Now is the time to plan a relaxing getaway at Waters Edge Condominiums, located directly on the most spectacular beaches and emerald waters of the Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. This beautifully decorated nautical unit was just updated with new den furnishings this past fall & has 1475 square feet of all the amenities you need while you're on vacation.

This cheerful three bedroom unit at Waters Edge features direct Gulf Front Views from the balcony, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living area. Our unit has accommodations for up to ten people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, another king size bed in the secondary bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom and a twin bunk area in the hallway.

The master also has a walk-in closet, new flat screen television, DVD player, and private bath with a walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a 42 in flat screen TV, DVD player, and bath shared with the bunk area. The third bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a private bath. This unit features tile flooring in the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and the bathrooms and carpet flooring located in the second and third bedrooms.

The newly decorated living room has a new large 55 inch HD Flat-screen television, DVD player, and CD surround sound stereo system. The dining table has comfortable new updated seating for up to six people and four additional chairs located at the bar. Unique features included in the kitchen are: spacious granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, so you can make any meal you desire.

For your convenience there is free Wi-Fi, a fitness facility with cardio equipment & universal machines, and covered parking. If you have any laundry to wash during your stay you don't have to go outside the unit because it comes with a full size stackable washer/dryer. There is an onsite DVD kiosk filled with the most newly released DVDs located in the lobby area.

One special property amenity is the huge 5,000 sq. ft. gulf side pool that is split with one side being heated during cool seasons. When you are not enjoying the two beachside pools take advantage of the 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella that accompanies this unit during season. Take a stroll down the boardwalk and you’re right on the over 400 feet of Gulf frontage where you can lie in the sun, build a sandcastle, play in the water, read a book or whatever you enjoy!

Sidewalks also line Santa Rosa Blvd if you would like to take a run on a solid surface. Waters Edge is conveniently located in close proximity to Fort Walton Beach and Destin restaurants and attractions. If you do decide to dine out, you will have several choices to choose from. There are many attractions in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area for your family to enjoy while on your vacation with us.

Everything is provided … all you need is a few clothes and a swim suit.

Our host, Lisa was great. Made everything easy and seamless. Condo clean and ready to go. The condo easily housed six adults however outside deck facing beach only held four. Condo stocked well, furniture and beds all comfortable. Great location, beautiful beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Highly recommend.

This was not the best condo we have stayed at in the Destin area, but not the worst either. It is right in the beach, the beach attendant was great and had us set up where we liked everyday. The AC in the condo worked like a champ, which is probably the most important thing 😁. The owner checked in with us on Saturday night to make sure all was well, which it was, and we never had a reason to reach out to her after, but she was always quick to respond when we emailed before our stay. There were some small things, like the cleaning of the windows and mirrors were not great, a little dusty, but nothing too bad. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, had a missing button. At other condos we have stayed at before, this is our 5th time in the area, there were always some spices, or vegetable oil, but nothing here. You do get plenty of cook wear and dishes. We were happy with the condo and would stay again. The best way I can describe is, it was perfectly adequate. It won’t blow you away, but worked nicely. Well worth 4 ⭐️

Lisa made everything so easy! The condo is so nice and clean and right on the beach. She had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The building is well taken care of and the pool was always clean. The only complaint I have is with nature, lots of “June Grass” dying our stay but you can’t help what nature throws at you, lol. For a nice easy dinner, get you some Fubar Pizza, it’s right down the street and so yummy! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My Family and I loved our stay at Waters Edge. Plenty enough room for all of us. The condo was very quiet and clean. My family and I stayed at Lisa’s unit the week of July 17th 2021. It was fabulous! The pictures online matched our expectations. It had plenty of room for 10 people, it was very clean and the view of the ocean is perfect. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The dvd was missing a cord and it was resolved ASAP which is very impressive how quickly she handles things. Lisa called and checked in with me day one and answered any questions we had. Her place is lovely. The umbrella service is great and we had a front row spot each day. Memories were made which is most important. 😊

The unit was beautiful, clean, and in very good condition. The location was on point - right on the beach! Drive within minutes to Fort Whalton Beach and Destin businesses/restaurants. My family of seven fit comfortably, spacious layout. Kitchen stocked with necessities and had convenience of apartment sized washer/dryer. Gorgeous view of the ocean and our children enjoyed the pool on days not able to swim in the ocean. The property manager, Lisa, was very helpful, informative, and friendly but professional. We loved our stay and would love to book again! Thank you so much, Lisa.

The room layout was perfect for our needs. Could have been a lot cleaner. Dust was on all the furniture, refrigerator doors were nasty, huge bug in bedroom floor. Just wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

Enjoyed this property mostly do to the easy communication with the property manager and the wonderful location. Even though we did have to go through a hurricane while we were there, we felt safe and had a great time as a family. Love the boardwalk having so few steps.

Clean and everything you need for a family vacation. Great view from the 6th floor! Easy access to the beach. If you have older members, the handicap parking is close to the elevator and the board walk to the beach has only 1 Short step!

We stayed here with a family of 6. It was spacious with plenty of room for us all not to be on top of each other. The tall ceilings are a great bonus! Love walking straight out onto the beach and the pool was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.
