This very special property accommodates up to 14, and features a single story main house, 3 separate private suites with ocean view balconies, and a large casita that opens out to the central courtyard. This expansive property has been masterfully designed to enjoy the stunning whitewater views of the Pacific. The main house features a beautiful Master suite with stunning ocean views and 2 additional bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

Available for the first time along the exclusive strip of beachfront homes located on the sand, the La Jolla Shores Beach House offers an unrivaled experience for you and your family! Beach, sun, sand, surf, restaurants, shopping - it's all here for you to make memories for a lifetime. Access the beach from the large private deck, and enjoy all that world-famous La Jolla Shores has to offer.

Beach toys, kayaks, boogie boards and paddle boards are provided to enjoy the surf and play in the sand.

Large central courtyard is perfect for outdoor grilling or enjoying the evening in front of the large custom fire pit. There is a Peloton bike available, so bring your own shoes if you have them.

This large property sleeps 14, so you can bring family and friends for a truly unforgettable beachside vacation. Three private suites are situated above the central courtyard, and each features endless views of the ocean, shoreline, and sunsets. Two of the suites are adjoining and have the option to be shared or closed off for privacy. Each suite includes a private bathroom, large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, and view balconies.

A beautiful casita is situated on the lower level courtyard, and features a full bathroom and kitchen. The casita's accordion-style doors open out to the courtyard, creating a true indoor-outdoor living space for family gatherings. Watch a movie, play board games, or read in blissful peace to the sound of La Jolla's gentle waves.

The central courtyard features a barbecue island and large cobblestone firepit to enjoy evenings around the open fire. The beachfront patio overlooks San Diego's gentlest waves, and features a large spa to soak in after a day at the beach. The property features breathtaking views throughout, and automatic privacy shades that open or close with the touch of a button.

Everything about this house is perfection, even better than the photos. The location right on the beach is ideal, and every feature and furnishing in this home has been thoughtfully chosen and cared for. We had a family reunion here, and it was magical. Stew is the best property manager ever. He is attentive to any questions and goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. Thank you!

We loved the layout with a large courtyard and separate suites. It is right on the beach so the.views are amazing. Every room has their bathroom so the guests really appreciated it. The location is perfect in a really nice neighborhood. Stew responded right away to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend it!

This property is incredible! There were 7 of us ladies enjoying our first Girl's Trip since Covid began! The pictures don't do this property justice! I could have stayed forever! I loved waking up and watching the ocean out my bedroom window and even could watch it while I was in the shower! My favorite was just sitting on the patio and taking in the ocean! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some! I hope to return again soon!!! Thanks for the memories Stew!!!

My husband and I spent 6 days at this home with our daughter and son-in law and two grandchildren (ages 6 and 9). the house was perfect. It is hard to decide what was the best aspect of this stay, the house itself, the sunsets and daytime beach view, access to the beach, the ocean, the ability to order takeout or walk to outside eating (key during Covid), roximity to the zoo and other activities, etc. Stew was very helpful and easy to communicate with. All in all, it was a great family escape.

This property was gorgeous, and had so many wonderful amenities. It was so nice to be able to sit out on the patio and look out onto the beach in the ocean. The house felt very secure, and it had everything that we could have needed. Watching the sunset over the ocean from the hot tub was beautiful. The property manager, Stewart, was so kind and communicative. I would love to stay at this property again in the future.

This is THE perfect beach home! Our family of 12 (7 adults; 5 children) enjoyed a truly memorable stay in this beauty! The minute you walk through the front door you will be blown away! This home is perfectly designed (all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms… and the views!! Stocked with every detail to ensure a perfectly fun and relaxing getaway on the beach , whether you enjoy fun in the sand and water or simply watching the gorgeous sunsets by a cozy fire. It’s simply stunning!
