We've stayed at this property multiple times and the experience has always been great. The spread is perfect for several families, with multiple en suites, kitchens, common areas, ample parking, and an amazing game room. It's also just a quick drive from the highlights in town, and on the west side it's easier to navigate the traffic and parking.

Great property for a birthday gathering - plenty of space and lots of things to do, and the location is just a couple minutes from town.

We have stayed here a couple times and it is perfect for our family. Beautiful views, amazing game room, river access, space for everyone. It really is the perfect place to get away with family in Leavenworth.

Plenty of room, very homey, breathtaking views, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets and other creature comforts, loved the game room. My family had an unbelievably perfect time - thanks in part to the Alpine Pension. We even saw a bear swimming in the creek then run up a tree. Lots of memories made. Thank you!!!

The place was almost perfect for us - large enough for nine adults; lovely setting on Icicle Creek, where we swam and then jumped in the hot tub; comes with a play space for foosball, pool, etc; nice kitchen, where we prepared breakfasts. Great stay - thanks!

This place was amazing for our large bachelorette group. Everyone had a comfortable bed, there were so many rooms with large beds and bathrooms and so many places to lounge. The views were amazing and location was perfect! Very close to leavenworth downtown and on the river for easy floating. The attached game room garage was perfect for all of our late night hangs and activities. Check in and check out were super easy. There were so many chairs outside for hanging as a group and 3 refrigerators throughout the house which made it convenient for all of our groceries. Everyone in the group kept mentioning different events they’d love to rent out the place for in the future, 100% recommend!!!

We had a great time. So perfect for two families and kids. The house has everything you need and the river is beautiful. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub so much! We will definitely be back!

The house was clean, bright, airy and we'll appointed. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and come together. Management was very communicative and the whole process was very smooth and easy! Definitely coming back soon, highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Perfect for a group getaway. The cabin was clean, there were lots of rooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved waking up to the river views. I would definitely stay again.

This place is so beautiful. Right on the river with amazing views. Not far from leavenworth town. Each room is equipped with everything that you need. Kitchen is stocked with everything. The whole place is just inviting. Very nicely decorated inside with furnishings and other things. The game room was a bonus. So much fun to hang out. The owners respond fast if you have question or something. Wanted to already rebook this place but its already booked out. Definitely will be back to this cabin if the opportunity comes up.

Three couples with 3 kids under three. We had a fantastic time. The home is large with plenty of room to hang out but also to spread out when you need some space. The game room was pretty cool even though we never got out to use it as we play board games inside. Kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Location is great as you're just a 5 min drive to DT Leavenworth. Would stay there again. The spiral stairs were cool but a bit steep so if anyone in your party has mobility issues it may be hard to get to the downstairs. A weird thing was there is a 6th bedroom that isn't listed! Like a bounus bedroom down stairs.

This feels like our home away from home! This house meets the needs of all 10 of our family members. Close to town, sleigh rides and shopping and dining!

Booked this property for a family-friendly winter vacation. The Christmas themed decorations were on point, and the location you can't beat. Close to town, and also a view of the river - beautiful. Pros: location, owner communication, space for everyone to relax, family friendly and easy check-in and check-out process! Cons: * for those of you traveling with small children, be aware the only way to get to the downstairs is via a spiral staircase, this was not included in the listing, and it is worth knowing before you go. Thankfully there is a door at the top of the stairs to keep the littles from tumbling down, but keep this in mind for those who may be needing to use the downstairs. Couple other small complaints, the gas fireplace was out of order which was a bummer. The placement of the TV allows for the TV noise to blast into the dining area, which isn't ideal, but not a deal breaker. Overall this place was a dream to stay at. Beautiful place, best gameroom and perfect for a cozy getaway!

This is a fantastic property for a larger group. The view was magnificent, and the location and comfort of the home could not be beat.

The property was everything we expected and more! This was the second time my wife and I visited Leavenworth and the first for all my in-laws, sister, and niece. The last time our cabin was 30 minutes up north near Lake Wenatchee, so being only a 5 minute drive from the town was a major advantage! We were all in agreement with how warm, inviting, and comfortable we felt in the home. The Christmas decorations (lights outside, the lit tree, pillows, pictures, etc.) really made the visit all the more festive. Every room was great and offered beautiful views of the river and snow. We kept ourselves entertained by watching Christmas movies, playing board games (so many choices), and enjoying the game room while watching the World Cup Final. Definitely one of the best rental properties we have experienced. We will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay when we return for the Spring or another Winter visit. The only downsides we experienced was the upstairs fireplace was not working, but that was easily resolved by just heading downstairs to use that fireplace instead. The second was the jets in one of the master ensuites tub was not working, so I was not really able to take advantage of that. Beside those minor blips, we would highly recommend this home to any family big or small. This place really helped make our trip to the Pacific Northwest so special and one that we will never forget. Our son got married up at camp Zanika. It was the perfect location and such a beautiful setting for us to relax and enjoy the amazing views during down times during the wedding festivities. The beds were very comfortable and everybody was so impressed and happy. Thank you for our stay. Only wished we could have stayed longer.

This was our second visit to Alpine Pension. Can't say enough good things about this place. The river front location is so peaceful, you feel like you're a lifetime away from the daily grind. But, you're only a quick drive away from town - shopping, restaurants, activities.

We had a great time during our visit to Leavenworth. We had three generations and four separate families enjoying this property. The kitchen and common spaces allowed for us to come together easily and the bedrooms and upper/lower floors allowed for separation when we needed it. We spent our days floating the river by dropping down the bank behind the house. Our evenings were spent playing in the fantastic game room. We did have an issue that we contacted the property manager about and we received a call back within 20 minutes and a correction occurred quickly and efficiently which was a huge relief when on a vacation. Thanks for the great time!

We enjoyed our visit to Leavenworth at the end of July despite 100+ temperatures. The area has so much to offer. Our group enjoyed cycling, tubing, golf, zip lining, and of course the local coffee shops/bakeries in town. This property was very comfortable and located directly on the Wenatchee River. We loved starting and ending our days in the back yard; such a beautiful view. The patio was great as there was more than enough seating for our family. Indoors there are lot of places to spread out and relax. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs; 3 on lower level. Depending on the age of your group might be useful to know that there is a spiral staircase to reach lower level. The open floor plan in the kitchen allowed for a nice gathering space. Thanks for providing the coffee, a must have as we started our days. Really appreciated the response time from the host; very accessible.
