About this apartment rental

Just Bring You to this beautifully appointed bright beach condo - freshly painted Jan 2022 with brand new plank flooring throughout and Brand New Master Bedroom Reno (completed Jan 2022, photos not posted yet). Feel the island vibe with beach-y furniture with comfy beds, new AC, washer/dryer, fridge and dishwasher just steps from beach with elevator, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 porches (1 screened-in), 3 bikes and everything (really, everything!) you need for a happy, relaxing beach getaway! Rest by the beach or pool and take an elevator to your cottage-style beach condo with washer-dryer, dishwasher, a Guest Room with 1 Full and 1 Twin bed and a Master Bedroom with a King bed. Park easily in your spot in the covered garage. On the beach side of Gulf Drive so you don't even have to cross the street and you are toes-in-the-sand in minutes! Our porch looks out to trees on the side of the building, walk down and take a short well-manicured path to beach. Well-maintained Heated pool and tennis courts. Close to stores (like Publix), restaurants (like The Sandbar, Blue Marlin, The Waterfront, The Beach House, our faves!) and minutes to walk to *FREE* trolley stop (runs until 10p!). Enjoy 3 Flat screen TVS -- 1 per bedroom and 1 in living room, all with Cable. Free WiFi. Fresh new furnishings and bedding! We are available by text, phone and email to answer any of your Qs at any time. We love it here on AMI, and you will too! Great for couples and families (packed with board games) and perfect for celebrating anniversaries and birthdays -- we've hosted many Anniversary and Birthday celebrations!

Very good location for beach and short drive, bike ride to restaurants and stores. Pool area is nice and hardly anyone is there. Unit itself functions very well. It is a bit dark. Pictures give a good view of the unit.

Facility overall is very nice with a lot of nice people living there. We did not receive details on how to enter rental, we had to call about that. The rental does not have a view of the ocean but it is a very nice short walk to the beach. It was clean. The owner has left personal items in several areas, more than we are use to. The master bedroom is very nice. We enjoyed the stay, the price was high compared to other units in the complex. It is a nice facility to rent with a pool and tennis court.

We totally enjoyed our time at this Holmes Beach condo. It is just as pictured & communication with owners was easy with prompt replies. The pool & the beach were relaxing & never crowded. Look forward to a return visit… thanks to Julie

Stunning location, 50 yards from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Julie was exceptional. We were travelling with two young children and she couldn't have done more to help us: arranging for delivery of a crib and other items. It was seamless. The villa is wonderfully equipped and it felt like 'home' straight away. The store cupboard holding all kinds of beach and sport paraphernalia was a big bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we are planning on when we can return! Anna Maria is just fantastic and theres lots to explore on the island and nearby (visit the Mote aquarium too if you get a chance). Highly recommend this property.

Great place. Close to the beach. Toys, tennis stuff, chairs and a nice umbrella all provided. Full kitchen, fully stocked. Nice owners to deal with.
