THE SPACE:
Villa Pandora is an 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 3-story, beachfront villa reminiscent of a Miami-style luxury mansion. This villa is the essence of modern minimalism paired with the most gorgeous ocean view! NOTE: Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the villa, requires climbing several flights of stairs, as there is no elevator available.
The villa was fully renovated in the fall of 2023 – new bathrooms, bar, kitchen, furniture and covered rooftop terrace.

The 1st floor (UK: ground floor) features a game room, bar, and a private, HEATED pool, creating the ultimate entertainment zone. We had a great stay at Villa Pandora. The house is set up perfectly for big groups that want to travel together but have their own space. The chef, housekeeping staff, butler and villa manager were all wonderful, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and fun. The only small issue was there were lots of flies around when there wasn't a breeze off of the ocean but there's not much that could have been done about that. Would definitely stay here again!

Piero as a Villa Manager was very easy to work with, McKenzie was awesome at the house and the rest of the Staff were wonderful. Chef made amazing meals for us all weekend and we just had a great time around Punta Cana both while we were out and especially while we were at Villa Pandora. Can't wait to go back and spend more time on Bavaro Beach and will definitely stay at Villa Pandora in the future.

I can’t say enough positive things about this house. From booking it, to working with management company, to arriving and having staff- everything was perfect. The house is way bigger than the pictures showed. There are several layers to the house and different places to relax. Sitting on the deck and watching the ocean was my favorite thing to do. We were a group of 14 and all of us agreed this is one of the best experiences ever. We utilized the chef which I highly recommend. Makenzie assisted with our daily needs. As well as perio who helped coordinate excursions. The ladies that cleaned the house were so amazing. You are in a gated are. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Two are right there. You can walk the beach in either direction for quite a distance. There are several shops nearby. Definitely a great place to stay just book it- you won’t be disappointed.

The location and views are exactly as advertised. The views from the main and upper levels of the villa were gorgeous through the day and even at night . Place is safe ,clean with excellent amenities .
The house itself met our needs - comfortable beds, each room had 1-2 bathrooms, 2 clean kitchens, a refreshing pool, a big speaker, and well-stocked table games on the ground floor. The swimming pool was well maintained and is an excellent addition to the fun. Pool table , ping pong table and other entertainment amenities were excellent.
And the staff - Charo and Clary made the place clean the entire duration of our stay while being discreet when necessary and helpful when you needed them .
Piero and Claudia our villa managers were extremely helpful - responding to every request promptly and delivering above expectations.
And Chef Roidi was our man , every meal Chef made was on point - including BBQ, seafood pasta and Dominican chicken and all the breakfasts . We took the grocery service and the prices were very reasonable and the food provided was excellent quality including the juices , fruits etc .
Overall we had a Wonderfull experience at this Villa and Punta Cana and definitely will recommend .

This was our first experience staying in a Villa in a foreign country, so it was an all new experience. Our son was getting married, and we had family and friends stay together at this gorgeous 8-bedroom Villa. The breathtaking views of Bávaro beach from the balconies are incredible. It was an ideal place for some pre-wedding photos and family photos in general!!
Our chef, Roidy, was absolutely outstanding! Be sure to have breakfast at the Villa at a minimum. We had the Chef prepare a Dominican dinner on our last night and ate out on the balcony. It was absolutely magnificent!! The maids, Charo and Clary, were amazing and we came home from the beach or from excursions to find clean floors, clean bedding, fresh towels, and even our laundry done and folded!! It was beyond amazing! Claudia, the Villa Assistant Manager, took care of any need that arose throughout the entire week, from getting ice last minute, helping us find things around town, translating when we needed help, and basically assisting in any way we asked. She literally feels like family now and has been encouraged to come visit us in the States!
This 8-bedroom Villa is gorgeous and inviting. The views from the balconies cannot be beat!! The home was huge and the pool table, ping pong table and swimming pool kept the younger guests and even the adults entertained. Truly a very special place, we cannot express how incredible the entire experience was! A complete dream come true!!

The location was perfect there was no need to go off the grounds. The chef was excellent we all enjoyed the 3 meals a day. The house staff was courteous, they kept the house in order. The manager made sure all your needs were met. We had a all around great trip. We loved the house very roomy. The pool was so relaxing!!!

The location of this house was amazing, less than 50 feet from the beach. Seaweed was an issue but that is to be expected in early August. Overall, we felt very safe exploring the beach in both directions during daylight. There is a great inflatable waterpark at Melie Carib (about 12 minute walk) that was $20 per kid/per hour and well worth the cost!!!
We went with the silver meal plan and were very happy. The food was delicious! We chose to let the chef pick the menu and it was all so good. The baked fish was our favorite!!
Piero (on-site villa manager) was so helpful with planning all of our excursions and had great suggestions for us. He was able to arrange a bus for our group of 16 to go to Juanillo Beach with only 1 hour notice!
The house was always clean, even with 10 kids.
Pool is actually larger than it seems in pictures. It was an added bonus for the kids when we came back from beach or excursions.
Looking forward to returning back to Punta Cana!!

I would give this a 5 star but we unknowingly came during algae season so while we were located on the beach, we couldn’t get to/in the water unless we took the 5 minutes beach walk to a an area that was cleaned.

Good location
How did I enjoy my stay?, this is a yes and no answer.
1. The location was awesome, host, house staff and chef was super awesome 👌 👏.
2. The actual villa needs a major renovation.
There was mold in the bathrooms, baby roaches crawling around, and 2 days without a/c on the first floor were guest spent most of their time on the second floor due to ac issues.
3. All furniture needs to be updated holes in pool furniture and and kitchen chairs.
Please don't take pictures of misleading photos and post on VRBO as this is not fair to customers.

Amazing stay
This villa was great for my group of 16 young adults celebrating a birthday! The rooms were spacious and beds in some rooms were able to be converted which was great for the men in my group who shared a room. The staff was awesome and the chef prepared delicious food! They were very accommodating with anything my group needed including laundry.
The only thing I wish was better was the pool. It's beautiful and big, but it was pretty cold our entire stay. I wish it was a heated pool.
Other than that, everything else was perfect. I will definitely book this villa again in the future and highly recommend if you have a large group.

Unrivaled Experience for Big Group
Our group had a fantastic stay at Villa Pandora, which exceeded our expectations.
First - the location and views are exactly as advertised. You are 100 yards from the ocean, with direct beach access: you take off your shoes, throw on your suit and head straight to the water. The views from the main and upper levels of the villa were gorgeous through the day and even at night to see the stars
Beyond that - the house itself met our needs - comfortable beds, each room had 1-2 bathrooms, 2 clean kitchens, a refreshing pool, a big speaker, and well-stocked table games on the ground floor. The décor was very basic, which meant you didn't have to tip-toe around anything.
And the staff - well to be honest we didn't know what to expect as none of us had stayed with live-in staff before - but simply put, they were just incredible. Charo and Clari made the place clean the entire duration of our stay while being discreet when necessary and helpful when you needed them, They even humored our "spanish-speaking" guests attempt at having a conversation. Piero, our villa manager, was extremely helpful - responding to every request promptly and delivering above expectations. We bought a drink package and Piero kept it incredibly well-stocked. And Chef - every meal Chef made was on point - including BBQ, seafood pasta and Dominican chicken (mmm) amongst plenty more. Getting breakfast served every morning was a welcome addition to a long night out.
Finally, our group felt extremely safe the whole time - there is 24/7 security monitoring the gated community housing the villa, plus the numerous vendors nearby who were welcoming and always down for a good laugh. If the group ventured out late at night, Piero was always able to get us a private chauffer.
I would highly recommend villa Pandora for any group looking to have good time in Punta Cana.

Just back from a four night stay in January with 10 people. the Villa was very nice and worked extremely well for our family. Shared family dinners on the balcony, late night games in the game room and great times on the beach. The meals were all phenomenal and the staff was great. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using VRBO, and all I can say is what a great experience! The property manager, Chef, and staff were terrific. There was not one thing missing from the lobster and paella dinners, amazing lunches, and fresh fruit.
The villa staff handled everything from shopping, logistics, and Covid testing. The villa massages are a must! Also, please ask Chef to make some of the local meats for Tacos!
Eight of us took a four-day trip fishing, beach, and party excursion. The pool, pool tables, and table tennis were a blast.

This was my first time using VRBO, and all I can say is what a great experience! The property manager, Chef, and staff were terrific. There was not one thing missing from the lobster and paella dinners, amazing lunches, and fresh fruit.
The villa staff handled everything from shopping, logistics, and Covid testing. The villa massages are a must! Also, please ask Chef to make some of the local meats for Tacos!
Eight of us took a four-day trip fishing, beach, and party excursion. The pool, pool tables, and table tennis were a blast.
Thank you for helping make some wonderful memories, and I look forward to bringing my family and kids back to the Villa!

We stayed at Villa Pandora January 18-25 and had an amazing time! The location is perfect, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our week absolutely perfect! We are foodies and chef Roidy did not disappoint! We had an abundance of delicious seafood and local dishes and he handled our dietary restrictions very well. The girls were so sweet and helpful with anything we needed and the place was always neat and clean, they even did some of our laundry! Alix, the house manager, is a consummate professional and got us anything we asked for. Our large extended family has been renting vacation properties through HomeAway for 7 years now and this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! I can’t say enough nice things about the house and location.
The beach is amazing, water is warm and clear. The beach is mostly clean, but I did notice many tourists just leaving their trash. I urge everyone to stop this practice! Let’s keep our oceans clean :)
Just outside the gates, there is a cute little mini village with some restaurants and amazing homemade popsicles! Try the passion fruit dipped in chocolate. You won’t regret it!
You can go into town (about a 15 minute drive) for nightlife. We didn’t end up doing this, but it seemed very safe.
All in all we had an amazing trip and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! If you are having reservations or deciding between Teo properties, pick this one, you will not be disappointed!

Wow! What an experience for my family and I. The villa manager and staff took care of our every need. Our group ranged from toddler age kids to teens to adults. The staff were so helpful and tended to our every need. It’s not often that kids say they had a great time but my kids said they loved their vacation and did not want to leave. That’s a testament to the service that was provided at Villa Pandora.

Amazing Villa and Manager!
Villa Pandora is the perfect place for any occasion. The mansion is sleek and clean. The staff is amazing, talented and respectful. Viviana, the Villa Manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She was available and quick to help with any question or problems we had. Professional and a delight to be around. We got married at the Jellyfish Restaurant during our stay and we're able to focus entirely on the wedding due to our trust in Viviana. She really contributed to the magic of our special weekend and enabled us to be fully present for our love. We have gained a new friend and are so appreciative to have had such a great manager. The chef was amazing and was attentive to all of our dietary restrictions. The maids were happy and respectful of our space and personal possessions. And the Villa is absolutely gorgeous, right next to a beautiful beach, local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended! We can't wait to get back. Justin and Heather

AMAZING HOME AND STAFF!
Wow where to begin! The images speak for themselves, the home is exactly as pictured and more, and the staff was incredible! Starting with the Villa Manager Viviana always so attentive to our needs and would communicate absolutely everything with me. I let her know the home was a complete surprise for the bride (this home was booked for a bachelorette/bachelor trip, as well as the guests that would be arriving in the following days after our check in) and she set up absolutely everything! I was allowed to decorate the home for the bride and accommodate the home to the occasion. The girls Charo and Clari were so so sweet! Anything absolutely ANYTHING we needed they would have for us, they would cater to our every need and would bring around endless mimosas, big big shout out to you girls, se les agradece todo!! Also the chef was amazing always smiling and the food to die for!! We were served with a buffet style on multiple occasions and all of our special requests were met! There was so much variety in the food options I wanted to try it all! The house is always stocked with drinks and I mean anything you can possibly think of. To be honest I thought we were not going to be spending much time inside the villa so we opted out for the all inclusive option, but in the end we should have just done that because without it we spent just above that amount. Any excursion or transportation we needed Viviana would arrange it without asking any questions and it was so convenient that we paid everything in the end as opposed to having to take out our money over and over again to pay for these luxuries. If you are planning to split the tab definitely take cash!! If not just pay it with a card and pay the 4% fee it honestly was not that bad, either option is convenient. The house is located in the perfect location it is a 5 minute walk to all the local market/nightlife area and there is also a very conveniently places bar/beach restaurant right next to it with amazing drinks! There is also security 24/7 and the house is gated so if safety was definitely not a concern. The rooms are ginormous and they all have a restroom (if not two, that's right TWO!) as well as their own closet/s. We spent A LOT of time in the pool area absolutely amazing! The perfect vacation home, what are you waiting for book now you won't regret it!! (this is not an ad :)

Awesome location, Chef, Staff and home!
This was the perfect property for our three family vacation. The food was exquisite and the home was awesome. This is right on the beach next to everything you would want to do. The staff was very attentive, informative and made the week go smoothly. I would recommend this site to anyone that wants to have an fantastic beach vacation. Vivian, Charro, Clari and Roidy made this one of our best trips ever.

Beautiful location, some issues with one of the air conditioners but it was fix the next day. House was very comfortable and spacious. The fact that we had to paid for the water and the electricity fee on a daily basis was a bit much, that should be included in the rental fee.

Bachelor Party Paradise! 13 guys stayed with plenty of extra room. House Staff Tremendous!
My son had his bachelor party here last weekend. 13 of us in total. We went with the all inclusive food and alcohol plan . We never ran out of beer or rum (close). They walked to play vollyball/football on the beach every day. The Chef made 3 meals a day for us (we let him choose). The food was terrific and the chef was always flexible on times. House maids were fantastic. We were messey but not destructive so when you woke up each morning the house was brand new again. Lastly, the house Manager Vivian who has been on the island for 15 years knew every place and every activity on the island. She also knew which place/activity to recommend/not recommend and to make sure that we always got home safely.
