Or if there's 2-4 guest then it ranges from $250-$400/nt depending which Villa you pick. 2 Villas and 2 Casitas range from $250/nt - $400//nt each priced separately. Casablanca is located on beautiful Gavilan Beach, situated near Rancho Pescadero Hotel / new Hyatt.. 0ne mile south down the beach and the Cerritos surf/swim beach. It is a 10 minute drive to the Historic Downtown Todos Santos and Famous Hotel California. Todos Santos historical town has many charming shops, historical buildings, numerous galleries, restaurants, and many outdoor activities to choose from. The locals are very friendly and most speak English. Casablanca is over15,000 sq ft of private compound sits beachfront. Casablanca Villa offers 2 large Villas and 2 smaller Casitas, each priced separately. They may be booked individually or together, pending availability. The property has a massive infinity pool, beach access, and a 1000 sq ft Tiki Bar. Each Villa has a private entrance and private parking. Please read the full description below before booking. Please remember this is an Adults Only venue. Each Villa/Casita can accommodate 2 adults. Grand infinity pool is heated December to June. Prices: West Wing Casita $250/night (650 sq. ft) $85. maids departure fee paid at check -in. No Kitchen (see description below) South Wing Casita $300/night (950 sq. ft) $125. maids departure fee, paid in cash at check in. Grand East Villa $375/night (1800 sq. ft) $150. maids departure fee, paid in cash at check in. Grand South Villa $400/nt 1800 sq ft $150. maids departure fee

Julie was so great at communicating with perfect directions and was quick to reply to any questions I had. This place is the ultimate relaxation. The suites are gorgeous, equipped with everything you need and really feels like a home away from home. Can’t wait to come back in a couple months to do it all over again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and relaxed at this beautiful location. We watched whales from the deck (wish we brought binoculars!). Don’t forget to bring cash (150.00) for cleaning fee. The place is spacious, the kitchen is well stocked (bring coffee) and we found no reason to leave, going for morning walks and preparing meals to enjoy on the deck.
Will definitely be back. Julie is easy to reach and very accommodating. Great trip!

We love the location and the comfort of our unit. The bed is amazing and we love our deck lounging area. Perfect to watch the sunset and whale watch. We listen to the sound of the surf all day & night. El Pescadero has amazing restaurants- fresh fish, really anything you would want. The area is very laid back and friendly. Perfect location to unwind.

I am almost reluctant to review as I don’t want word to get out about this wonderful spot. The pictures on the VRBO site don’t do it justice. We stayed a week and took over all four spaces, it was perfect. Unmatched views, beautiful pool, so many spaces in which to lounge and dream while looking out at the ocean, and a practically empty beach. Julie is a wonderful host, we had all the info we needed and a quick response to every question. She also set us up with a fantastic private chef, and heavenly massages on site. Beds so comfortable, stocked kitchens and bathrooms with everything you could possibly need, our whole week was perfection. Thank you Julie!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Casa Blanca. Julie made getting there easy and met us to show us all of the features the first afternoon. She also helped me arrange a massage on our patio. The unit we rented was huge and gorgeous, and we would definitely want to return. The pool, gym, and excellent Wi-Fi make it a great option for working remotely also. Thanks again, Julie!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Julie’s beautiful home. Tour space have everything we needed for a comfortable, care free stay, Julie made us feel right at home and provided great recommendations for things to do and amazing places to eat. We highly recommend Coyotes, Barracuda’s and the Green Room. We will definitely be back!

We came here to celebrate my husband's 35th birthday with some friends and couldn't have loved this place more! It was truly paradise. Julie was so wonderful with her recommendations and she has built the most beautiful getaway! Julie's property is pristine, private and a piece of paradise. My husband and I stayed three nights, two in the Grand East Villa, one in the West Wing. Both rooms were spacious and beautiful. The high end Grand Villa kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals at home. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious with everything you need from Q-tips, sun screen, lotions, shampoo and conditioner! You could lay in bed and listen to the waves and watch the sea from both suites. We felt like we had the place to ourselves with our private patios and pool area, and endless stretch of empty beach. Great communication from Julie and a warm welcome as well as recommendations for local restaurants and tips on adventures nearby. The pool side beach front cabana was our favourite spot to sit and relax, and we were lucky to have quite the show with breaching whales right out front. The pool is the perfect temperature and such a beautiful spot to spend the day in the sun or evening under the stars with the entire property lit up beautifully. We didn't get a chance to use the Tiki bar as we ate out every evening, but what an awesome spot to cook and entertain. We were already planning our next booking by the end of the first day, to share this gem with family and friends. Thank you Julie for such a beautiful spot for our little kid free getaway, we will be back!

Julie, her villas and the property were amazing.
Julie was so attentive, thoughtful and a great communicator. Villas are gorgeous and the location on the beach couldn’t be better. (However in this part of Mexico you can only swim in certain areas).

Five stars simply aren’t enough for this property. Literally the best property I’ve ever stayed in. Breathtaking location and view. Sumptuously appointed suite. Gorgeous pool and lounge areas! Luxurious bed, linens, pillows, and blanket. So cozy snuggling up in this great bed listening to the waves. Extras provided of everything you might have forgotten or needed. Great hostess who arranged a fabulous massage for us and gave us outstanding restaurant recommendations. Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Incredible. Even better than the pictures. We typically stay active on vacations, but we just wanted to stay here and relax. Julie is awesome, on site, easy to talk to and great advice on things to do and where to eat. I agree with others, no bad restaurants.
If you are wondering where to stay check out the other reviews also and ask yourself if you have ever seen a place with such great reviews. Thats what I said to myself when I booked and it truly was even better when I got there.
I told Julie that I would be honest about my review and I do have one complaint. I am from Minnesota and like to swim for excercise..... the pool was too warm! (about86-90 degrees!). Everyone else loved it though. The pool area at night is the most beautiful I have ever seen. Fiber optics on the bottom make it look like the night sky!
The beach is fabulous, long walks every day. Some brave souls surfed directly in front of the house, otherwise short 5-10 minute drive to Cerritos beach which is awesome, great surfing with an awesome restaurant on the beach that has the best pina colads ever (blender full of fresh pineapple, coconut and the nutmeg on top was a great touch).
Like the majority of people who have stayed here........ We will be back!!

Julie's place in person is even more beautiful than in the photos. She was a great host who was there when we needed something and left us alone when we didn't. The views from the property are stunning, and the sound of the waves lulls you asleep every night. We stayed in the Grand East villa, which was as comfortable as it was beautiful. We also used the Tiki bar, which I fully set up for grilling and cocktailing. We highly recommend staying here and will be back again!

My husband and I travel as often as possible. We have stayed in dozens of vacation homes, resorts and hotels over the years, but this was easily top 5 places we have ever stayed in the world.
Julie has the house stocked with everything you could need.
Sunscreen, tanning oil, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, all your toiletries are covered.
The kitchen is breathtaking. Huge, open, airy and with views of the ocean on all sides- it is fully stocked with every spice you could hope for, oils and vinegars, and tons of cooking implements. Even sharp knives! (Bring your own coffee!)
The entire apartment is filled with windows, each with a view of the ocean. At night, even in July, we didn't need A/C because the ocean breeze cooled the whole house.
Unlike some of our recent stays in Mexico, this section of the ocean doesn't require constant beach combing to clear seaweed or trash that has washed up. It's pristine in its own right.
Nightly sunsets watched from the beach, the infinity pool or from the privacy of the spacious balcony was the highlight of this location.
Julie was great to work with also. She gave us lots of advice on places to check out, she lives on site, so she's easy to find if you need her, but otherwise you wouldn't know she was there.
I could obviously go on forever about this place, but suffice to say it is an absolute gem and with only a 10 minute drive to Todos Santos and an even shorter drive to delicious restaurants and bars along the way, it is the best base camp you could hope for.

Beautiful and intelligent design throughout from the built-in Chaise loungers by the pool to the fully equipped kitchen at the palapa. Location is great if you like peace and quiet. A 10 minute drive to Cerritos beach and 15 minutes to Todos. Local taco shops there in El Pescadero were great as well as the local “neighborhood” restaurants around the house. I should note that the weather up in the Pescadero area was a good bit cooler in mid-May than we were expecting due to the great breeze coming off the Pacific. We have been to Cabo at the same time of year and it’s a at least 15 degrees cooler at Casablanca.

We rented the South Wing Casita which more than met all of our needs - we particularly loved mornings out on the balcony and evenings falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. We took full advantage of the easy beach access with morning and evening walks.
We had a chance to see the two Grand Villas and other Casita - all accurately described and spectacular. The quality of the furnishing (both outside and inside) definitely has a designer's touch. All come with inside garage parking!

This is a gem of a place. The location is private and serene, but close enough to great food and surf!
What stands out to me the most is how Julie put thought into every aspect of this property. From the esthetic to the amenities to the need for privacy to the extra products available for use! Every inch of her paradise has been staged to provide you with a comfortable, carefree experience. She was quick to communicate the whole time and very accommodating to all of our asks.
We truly cannot wait to come back.

Julie's place is amazing; quiet, serene with incredible views everywhere you look. She's an awesome host as well. All the units are situated in a way that you have total privacy. The infinity pool is perfectly situated with an ocean view; sunsets from the pool are special. The Tiki bar is awesome for outdoor cooking and dining. I can't wait to stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this one ranks among the best. My wife and I stayed in the Grand East Villa, and my adult kids (3 total) stayed in the South Wing and West Wing Casitas. The Villa and casitas are beautiful clean and well stocked. The pool is amazing and we used the tiki bar for lunches and cocktails. We loved the beach and saw Olive Ridley sea turtles hatching one morning. Close to many great restaurants and Cerritos Beach for swimming and surfing. We plan to return next year.

This is by FAR the best property I've ever stayed at. You literally can't ask for more. Not just fully stocked, but beyond all expectations. We were a group of 4 couples and felt like royalty. There IS construction happening almost daily next door which was a bit of a drag, but by no means did it impact our enjoyment - we just turned the tunes up a bit louder :)
Julie was amazingly responsive and helped us out with a few things during our stay.
The road in/out to the house is rough - a 4x4 makes it more fun, but we also had a couple Jetta's that did just fine, but had to go slower.
We will 100% be back at Casablanca!!

If you're lucky enough to find availability at Casablanca, then you should immediately book and not look back -- it'll be the best decision you've made in a long time. We visited [three women // each to our own casita] Julie's wonderful property and it was everything [plus more] than we had anticipated. The outstanding accommodations, the amazing view, the incredibly luxurious pool, the sandy beach... Pure Bliss. Thank you, Julie, and we'll see you again!
