Copano Ridge is a hidden gem, that some folks don't even know about. Those that do, always come back. Located on the West side of Rockport and surrounded by Salt Lake and Copano Bay. The waters are calmer and offers some really great fishing. This 4 Bedroom Home has just come on the market for Vacation Rentals. Stay here for your vacation on the coast and you will make some of your own Sweet Memories.

Great location to stay and enjoy Rockport. We went to the beach a day and returned back to relax by the pool. Night fishing off the pier was also relaxing and fun. We also got a show from the pier with a family of Dolphins feeding in the bay! Awesome place to stay with plenty of rooms and space! Recommend and will surely stay again!

This house is very user friendly . The pool was perfect . Beds were comfy and felt like home . The kitchen was masterfully labeled and thoroughly supplied with any and all utensils . Check in and out was a snap . Definitely will return .

Grill was in gross state from last guest. Living room had water damage mold on ceiling. Master had the same on wall next to door. Needs an exterminator bad a lot of roaches outside. Other than those things it was good.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. House was perfect! My parents were with us and loved there was a bedroom, bath and little coffee station on the ground floor. Such a plus! Plenty of room for all of us. Nice pool. Great outdoor area for enjoying the sunset. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed the weekend for a fishing tournament. We love this house!! This is the second time we’ve stayed here.
The few complaints we have are there was not enough toilet paper in the restrooms and no extra rolls. We had to go buy more after the first day. The smoke alarms beeped the entire weekend and there were lightbulbs out in one of the bedrooms and it was very hard to see!!
Other than that… it’s a great house with a perfect pool!!

I wish that check in could be a little earlier than what it is and wish it wasn't a check out time for the price we pay. All weekend long we had to listen to a smoke alarm beep in one of the bedrooms that probably should have been checked. But oh well. Overall the whole family enjoyed their family vacation and we hope to be back again. Thank you!

The house was spacious with great views of the water and in a great location. Our family really enjoyed the swimming pool. The only negative I would say would be the house keeping service used prior to our arrival was not very good. Trash was left throughout the property and there were numerous dirty dishes in the cabinets. Overall we would stay here again.

This place was great. House is very clean and has everything you might need. Love homes that have everything labeled and easy to find. The pool was great. They had a swing on the top deck that was a favorite. The communication with the property manger was wonderful and if you have a question the response is fast. . They even told us we could enter the property after 2. That helps if you get into town early. Lovely place and area. We would definitely stay here again.

House was sufficient space for our group. Home has a nice set up. Would have been nice to know about the construction next door. They worked 12 hour days everyday of our stay so it made enjoying outdoors difficult until after 8 pm. It was very noisy from the power tools and hammering. The refrigerator upstairs was not cold so we had to use the old frig in the garage. Also the dryer was not working. Be sure and check the propane .. we ran out in the middle of cooking. Pool Is not heated so would not book this house during this time of the year.

Easy purchase, easy check in/ check out. The place was clean with all needed kitchen utensils, and grill that worked. Need a slightly earlier check in/later check out for the amount of money that is required but over all I will say it was excellent.

Let me first start off by stating I am a clean freak, with that being said…..this home was clean OTHER than the living room furniture, throw pillows, large throw rugs, and lastly….carpet on the stairs. I wouldn’t let our grandchildren lay on the sofas or go barefoot in the house. Luckily enough there was a linen closet that was chauked full of clean sheets which i draped over the furniture. But, the rest of the house was clean, and VERY nice….especially the outside area which lets face it…..where most people stay when they go on vacation! The garage was stocked full of pool toys, and floats and had a huge refrigerator/freezer where we kept drinks cool for the day vs going up stairs each time, etc. Also, the fishing pier was super close to the house. The weather was super windy so we did not get a chance to fish :(.
Lastly, unless they get new bath and kitchen towels and washcloths, I will be bringing my own the next visit…..as they were very old, tattered, and ruff.
We will definitely be putting this house on the top of our list of houses to stay in again!

Our group enjoyed the house, the pool was perfect and the view was excellent. The house was spacious and the kitchen was great. Like other reviewers, we set the smoke alarm off when we cooked. The biggest surprise was that there was construction very close to the house. In fact the fence showing in the picture was taken down to accommodate that construction next door. We also noticed that the house smelled a bit like someone had smoked inside before we arrived. It was noticeable but not overpowering; a wall plug would fix that. We found that off putting but it did not ruin our trip or change our view of the house. We chalked it up to bad luck and enjoyed our long weekend.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!
The property is OK.The problem is the management. Our first night we were grilling on the patio, and two Lowes employees walked up, and said we had to move our grill, they were about to exchange a refrigerator. We told them we had just filled the frig with fresh and frpzen food, and were about to eat. They said they understood all of that , but Terri Whitman with Coastline Vacations did not care that we were being inconveinced, she wanted the frig exchanged tight then. My son in law talked to her, she was neither apologetic or seemed to care in any way. The dishwasher was inoperative when we arrived, it smelled like a gymn locker. It had dirty dishes in it, and soap, and had obviously been broken for some time. So with 10 people in this house, we washed all the dishes by hand, We left no dishes dirty, even when we left. The TV's were not hooked to cable, so yherefore, we did not have TV fro our stay. I was so upset with the treatment over the frig, that I did not even call Terri Whitman to alert her to the other problems. The house had a nice aluminum lift, that had a rusted padlock on it. After we had wrestled everything up stairs, (luggage, food, etc); the two Lowes employees,showed us where the remote for the lift was. If you see a listing from Terri Whitman or Coastline Vacations, RUN repeat RUN!!!!

2nd time we stay there. We think it's a really nice home, well thought out and comfortable. Fishing pier great for my fishermen who spent several hours night fishing. Only problem is cooking that causes some smoke or oven use makes the sensors fire off so we have to open windows to ventilate. Second time this happens. So future renters beware of your cooking skills.
