About this house rental

Great location in central Chichester, newly renovated, three bedroom house perfect for contract workers, holiday, Goodwood Revival, Festival of Speed, Qatar Races, Glorious Goodwood, DJ nights, Members meeting & other local events. 1x Super Kingsize & 1x Standard Double in the main bedroom, a King Size double bed in bedroom 2 and a King Size double bed in the bedroom 3, a lounge sofa bed.10min walk to Chichester Centre, train & bus station with buses running directly to from Goodwood events.

Free on-street parking.

Very straightforward and simple rental process, and pleased with amenities in the property (kitchen supplies, double WC, etc). Good location, lots of tv channels; all in all a very good property!

Surprisingly spacious terraced house with 3 good sized bedrooms. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as bedrooms are all on first floor up steep stairs and bathroom is downstairs. Good facilities including sunny garden with table and chairs. It backs right onto the railway line but you really don’t notice the noise. Very short walk via a bridge over the railway to central Chichester.
