This charming residence with great curb appeal was a "Parade of Homes" winner, and will make you feel at home the moment you pull in. With nearly 2,600 square feet of living space, you will have plenty of room to spread out and relax on your vacation. ''My Happy Place" welcomes you with a large driveway for ease of parking and a large front porch that is sure to be a comfortable gathering spot to plan/review the days activities.

Inside the home boasts an expansive living room, with open living, dining and kitchen areas making it the perfect gathering spot for entertaining. The kitchen is much larger than most and is well stocked to make you feel right at home; there is plenty of room for more than one cook. From Keurig, to latte frother, to Ninja professional blenders; we have your needs covered. Our family room is large enough for the whole family to gather. It features wood cathedral ceilings two full sized sofas (one is a sleeper), and has two additional chairs. The dining room features a large table that has seating for 8. Spare chairs in the master closet can be brought in for more seating. Also on the first floor is the master suite. The master features a king sized bed with a large walk in closet. The master bath has a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a separate shower. There is also a powder room and a full sized laundry room on the first floor. Off the laundry room, you will find a Weber gas grill on the screened in back porch.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. Both have queen size beds and one has an additional set of built-in "adult size" bunk beds. These bed rooms are both attached to the Jack and Jill Bathroom with separate vanity areas for each bedroom. There is also a large window seat on the second floor landing which is a great place for reading or a nap. On the third floor, there is a loft/4th bedroom with a queen size bed that will be a hit with kids of all ages! Many board games and an Xbox 360 are available and a deck is attached to enjoy the beautiful views and catch the sunset. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s.

Moving outside, our home is located in the front part of the Seacrest neighborhood on one of the larger original lots. It is only steps from the neighborhood 12,000 square foot pool and a short distance to the beach, 30A pedestrian path, and the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The neighborhood offers a free shuttle to the beach in season (Mar 1-Oct 31), that is only a phone call away. The tram will take you, your chairs, coolers and toys straight to the beach. To make packing easier, we have beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas at the home as well as beach toys and a cooler that you are welcome to use.
