Only regret was not asking for more towels because for 8 adults there was 1 per person bath towels & 6 pool towels, so if youre 8 ppl please note that. Also it was difficult for 8ppl to find properties that didn’t have a bunch of twin beds, this one had 1 room with 2 twins making it awkward for one of the couples to take the bad room…but from searching a lot of other properties of similar pricepoint this was a gem bc others just have more bunk beds & twins. There were extra chairs in the bedroom closet & a well stocked kitchen. Loved the view of the mountains early morning & sunset. I bought a citronella candle at the hardware store next to grocery store bc evenings had little biting bugs outside (not a criticism but heads up for future guests). Loved this weekend getaway & solid lovely stay at this house!

We rented this property and actually really enjoyed it! I love the Twin Palms area! The location was awesome. Our contact person for the property was very helpful until we checked in. Our efforts to contact him during our stay for some issues were left unanswered, or no response for 48 hours. There were no lights for the swimming pool. The best thing about the Casita was the air conditioning. The television didn't work and neither did the outlets. The main house was was very spacious and a very well stocked kitchen. The air conditioning in the main house failed to reach the set temperature during our entire 4 day stay We could only get it to down to 79 degrees! It became very hot in the afternoons and it was difficult to keep the temperature comfortable. Needless to say the A/C unit does not have the capability to keep the house cool. The temperature was 115, we needed the relief! This property would be really great if it were mainted properly and given a little TLC!

If you want a low key family vacation - this is the spot. I celebrated my 33rd birthday here, and it was pretty fab. Great pool to cool down in the desert sun. Big kitchen for cooking with the family. Amazing mid century neighborhood - evening walks in the Palm Springs summer was a Mid Century dream. Would come back here again!

This is my second year in a row at this property. Comfortably suited my party of 6 (with 2 dogs). Very clean with a retro chic vibe. Located in a spot in Palm Springs with central access to everything. Hated having to go home.

The house is comfortable and my friends and I had a great time, but all the rules about noise are off-putting. Most of this seems to come from Palm Springs city ordinances, but this property also has multiple signs and notices saying guests cannot even speak quietly outside before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM for fear of a back neighbor who will report to the noise police and we could be fined up to $1,000. No music is allowed outside at any time of the day nor inside the house if it could be heard outside.

This house was perfect for our group and very comfortable. We loved being in Twin Palms and walking around the quiet streets at night looking at the incredible houses. The heated pool is well worth the cost, and Zach was easy to communicate with. Thanks!

Terrific location, cute house, but a little faded
Love the location/neighborhood and architectural style of the house. Can tell the owners did a nice job of the original renovation, but its a bit faded outside (paint peeling, patio furniture faded/stained) and inside (cracked vanity, well worn furniture/furnishings). It was a nice stay, but for the upper end of the price range had expected a bit higher end condition.

Girls Weekend
This property met my expectations. The main issue was the noise ordinance. We were four adult women who had planned a weekend of rest and relaxation, we had no intent to play loud music, have a party, or disrupt the neighbors. I understood the noise ordinance at the time of booking. The problem was that I signed the agreement at booking and then was emailed multiple times to sign again and again. I was warned many times about this ordinance, ensuring compliance. The amount of notifications put a damper on the stay before we arrived. The warnings of fines and grumpy neighbors was excessive. We felt like we had to tiptoe around the back yard even during the day. The other minor complaint was the front door lock, the code was 10 digits (which made it hard to remember) and the lock was finicky, resulting in multiple attempts to get inside the house.

Just What the Doctor Ordered!
This was two firsts: a visit to Palm Springs, and staying in a vacation home. We splurged a little on this one, and have no regrets. Main goal was to relax with family, and the mission was accomplished. The back yard was very inviting to hang out and visit, or just chill with a book. Ownership pride was evident; we really loved architecture of the neighborhood and wondering around it. Location was great, and owner Zach was super prompt on comms. Vrbo made it easy. Recommended!

Wonderful Mid-Century Modern in Palm Springs
Our family went to Palm Springs for Thanksgiving and I wanted an authentic mid-century modern house to stay in. We had 6 adults and a small child and this house was perfect. Wonderfully redone and updated to a high standard. Very comfortable for a group and so authentic. For architecture buffs, this is a "big butterfly" Alexander house in the Twin Palms subdivision. It does not get better than that.
The kitchen was nicely done with new appliances and well stocked. The Casita is perfect if you have family members that need a bit of space. The backyard is wonderful to get some sun during the day and there is a firepit to gather around at night. The landscaping is top notch as well. Through the clerestory windows in the master you can see the mountains in the daytime and the stars at night. 10 foot + ceilings in the master bedroom and bath.
You will not be disappointed with this property!

Great Location, Beautiful Space
What a wonderful weekend rental! Conveniently located to dining and downtown. Home was clean, beautifully decorated and managed by someone who was quick to respond and helpful when questions needed to be answered. Beautiful pool, fire pit and outdoor casita space. Home does have a lot of windows so expect bright sunshine in the mornings.

Family time at Twin Palms
We came to Twin Palms to celebrate my husband‘s birthday with our adult children and their families. The house was perfect for a family getaway. The pool was wonderful and the grassy backyard was a bonus. We loved the mid century architect and design of the home. The furnishings and beds were all very comfortable and well maintained. We, also, enjoyed the beautiful views of the Palm Springs mountains. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our evening walks through the lovely neighborhood. We had one plumbing issue in the Casita but a plumber was sent out in a timely fashion to remedy the situation. We definitely would return!

Family trip to Palm Springs
We enjoyed our stay and the house was exactly as presented. This home is a good choice for a low-key family vacation. The noise ordinance in PS was stressed on a regular basis so we were nervous to play any music at all but otherwise, super enjoyable!

Fun in the Sun!
Amazing house- perfect for vacation in the sun! Loved the pool, layout of the house and decor. Clean upon arrival, although the master bath seemed like it could use a bit more. With small children, love the alarm feature that talks every time the doors would open so we don’t have to worry about the pool. The pool is big and the perfect temperature. Great location. Very nice neighborhood. Great AC inside when you need to cool down. Nice living room and couch that fits everyone. Great backyard. Host excellent communication. There were just a few things that would have helped our stay be a little more convenient: a few more pool towels, kitchen towels (none to be found), the toilets don’t seem flush all the time, a few lights in the house were out and need to be replaced. Overall great stay in Palm Springs!

Perfect spot!!
We loved our stay here so much! The place was just like the photos, super modern and great location! The owner had great checkin/house instructions! The noise rule is definitely no joke. We enjoyed music by the pool during the day and received a warning from the neighbor even though there was a VERY loud jackhammer running for hours that day. Our music was slightly elevated to combat the jackhammer. The warning was appreciated though and the owner was very nice about it. Other than that tiny instance which ways obviously out of owners control, I’d say we had the perfect stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect weekend away
We loved our stay at this house! Close to downtown for dinners out and a short walk to morning “Koffi”
The home comfortably sleeps 8 people and was the perfect place to enjoy time as a group, make meals together and enjoy the pool during the day.
Highly recommend this home to larger groups. The home came fully stocked with towels, soaps, plenty of outdoor seating and pool floats if you forget yours!

This home was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood! The owners were really great throughout the stay, responsive and kind. If you are looking for somewhere to really relax and not do a lot this place is great. If you are looking for a place to be more loud or to play music at the pool I would recommend a different location. The owners have a back neighbor who complained about the noise while we stayed, given there was 8 of us girls who have been quarantining for over a year trying to just have a good time. The rules do state no noise outside and the owners make that very clear when booking which we really appreciated it. We just didn’t realize the rules were so strict in Palm Springs. So highly recommend this place for a more relaxing & quiet get away! But overall this place was amazing and had such a great time. All of us girls needed a get away and this place provided everything we needed!

Perfect in every way
Everything about this property was superb! The cleanliness, the decor the pool and the location. We honestly do not have a single negative thing to say about the property. We are a family of three with 11yo and a 3 grandparents with us and everyone had plenty of space and privacy. We all agreed that we will definitely be back!
