Good and restful.

I loved the convenience to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The cleanliness and friendly staff was awesome.

It was hot in the lobby area, I think the air was out. The room floor needed to be mopped.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience in Charleston and our stay was here was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, gym was nice, the location was perfect with walking distance to multiple food and shopping selections. Staff was helpful, check in could have been a little more welcoming. Breakfast bar was absolutely amazing to be from a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was not clean, the water was freezing and it was very unwelcoming, gave off vibes from a murder movie. Add some color to the walls and throw a few decor in there. This was the only bad part of the hotel, but obviously my child wanted to go but my older kids didn’t because it seemed creepy and not clean.

Parking was a little tricky as you park in a multistory garage with the general public. Only first floor parking has direct entrance to the hotel. This makes it hard to unload luggages.

We had a lovely stay!

The location was beyond excellent. We were able to walk to lunch and dinner and even shop. We had a car rental and every place we went was no more than 20 minutes from the hotel. We loved that there was breakfast every morning too!

We had a room by the elevator and the foot traffic was a bit noisy, at times, but it was nothing the TV volume couldn’t fix!

It was convenient to several shops! Loved that there was a parking deck and it was only 8 minutes from the beach! I also loved that it was pet friendly along with the shops around it! I will be booking here again for my next trip to Charleston!

it was in the perfect location, all the best shops and boutiques. restaurants, coffee, ice cream, almost everything you would want, and all in walking distance and only few minutes from downtown Charles and the Beach, we went to Isle of Palms Beach, we loved it and will definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was, when I booked my stay months ago, they sent me a confirmation , that gave me the final price, and it stated what would be charged to my account and it stated includes all fees and taxes, we’ll after I checked in, I noticed my card had been charged 50.00 extra, I called the desk and they told me it was a $25 per day incidental charge and we would get it back, after we checked out and everything was okay, I have never stayed at a hotel and they charge a different price than what was already agreed on and that stated all fees and taxes and they never told me that they were charging me that extra, so waiting to see as of today no $50, dollar fee returned, so just be aware, the extra $25 per day.

Great hotel and location but won't return due to imposing breakfast staff.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. Easy access to Sullivan's Island and Charleston.

The staff that prepared breakfast was very intrusive. The chef walked from table to table imposing himself upon the company of everyone. He overstayed his welcome at our table each day of the stay. He also asked personal questions and even asked my 12-year-old son if I was a "good person". We won't be back.
