Lake chic condo 2 bed 2 bath bottom floor unit, Master bed room has king bed, huge double sink, with jetted Tub, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed for the kids. Sleeper sofa in living room for added guests. Full size washer and dryer. Only a few steps away from the 12 X 28 boat slip. The best sunset views at the lake from the deck. Outdoor grill available upon request. And only a few blocks from restaurants, Night clubs, Andy's frozen custard, boat rentals, Movie Theater, Go cart tracks, and the Outlet mall.

Great stay for the shootout. Steps are hell when carrying coolers from truck, to condo, to boat. There is no grill on property as they are being outlawed in March of 2025 in multifamily buildings.

The property was beautiful, the inside was awesome. Sometimes when staying in people’s rental properties, you’ll have to bring more toilet paper or trash bags or other household necessities. Not here. He had everything set up, kitchen gadgets if needed along with anything you might need if you decide to cook meals at the condo. We had accidentally locked our keys in the car and it was pouring rain. He was very understanding and let us wait inside (it had gone past our checkout time) until the locksmith arrived. He answered all our questions and was quick to respond when we texted or called him. We highly recommend and plan on staying again in the future.

The cutest little condo!

The cutest little condo!

This place is even cuter in person than it is in the listing! The windows are big and it’s open where it lets so much light in and views of the lake. You are right on the water and you can hear the waves at night! It’s got a fun little ring game on the porch and outdoor lights. It’s got everything you need as far as appliances in the kitchen and it was decorated so cute. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay! We would definitely come back. Another plus, the host was QUICK at getting back with me with answers to all my questions and was very kind!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had a quiet vacation as it was before Memorial Day weekend. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and it had everything we needed and more! Kevin, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. If I had any nitpicks...I could have used some knives that were sharp :-). Otherwise, the sheets were soft, the products were plentiful, and the grill was fantastic! The condo is in a great location -- Osage Beach -- and there is so much to do, especially for first-time visitors such as ourselves. We hiked every day, wine tasted at Shawnee Bluffs winery, went to Bridal Cave (worth it), and loved that we could walk to a few of the nearby restaurants. Loved Pappo's Pizza especially. We hope to get back!

Loved this condo! Had everything we needed and more! Very clean and spacious for our group of 4. Comfortable beds. Washer/ dryer on site which was very convenient. Amazing balcony right on the lake. Wonderful pool that was just a short walk upstairs from the condo. Would definitely recommend!

We just got back from a long weekend in the Ozarks. This condo was AMAZING! The condo itself is very clean and has plenty of space! It also has all the items you need from cooking utensils to extra pillows and blankets. The views are incredible. Absolutely incredible. The deck was perfect for hanging out and watching the boats go by on the main channel. The pool was great too!! The condo is also conveniently located with easy access to local bars and restaurants. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again!!

Lots of complaints we read about all the stairs, there are 51 actual stair steps down to condo. Kind of a hassle but not bad. Great view of the main channel with lots of boat traffic to watch from the deck. Approx. 30 more stair steps down to the dock if you had a boat, we did not. Great location in Osage Beach to go to wineries and lakeside bars. We hit 10! Very clean and comfortable condo. Lake tap water has a slight flavor if you are one who notices that, bring your own water for coffee or drinking. We contacted he owner about a couple minor issues and he was responsive. Overall a nice place to stay.

We stayed for 4 nights after thinking we needed one more day last year. The condo suits our family of 5 perfectly. Everything was in great shape throughout or stay (though the coffee pot was slow-the owner tried to get us a new one during our stay). We’ll definitely be back again soon!

We loved everything about our week at this rental. We have four young children and it was a great fit for us. Wecouldn’t beat the Beautiful views and the pool right in walking distance. The manager was very helpful and great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again and we were sad to leave.

Great location with beautiful views and close to pool. Yes, there Can be a lot of stairs, as this unit is on the ground floor right on the lake. Take the pool entrance and save your self a lot of steps! Great condo!

Wonderful condo

Staying at this condo was hands down the better choice compared to a hotel room. So much more relaxing! My family absolutely loved staying here. We enjoyed just setting on the deck watching the boats and it was close to everything else we wanted to do. Owners were very accommodating. Several friends on Facebook we very impressed with my photos and asked for me to pass along information so they could stay here too. We will return to this beautiful place.
