The rental was so clean, neat and comfy!! The pool was definitely a plus. I’ve never been in a vacation rental with a better stocked kitchen; absolutely anything you need to prepare meals. Our family had a wonderful vacation. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and sitting outside watching TV and watching the butterflies. I got the email with property information 24 hours before our stay with all pertinent information. Even tho in town the yard was beautufuy sculptured and wildlife galore. The neughborhood was quiet even with it being Memorial weekend. Shopping and beaches close by with bicycles available. We had a great time and was sad to leave.

This property was absolute paradise. When we first walked through the front doors, my husband and I both gasped at the utter beauty of this magnificent home. It was impeccably spotless, incredibly comfortable and we had every amenity, we could have wished for. The owners were very gracious hosts and incredibly kind. My husband and I are both looking forward to going back to this property next year, but hopefully next time for 2 weeks!!! We truthfully have never had a more relaxing or amazing vacation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

We used the home for a family vacation and everything we did was a short drive away. This included two state park beaches (kayaking, paddle boarding and ocean beach shelling, etc.); tons of great restaurants; an air boat excursion; golfing; shopping and more. The home was great to come home to and enjoy the hot tub and pool after our activities. The grill worked great and was clean. The outdoor shower was top of the line. The beds were comfortable. The landscaping is very beautiful and interesting. Our hostess was wonderful and she always responded in a timely manner. This home and hostess definitely made a great impact on our celebration/vacation! 😎

This property is par excellence! Bonita Shores is the perfect location, its proximity to the beach, Publix, and U.S. 41 guarantees easy access to all Bonita, Estero, and Naples have to offer.
The house itself is equipped with large, super-comfy beds, a flexible kitchen, and most importantly, a caged lanai and pool where you easily spend the days (and nights, if you so desire), regardless of changing weather conditions.
And the owners..., well, nothing to be said other than accommodating, always reachable, great to interact with.
Coming back? Of course.

We had a lovely time and made ourselves at home. Very comfortable home and a wonderful kitchen that we could cook in together. Our main priority was to get away from home and work and spend some quality time relaxing and recharging our batteries. It was clean and very accommodating. Everything we could ask for. Very close to everything you might need. Also, your neighbor and Scruffy and Benji were delightful 🐶❤️. Would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The house and host were perfect! We even got to eat a mango from their mango tree in the back yard. The pool is warm and a delight! Our stay was comfy and relaxing, as was the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

As Vacation Rental Owner ourselves, we understand that hosting can be complex. However, when a guest reaches out for some basic needs and the host is degrading in how they respond that is just a lack of hospitality and customer service.
We paid for 10 nights on our stay, and we didn't expect to have 10 of everything. But to be provided only 1 washcloth and 1 Towel per person for our entire stay did not seem acceptable. We reached out to have this corrected and we were basically blown off. As a host, this is a simple fix. Now we had to wash everyday - ie 1 Washcloth
We did bring up 1 other issue to her about the 3rd bedroom ceiling fan - the room was hotter than the others and you needed to leave the fan on at night. However, there was no way to cut the light off and leave the fan on. That was on our 2nd day and were aptly told that she would have service take care of it AFTER we left. Again lack of hospitality. After that why bother. We bought our own fan.
She called out service for the sprinkler system (which we had not noted to them) and it cut our water off for several hours during the morning hours while everyone was trying to take showers.
While the house was generally ok, we would not stay with any property this host has. For the 10 nights revenue, you would think that she would be interested in providing good hospitality.
Anyone who posts a negative review for her, she comes back very childishly and attacks the guests instead of addressing the issues.

You will experience Paradise ! The layout of this home will surprise you past the pictures you see in the listing. The lanai, pool, hot tub, backyard area is just so perfectly arranged and laid out for optimum Florida living experience. My wife and I stayed at this home and I am more the beach bum-boater while my wife tends to like staying in a pool and/or hot tub reading. This home is so nice that even I hardly wanted to ever leave during the day. The host is easy to communicate with if needed and the integrity of the whole experience is second to none ! Do yourself a favor and book a stay and experience your own version of Florida living and " paradise " . We will most definitely book again in the future !

The house was amazing, it had everything we needed, plus! The pool was fabulous. We spent a lot of time in it. The yard was nicely landscaped, plenty of butterflies and birds. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location was very nice, close to a bunch of great restaurants. Definitely a five-star experience.

This house met and surpassed our expectations! The pictures portray the house exactly as it is. So many times the pictures make the house look better than it actually is - that is not the case for this house. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here. The outside living area was one of our favorite parts. The kids loved the couch and TV outside. This house also has a beautiful backyard, full of plants and animals - a rarity in Florida! We spent our days swimming in the beautiful pool, lounging outside, or visiting one of the two delicious ice cream shops nearby. The amenities in the house are very nice - the washer, and dryer are an added bonus! The fridge was plenty big, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is a the perfect distance to be able to still visit the beach, and yet, be close to groceries and other stores. The Tremblay family was fantastic with communication, and extremely kind when we had the chance to meet them. They were all great with our kiddos, and the kids, in turn, looked forward to talking with them. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a family house or a few couples looking for a getaway! Thank you to the Tremblay’s for sharing it with us for the week!

From the moment we arrived in Bonita Springs, and actually even a few days before our departure, our hosts made us feel appreciated and confident in our choice of location. We were provided with absolutely all the information we needed about the property, the nearby vicinity, and every detail we might possibly need during our stay. Our hosts were available throughout our trip to answer any questions we had, and even allowed us to some of the recreational equipment we sought to use, from bikes to their cooler! We were provided with explicit information with regard to the operation, care and use of all of the home's features, from light switches, the pool and spa, and electronic equipment.
A "home away from home" to be sure, the home had everything we needed and more, and we were even provided with board games and reading materials of every sort. The home was spotlessly clean, the basics available at our fingertips (above and beyond our every need - even down to an option when it came to the type of coffee maker we might prefer!), and guest needs addressed before they even became a need! The pool, the spa, and the outdoor shower were the highlights of the home, to be sure, as we enjoyed the outdoor space as much, if not more than the comfortable beds, the quiet of the neighbourhood, and the serenity of the area.
A great vacation for couples or for families, if Bonita Springs is on your hit list, this is the place to stay! We will be back for sure!

Everything was very clean. The house is verywell equipped with everything you need. the bed we slept on was very comfortable. The property owner was a wonderful host. We highly recommend staying there. We look forward to possibly staying again in the near future.

We were initially let down on what was advertised
Understandably we arrived late at night after the hurricane but we were told the property was not affected
When we arrived all the ceiling fans along with three portable fans and the air conditioning were on
The house was Freezing and we had to turn all the appliances off and wait outside until the house was bearable
There was no internet or tv
We managed to get the internet on but we’re told that we would have to get in touch with the tv supplier to get it switched in
The front door lock was broken which made us feel insecure
We were told to enter and leave by the garage door but that would not open from the inside which caused a problem so we had to take all of our money and documents with every time we left the house
We had to accept and store some heavy deliveries on behalf of the owner and move them to the garage
Despite all this we managed to have a decent time here and when we approached the host we were given a discount
Unfortunately the host lives in another country and I think it is impossible to manage a property from so far away
Unfortunately we will not be returning

Nice location, close to anything you need.. rode our bikes to the beach. It was me, my mom, and two kids and had the perfect amount of space.. we loved this house had a pool and hot tub.. we spent almost all our time outdoors. There were just a few weird times that the same car would drive by and go really slow passed the house or when we went to leave there was a car parked out front already waiting for us to leave though we had until 10am and we barely were out of the driveway and the car was rushing right behind us we thought was very rude and pressured.. either than that it was a great vacation and we would return and rent again

My husband and I were looking for the perfect little beach relaxation vacation! THIS PLACE WAS IT!! There is so much I could go on and on about with this home! April and family own what I describe as a little piece of your own paradise! The tropical yard was beautiful so much to explore and see! Close to everything, the beach was literally around the corner. The home was beautiful! The pool with the lanai is just wonderful! Everything about our trip was perfect! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! April provided a notebook with tips and suggested the best beach to visit with ample parking. The pool and hot tub were amazing, beaches gorgeous, and tons of great food close by. I highly recommend this host and her home! We would love to vacation here again!

Great property in great location!
This was our 2nd time staying here, and we had a great time! The owners have been working on improving the property since our last visit, including new tile floor in the bedroom, new lighting/ceiling fans, and a new cover/lifting bracket for the hot tub, which were all wonderful. The kids loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The last guest had left some recycles behind on the sidewalk and the pool needed some extra water and a few leaves removed, but that wasn't a big deal to us. Recommendations would include adding a pack-n-play for younger children and keeping a full spare propane tank for the grill on hand at all times. Loved our visit and would definitely return!

Great outside area with the pool / hot tub/ grill... plenty of seating for our family of 5. The pool was warm and the landscaping around the yard had a tropical feel to it. We saw an iguana, lizards, bunnies, and many birds around the house. We really enjoyed our time at the house. The house was stocked with all the necessities and the washer/dryer were very helpful! Great location
The location was perfect. The house had everything you need. The property manager was wonderful and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We will book again the next time we are in the area.

Great Vacation
April communicated with us prior to our visit. Our family spent a week at this rental and felt at home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Fortunately for us, the weather was quite warm and we loved the comfortably warm pool and the hot tub!! The lanai is spacious and that was great for all of us to enjoy, especially with a TV on the wall. The TV and stations are different from ours at home. The lanai is where we spent most of our time when we were at the house since there was ample seating for everyone. We had some friends to visit in cities nearby and one in Bonita Springs near the beach. Only one of the days was too windy at the beach. The washer & dryer were handy. An outdoor drying rack is excellent for wet bathing suits and towels. All of the written directions were helpful. The grille worked well but we had to exchange the gas tank; however, April promptly reimbursed us. As for the kitchen, we loved the long counter feature and the spacious new refrigerator. We would recommend “Bonita Brunch” restaurant as it was excellent. Should the occasion arise, we would rent this residence again.

Excellent Vacation Home
We really like this house and its location. It was close to everything. The owners were very responsive and wanted to make sure that we had a great vacation and anything we might need. April was quick to answer any question that we had. Prior to arrival, she had even sent a multipage document to us detailing where we could find beaches, restaurants, stores, pharmacies, medical facilities, etc and where to find and operate everything.
The house was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. We could have even just stayed and enjoyed the house without doing anything else and still would have had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the pool complete with pool toys and loungers, the lanai, the hot tub and the four bicycles available to us. The yard is beautiful and the backyard is very private.
We will definitely stay here if we vacation in the area at a future date.

Nice Place, Great Location!
We really enjoyed this house! We spent a lot of time in the pool and outdoor area. We used the bikes to explore the area. and the beach items were also very useful.
Beach parking is CRAZY! We got resourceful and one morning packed the car with a cooler, beach items and a bike and picked our parking spot at 8 a.m. I then rode the bike back to the house (which was a lovely morning ride!) and later that morning we took an Uber to the beach.
Besides the beach we took an air boat ride in the Everglades, went to Naples Pier for the sunset, explored Manatee Park, ate wonderful seafood, and wasted time at Top Golf before our flight out.
We had a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
