We had a tremendous time with our family! It was HOT but it was perfect spending all day at the beach or the pool, an easy and safe walking distance from the room.
The room itself could have used a few tune ups, as the showers didn't work very well and were challenging to operate. It would have been nice had laundry detergent be available or provided as well, since laundry services were advertised.

Well, the initial arrival was horrible. Arrived and learned my reservation was canceled. Not by the property owner/manager but between the resort itself and VRBO. So a simple check-in turned into a headache. Contacted the manager who then she had to go back and forth with the resort in order to place the reservation back. Then once that was done, we had to wait another 3 1/2 hours to go into the room, because it was not clean. So the start was horrible, so verify with the resort that your reservation is good before going. However, the mangers communication was quick.
Mattress in master bedroom will make your back hurt. But other than that the place is great. Great view, easy access to elevator, garage,pools, beach. Would stay there again, but would probably sleep on the couch.

I have visited this resort multiple times. This condo was very clean and we absolutely loved our stay.
The only reason my review isn’t a 5 star is simply because we were charged for damages to the property we did not do. When arriving the fridge had a crack in it. We didn’t think anything of it until after leaving and being notified that we did it.
The resort charged our card and refuses to communicate about it. They also said we left a cigarette burn on the outside sofa. We pride ourselves in taking care of a property and don’t drink, smoke or party of that sort. I would encourage anyone staying to notify the resort immediately if you see anything wrong as you may be charged for damages that you didn’t do.

A/C was making weird noises. Maintenance fixed it. Living room sliding door didn't close flush all the way so it made a whistling noise. The toilets made a funky sound when you flushed. Hall shower drain would back up half way through your shower. The actual place itself was nice. Great gym

Everything was very good, my teenage son did complain that the trundle on the bunk bed had a dip which made it uncomfortable for him to sleep. Also housekeeping did make all of the beds except the bunks beds which was disappointing. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Overall great condo! Check in process was simple. Kids loved the bunk bed room. The only thing that we asked maintenance to fix and they didn’t was the sliding glass door in the living room. It wasn’t opening and closing properly. They said they would come back later in the day but they didn’t. We ended up accessing the patio from the bedrooms the whole time.

Spacious and clean. The view is beautiful and 5 minutes from the beach walking distance. Heavy security presence with friendly personnel. Pools are clean and fun. The extra activities to do such as aqua aerobics, zumba, stretching, pinata for kids, and learning how to make food are fun and effective. The instructors are motivated and friendly. Overall, I'd stay here again 100%.
