This nicely appointed cabin is in desirable Evergreen Valley! Fantastic outdoor living space with 500 sq ft of covered decks, a large patio, 6 person hot tub, fire pit, and a beautiful lawn. This spacious rambler boasts a large central great room, 4 BR, 2.5 BA, and a fun family game room in the heated garage. This pet friendly cabin comes with AC, WiFi Internet and Hulu TV.

ENTERTAINMENT
The Great Room is a fantastic place to sit back and relax while enjoying your favorite movie or show on the large smart TV with Hulu Live. The room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace. The large outdoor entertainment area is just off the great room through the double doors. The deck features comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Just a few feet off the deck is a 6 Person Hot Tub and built in fire pit for making s’mores with the kids!
While the adults relax in the great room the kids will enjoy hours of fun in the heated, garage game room. The game room features a large leather sectional, flat screen smart TV, DVD, shuffleboard table, and ping pong!
Just a short 1.5 mile drive and you’ll be at the shores of Lake Cle Elum on Speelyi Beach! The lake offers all types of summer time activities, including swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, and paddle boarding.
This cabin also comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center! This private facility, just one mile from the cabin, boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Splash Pad Fountain for kids, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, and more!!
Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend weather permitting!
Winter is also a great time to visit and enjoy the snow! Cross country ski, or ride snowmobiles directly from the cabin to over 100 miles of scenic, back-country trails!

The large, granite kitchen features stainless appliances and a 16 ft eating bar with 5 Bar Stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans to make fabulous in home meals. Just off the Kitchen is the dining area with seating for 8.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV wi/Hulu Live. The Master features a King Bed and a spa like master bath equipped with a 2 person soaking tub and a dual head shower. The 3 Guest Bedrooms are furnished with 2 Queen Beds and a Twin over a Full Bunk Bed. The guest bedrooms are supported by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a powder room.

Overall it was a great place to stay and good location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the excessive amount of rules that made us weary of being charged a fine for simply staying there. Example would be charging you $50 if the entertainment system had different settings or hooking up a game console to the tv. This seems excessive and not inviting. The tv in the room had its picture burned out so anything watched was in black and white. Property management company seems cheap, just spend the couple hundred on an inexpensive tv.
I would consider staying here again but only if I couldn’t find something better.

What a great location for a weekend getaway! The house is very comfortable for two families, we played a lot of games, sat in the hot tub and spent a lot of time in the back yard. The neighborhood is fun to walk through to look at all the beautiful cabins. Overall a great vacation rental!

The home was a lovely stay for a family Christmas retreat. The home was decorated for Christmas and we enjoyed the amenities of the game room and hot tub. We were also able to enjoy snowmobiling very nearby and Heritage Distillery.

We had everything we needed to cook an elaborate Thanksgiving dinner! The house was well appointed and allowed us plenty of space to enjoy each other's company! We spent hours in the game room playing Ping-Pong and shuffleboard with the kids and enjoyed family walks down to the river. House looked amazing upon arrival. Then cooked dinner, found dirty dishes, table,cupboards & BBQ. BBQ was also smaller than pictured! One bedroom TV was broken, dirty & holey duvet cover. The hot tub had debris in the bottom. The pool was great except we had to pay additional $50/day to use it. We stayed 2 nights, almost $2000,$370 was for a cleaning fee and we left the house cleaner than we found it on arrival. We were also told to wash all of our towels and strip beds down.. not sure why we had to pay that much for a cleaning fee. We were rushed to be out by 11am with all the extra tasks. To top this off, we found an excedrin pill bottle in the room my daughter stayed in! Thankful our son with autism didn't find it! Could have been very dangerous!! It was stressful for a vacation!! We asked for our cleaning fee to be refunded but never got a response! Won't use this Airbnb again! Very disappointed for our first family vacation!!

Place was great overall! Clean, great floor plan, beautiful property and kitchen was well stocked. Great communication. Access to the Roslyn Edge pool was wonderful cons: Master bed was very noisy and uncomfortable, I also felt there were signs/reminders everywhere of extra charges in the event of extra trash bags left, use of linens in a closet, etc. Seemed odd when paying quite a bit for the stay in general.

We had such a great stay with our two kids (ages 8 and 6), plus our family friends and their nine-year old daughter. The covered outdoor area with a dining table was just perfect for our July visit. We spent most of our time just relaxing out there while our kids spent hours playing kickball on the VERY sizable lawn in the back. The entire experience came at a time when we felt like we really needed a vacation and just needed to have some relaxed downtime with family and friends--this property and its location more than delivered. We would definitely come back!

Bunk bed safety issue, uncomfortable beds, otherwise fantastic.
The top of the bunk bed was assembled incorrectly and typically you should use a low profile mattress for bunkbeds (as we were advised by the mattress company when we bought them for our home). What this leads to is that the mattress in the top bunk of the home has no safety ledge whatsoever. This is a HUGE safety risk and needs to be addressed.
The mattresses throughout the house simply weren't comfortable. A simple mattress topper could easily address this.
Other than these issues the house, property and experience was fantastic. If they addressed these two issues I'd easily give them a 5 star rating but these two issues severely impacted our stay. Thanks.

Place was very clean, the games in the garage were a hit and the shuffle board had no sand - however I called and they brought me sand within 10 minutes. Was very pleased with that. Hottub was in great working order and was a huge hit. Would stay again for sure.

We did have a few struggles but I think they are more property limitations then faults of the hosts. For a larger group we quickly ran out of hot water. The master bathroom has a large beautiful tub but the house didnt have enough hot water to fill it. Also struggled with the stove top, it took over 30 minutes to get a pot of water to boil. We had to turn off the fireplace in order to use the stovetop at a faster speed. None of this ruined our trip, just quirks of the house. The hot tub was magical after snowmobiling.

Great location
We attended a wedding in Suncadia and this house was so close yet it also felt like we were at a cabin in the woods! Fully stocked with everything we could need, the hot tub was AMAZING plus the garage turned game room was so fun! We will be back!

The house itself is nice, but it was filthy. Top to floors needed to be dusted/vaccumed. Wood flooring had big gaps between planks, creaked really badly throughout the house and needed to be vaccumed in those gaps where sand, dirt, food crumbs got into. Broken ping pong and air hockey tables, and poorly stocked kitchen ware. Many plates, cups with big chips, and a glass pan that exploded during using. If i were the owner, i would provide better kitchenware, repair the floors, and hire better cleaners and property management.

Great home for larger (8) groups!
This home has a lovely, large living area/kitchen/dining/deck/patio area and is great for everyone to be together! The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and spaced nicely apart for privacy. The backyard is fairly private and is in a quiet neighborhood. The home is dog - friendly which is appreciated, and was clean and fresh upon arrival and was supplied with a doggy basket of potty bags and towels. The appliances are newer and in good condition, nice supply of utensils, dishes, etc and the bathrooms were nice. Working with Vacation Rentals was easy and they provided quick responses.
