This "One Particular Harbor" is a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy Lower Slower Delaware and the gorgeous coastal town of Lewes. Everything you need and nothing that you don't describes this unit perfectly. The location that allows for a stroll to the beach or all of downtown Lewes is the reason to stay here. The views are the reason you will not want to leave. The Lewes-Rehoboth Canal is a picturesque place with breathtaking sunsets framed by masts and passing ships. This unit has a large balcony that is perfect for watching the boats come and go and shore birds pass by. The lovely backdrop of Lewes and the Overfalls Lightship make the night views more magical than the day!
Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and fun places to explore, this is the perfect place to drop your bags and relax. Bring your bike! The expansive network of bike trails will get you to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, Cape Henlopen State Park and all points in between. Cape Henlopen State Park offers walking trails and miles of sandy beaches to explore. A popular option is to bike to Cape May, NJ, by biking the short distance to the Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal. Bikers can pay walk-on fare and spend the day in Cape May when (and if) you ever run out of things to do on the Delaware side!
Breweries, wineries, golfing, tax-free shopping, water sports, dolphin cruises, beaches... Come visit the First Town in the First State which is brimming with history, beautiful scenery and opportunities to just relax and enjoy.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit has a full kitchen with full-size stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, including a Keurig coffee brewer and toaster. The primary bedroom, with en-suite full bathroom and a TV, has a queen bed and a desk and chair for those on a "flexcation." The second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
All the conveniences of home are here including Wi-Fi. Bike and kayak racks are available along with free off-street parking. Public boat launches are also nearby. In the summer, cool off in the pool that features a large deck with awesome views of the canal. The building also features on-site coin-operated laundry. Shopping and good eats are all a short walk away. Be sure to visit us soon!
PLEASE NOTE: Linens are not included, but can be made available upon request and for an additional fee. Beds have pillows and a light quilt. Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap are all provided.

Condo was clean and the location is great. 2-3 block walk to Lewes Beach. The the views of the canal from the porch are amazing. The pool has been updated and sits right along the canal. All restaurants in the town are walkable from the condo. We ate at some wonderful places nearby. We were there for lacrosse tournaments- DE Turf Complex is a 30 minute drive.

Property was well equipped and very clean. Deck was awesome to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the boating activity. Some many great restaurants and shops in town and the locals were super friendly. I can see this being a vacation spot for years to come!

We really enjoyed afternoons on the balcony overlooking the canal…all the fishing boats!! Condo was quiet (off season for our visit). It was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped. It was 4 to 5 block walk to Lewes’s downtown shopping/restaurant area.

The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Very roomy balcony with nice furniture. Our only complaint would be the bed isn’t very comfortable. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay at this condo. The space was very comfortable, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed and more! Being close to the downtown was such a plus - it’s very cute with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is walkable but perhaps a bit far for very young children-that said, it’s a great beach for kids. We loved the pool! But, the view of the canal tops it all! Can’t wait to return!

The owners have taken every care to ensure you have everything you need to have great time. If you are a family of 4, look no further. Easy walks to the beach and town with an with awesome view from the balcony. The pool is the icing on the cake.

The condo was very clean, well maintained and the kitchen and cleaning supplies were well stocked! If needed - the owners were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. The condo is on the smaller side but they’ve made great use of the space and the deck overlooking the water was beautiful! Would book again!

We just adored this property and it was perfect for our spring break getaway. We loved that it was within walking distance to the downtown area. The condo itself was super clean and comfortable. Making the reservations and check in were super easy, and the property managers were great to work with. We will definitely be back soon!

What a great place to stay! I love this location, I use to stay at a hotel around the corner but now that I know this place is available to stay at I will no longer be staying at that hotel. Perfect place to watch beautiful sunsets and it’s away from the craziness of the highway but close enough to anything you’d like to see or do and it made for a wonderful girls trip. Plan on staying here again

What a lovely stay. Sat on the balcony and relaxed most of stay. Had some rain but great stay. Ate at red, white and basil ,Big fish,tacos rehos and grains on the rocks. Got a coffee or try a vanilla dream drink at nottinghill coffee shop in lewes. Beach perfect this time of year. Quiet. Thanks for a great stay.

The stunning view absolutely makes this condo and is the main reason for our “5” rating. Dolphins swimming in the canal, boats slowly cruising, and gorgeous sunsets were all in view from the sizable deck that had comfortable chairs and convenient outdoor table. The condo is two flights up an outdoor staircase. Bathrooms and master bedroom are small with pow ceilings and there are only 2 stools and a countertop island for indoor dining. Still, we were comfortable enough with the furnishings and didn’t dine in. The condo was clean and immaculate with modern kitchen appliances. We would return again!

Clean, comfortable unit that makes good use of available space. We enjoyed sitting on the roomy balcony watching the awesome canal view. The location is convenient to everything -- beach, restaurants, shopping, and easy access to bike trails. We never moved the car in the four days we were here. Easy check-in and great host communications.

We loved staying here! Came to Lewes Beach for a wedding and this was the perfect location. Nearby to the beaches and to the downtown Lewes shops and restaurants. The unit itself had a nice balcony overlooking the marina that we sat on for breakfast a few of the days during our stay. WiFi was a strong connection and AC units kept the place cold. We didn’t cook during our stay but the kitchen seemed to have everything you’d need to cook a meal. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful spot on the Lewes Canal. Mornings on the deck overlooking the water and boats were perfect. The unit is small but very well furnished; we didn't lack for anything. It is also amazingly quiet.

I love this property so MUCH... It was our 4th year staying there.... We frequented the local restaurants in Lewes... Shopping... Went to our favorite breakfast spot... Honeys... Every morning.. Took an evening boat tour... Walked everywhere.... I enjoyed sitting on the deck...watching boats go by... Can't wait to go AGAIN next year.... We LOVE this spot... Lewes is an amazing little town
