Very nice… sixth time we’ve stayed there.

My son and I stayed for 1 night. It's a pristine, nicely decorated apartment that was really spacious. We loved it!

This was a central location for my business partner and me to meet for an in-person strategy meeting. There are great restaurants across the street. It is a historic building that is being remodeled, but it is really cool to see and not distracting at all.

East location, off road parking, quiet building seconds from all things in Zumbrota. Enjoyed our time there!

We have family in the area, so we have stayed here a handful of times and will continue to come back. Cute apartment.

Roxanne greeted us with a warm Minnesota welcome and shared all the features of the spacious one-bedroom with us. We enjoyed the living room area in the evenings and the comfortable futon. The incredible kitchen was well stocked and great for meal prep. The downtown Christmas shopping was wonderful including Wild Ginger, an eclectic boutique with gifts and women's clothing, and Dwell Local ~ featuring local makers of unique gifts. A great destination in a charming community!

The property is very nice with a comfortable bed. The location, right in the heart of downtown, makes it quick and easy to get anywhere from there.

The suite is perfect. Everything we needed for our stay was provided...forgot my shampoo and conditioner, but that didn't matter because it was provided. I appreciate the thought that went into every detail that made our stay so pleasant. The views of this sweet little town were perfect and the downtown shops are just steps away. I wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely look to book this place on our next stay in Zumbrota.

Nice place with all the necessary amenities. High ceilings and lots of windows. Bed was very comfortable! Some traffic noise, but minimal, and no noise from neighbors. The town is very cute, with friendly people. Definitely check out the shops along Main Street and the Covered Bridge park!

We have only good things to say about our stay. The rental was clean, spacious for three people, and had everything that we needed. We loved the tall ceilings, tall windows, and overall rustic charm.

Took over 48 hrs to get a reply to an inquiry during our stay. Only received a reply when I followed up. The property is not clean. Floors were filthy with food crumbs, hair, and dirt. Kitchen items needed to be washed before use. Shampoo/conditioner dispenser was caked and plugged with product.

We definitely liked being in town & seeing the restoration and reuse of older buildings. Neighbors gardening nearby (beautiful flowers) said hello when we arrived. A very nice stay.

A wonderful, fully equipped mini apartment. We've stayed in this venue 6, or 7 times over the years. Never disappoints.

Nice spot to enjoy Zumbrota and all the surrounding small towns. Close to the Mississippi and Red Wing and just a short drive to Rochester. Arrangements and check-in were super easy, and the property was clean and well maintained.

Quaint one bedroom apartment just perfect for a getaway(if you find yourself in Zumbrota) or a quiet stay should you travel for work and are tired of sharing hotels with noisy guests..

We had a great stay. Lovely accommodations, fun concert at local theater, beautiful hikes close by. Appreciate it being dog friendly.

Loved our stay in Zumbrota! Apartment was cozy, warm (it was January in MN), well-equipped, and very comfortable for the four of us. Main room is even larger than it appears in the pictures.

Wonderful stay at pet friendly property. The listing matched the apartment perfectly. Clean, comfortable and location in downtown Zumbrota can’t be beat.
