My family had the perfect week vacation at Canal View. We've been visiting Bethany Beach for over 20 years, and this property was unanimously our favorite. Not only was the location perfect, but the home itself was spacious, clean, well equipped, and the owner was very accommodating towards ensuring our stay was all that we had hoped. Thank you!

The property is well maintained and clean with nice decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. The canal views from the deck, screened porch, and master bedroom balcony were wonderful. The location was great - a doable walk to the beach and downtown Bethany. The provided parking pass was useful as well. We hope to be back!

Canal View was a dream!
My husband and I booked Canal View for a week and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The host, Mindy, was very communicative from the time we booked through our stay. The place was absolutely adorable and EXTREMELY clean. We have a 5 month old and the house was so accommodating for a baby, especially because it was a quick walk to both the beach and boardwalk. The house has a screened in porch and another TWO porches to relax on. My husband also loves to paddle board and enjoyed taking his out on the canal each day before or after we went to the beach. We can’t say enough positive things about this place — we’ll be back next summer for sure! Thanks for a great stay!!

Family vacation
The beach house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It has everything you would ever need for a great beach vacation. We enjoyed kayaking, walking to the beach, restaurants, shops We liked it so much we hope to stay there next summer.

Peaceful get away
My husband and I brought our 2 year old for a beach weekend and wish we could stay for a few weeks! We were immediately relaxed and the pictures doesn’t do the property justice! Girls Weekend!
We rented Canal View for a girls getaway. We love the house, the property’s setting, and enjoyed the chiminia for a nice fall evening.

Very well appointed. It was a perfect place for our family of 4 (although with the kids, we never used the 3rd bedroom so it could definitely accommodate more).
Location was excellent. Could easily walk to the beach or to restaurants (in either direction). Check out was at 10 am. It was such a nice day so we parked our car at a local bike rental and explored more. Grabbed and early lunch at Mangos on the boardwalk. What a view!
Next time we will rent kayaks which Mindy said can be dropped/picked up at the property. That was the one thing I wished we could have fit in to our trip. Highly recommend Mindy’s place.

Lovely home and location
Four of us used the home for a short weekend away. We loved the large porch and lovely deck. The kitchen had all that we could ask for. Overall, the home was tastefully and completely outfitted. Very nice property.

I can’t say enough about how nice the property is. It is so well cared for. All the small things that make it very comfortable to be at. I have stayed at many and this is definitely one that is a step up because of the owner.
Beautiful view sitting on the deck. We had great kayak rides. Good location for everything.

Decorated in a nice beachy feel. We would definitely stay here again. If so we would bring bed foam toppers. the only reason why We give this place 4/5 stars are the beds. This is very personal some, as some people like hard beds and some like softer beds. All I can say is these beds were hard (for us) And we did not sleep very well. Some may like them but we surely did not. Next time we would bring something to make the beds feel more soft.

Sweet and beautiful secret spot
Beautiful and calming oasis next to the canal; chimes in the evening; and sounds of water, birds, and beginnings of summer fill the surroundings. Peaceful for adults, joyful for children. Perfect spot for making lasting memories.

Short getaway with family friends
This was a well deserved break for all of us, family friends since the start of Covid!
Mindy’s house is beautiful. It’s nice, neat and clean. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. The location is great. It’s walking distance to the beach. The canal is an added view of this house. We enjoy sitting in the back while grilling. The screen porch next to the kitchen is also a nice area to relax. All in all, it was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

Great stay
Mindy's home was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. The location is great in terms of being near town, but given that it was off-season, we were comfortable to spend much time relaxing in the home. We would definitely return again, both on and off-season!

Amazing Bethany canal front home
We had a wonderful time at this amazing Bethany canal front home. Mindy was so easy to work with and made the entire process stress free. Her home is immaculate and well appointed with anything you need. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable to relax and enjoy your vacation in. Very convenient to downtown Bethany. We walked into town multiple times a day. You won't be mistaken to stay in this lovely home!

Mindy’s lovely house is immaculate and fully stocked. Beautifully decorated in a whimsical beach theme, the house was a perfect setup for our weekend away. She has thought of everything you could need and provided it in the house. The screened in porch was a fantastic place to sit and relax, without bugs. I only wish that I had more time! Thank you!

Lovely Canal View
This home is decorated in a tasteful beach theme, has a well-appointed kitchen, and a wonderful screened porch. The location is near other homes, but was in a quiet area. We enjoyed kayaking on the canal and walking to the beach. The only downside....wish we could have stayed longer!

Relaxing, quiet location
This property is located right on the canal, great for kids as they have a nice yard to play, also a short walk to the beach, a variety of porches to sit and relax For our family it was perfection

A hidden gem on the canal
We were able to stay at canal view with my family of 6. My teenage boys loved fishing and kayaking in the canal and loved using their long boards to skate to the park nearby. It's so close to the beach, I felt comfortable letting my kids walk to and from by themselves. It's just the perfect location. I have pretty high standards and this place was just perfect!! We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be back!!
