Welcome to a super cozy home in the heart of Orange County & central to everything!
Relax in the incredible backyard enjoying a huge fire pit, BBQ and plenty of room for the kids to play. Turn on the string lights for an incredible night cap and enjoy a glass of wine.
Enjoy cooking in the complete kitchen.
LOCATION!! Less than 4 miles away from Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Angels Stadium & Honda Center. 30 mins from the beaches & LA.
A pet fee will be charged if you would like to bring your furry loved ones. That cost goes straight to the extra “hypo allergenic” cleaning that is involved to ensure other guests with pet allergies can enjoy their stay as well.
There is another detached and private unit that is also located on the opposite side of the home. They were designed meticulously around privacy, so all properties are fenced off from each other, sharing no yards or spaces and they have their very own separate entrances on the opposite side from the main house so that neither renter ever feels disturbed.
No washer and dryer access. There is a great laundry mat within walking distance of the home:)
We also supply enough paper goods and supplies to get you started. 2 rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms, paper towels, trash bags etc.

From the moment we walked into the house, it was exactly like the photos! Everything was very clean! We loved everything about it! The front yard is very nice and so is the backyard! It has a barbecue place to sit if you’d like to have a glass of wine! We were here celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. You are definitely very close to Disneyland. I say it took us probably less than 15 minutes! Only because of traffic during the week! When we purchased our Disneyland tickets we prepaid for parking so that definitely helped especially leaving in the evening, I have no issues with the house at all if you’re looking for a place that is comfortable and is just like home this is it! The neighborhood is very nice. You have a grocery store, around two blocks away! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable home with a nice backyard for pets and family. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to groceries and the freeway to Disneyland. The description of amenities needs updating, there is no coffee grinder and drip coffee maker. You can’t see the face of the lock so it’s difficult to press the first digit. There are no keys mentioned in the instructions. There are not enough forks and spoons. Overall, this is minor stuff and we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was good, just had to wait until the next day for an answer to an unusual question.
I would stay here again.

I really like the house and also the communication with the property was good, the only thing that I didn't quite like is that the house was supposed to be for 7 people, but they didn't have enough forks, and spoons. And there wasn't enough space to sleep , they had to share, even also that we didn't know that we had to share a driveway with someone else we didn't know off.

After booking my reservation 4 months in advance, getting check-in and access information up to 2 days before my trip from the East Coast to California, it was already occupied by another traveling family. I was displaced with my family in tow. The host blamed Vrbo...and Vrbo blamed the host for double-booking. I got a full refund and an apology, but Vrbo won't take full accountability for the additional cost I incurred finding new lodging at the last minute.
It's still unclear who made this horrific mistake, but I'm still left with an awful experience, missed plans for that day because of this mistake, and money loss and additional money I did not anticipate spending on lodging. Despite my efforts to get (at minimum) the money I lost connected to this reservation, Vrbo stands firm that all they owe me is a refund which they provided. They have zero concern for the ripple effect created by this error. I will never book with Vrbo again, and I recommend anyone who does, do so with caution.

The house was clean and in a perfect location for visiting Disneyland. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Very nicely decorated. Our only complaints were that the bed in the children's room was not comfortable and the room had no windows. But the adult beds were comfortable, especially the master. We also wish there had been more supplies for our use. We went to Laguna Beach one day and needed to buy beach towels. But that's all small stuff. Overall, the place was great. Many thanks to the hosts!

Our goal was to do Disneyland/CA Adventure. The proximity to the park was convenient, and it was helpful to have a few Targets in the vicinity to pick up essentials. We loved the aesthetic of the property and the beds were, as others have mentioned, SO COMFORTABLE! We didn't have time to enjoy the lovely backyard, but it looked fun and inviting.

This house is perfect if you want to go to Disneyland, but prefer being in a house rather than pay huge amounts of money to stay on the Disney property. This house is located in the adorable town of Fullerton, but is 5 miles from Disneyland. My 22-year old son, his girlfriend and a few other college friends stayed at this house. We spent one day checking out Downtown Fullerton, the 22-year olds had fun at an Escape Room in Fullerton and the next day we did Disneyland. The house is decorated really, really perfectly!

This was was a nice place to come back to after a long day at Disney. Super cute backyard and the house and yard were well maintained. Love the upgrades that were done to the house—nice kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated having the space and kitchen over staying at a hotel.
CON: One issue was that the floors were super dirty. They appeared clean to the eye but our feet and socks were black. We had to mop them ourselves because we had a toddler with us who was playing with his toys on the ground. They were so dirty we spent an hour hand mopping them and they still weren’t the cleanest.
Overall, a wonderful house to stay at, just disappointing to have to clean floors on the day we arrived.

Inviting home and hosts with a nice backyard
Our stay was wonderful. We came with our small dog to attend a graduation at CSU Fullerton, and found the house to be very comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the backyard (and so did our dog) and found the kitchen to be stocked with all of the essentials. The Hosts were quick to respond to questions and sent follow up reminders along the way.
If you’re looking for an Italian food recommendation, Roman Cucina (also recommended by the Hosts) in downtown Fullerton is the place to go.
The only downside we found was the high dollar amount damage deposit and the length of time to process the refund. But we left the home in the same condition as we found it, so we got our full refund.

Perfect
This place is everything it says it is. Comfortable beds, smart tvs in every room, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a healthy meal so you don’t have to eat out. The backyard was the hit of the show. The kids loved hanging out there. The host was very accommodating and even emailed us to make sure everything was going okay. Can’t wait to stay here again.

80th Birthday Celebration
We had a great time! The house was wonderful, particularly the backyard with the fire pit. Very close to Disney/California Adventure, and we had fun exploring Fullerton, with some cute shops and small downtown area nearby. My husband loved the Zombie donuts.

Clean, convenient home near Disneyland
We enjoyed our stay tremendously! It was perfect for our family of three. The home is sparkling clean, conveniently located, and spacious. The front and back yards are very well kept. It was a short daily ~10-minute drive to Disneyland each day, with very little traffic and easy to avoid the major freeways. There's plenty of food, grocery, and coffee options nearby which meant everything needed was ~5-minutes away. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Disney.

I 100% recommend this property. As previously stated the backyard is fabulous. We spent a great deal of time out there.
We had three of our adult children, one SIL, my husband and myself staying in the house. My other adult child along with their spouse and newborn, who all live locally - Irvine, visited every day. With that many adults plus two dogs, the house would’ve been too cozy if it wasn’t for the backyard.
We had many celebrations during our stay - 1st grandchild, daughters 30th birthday, Thanksgiving, and my husbands retirement. No grand party’s but still festive. The kitchen was adequate for our large group. Thankfully we asked many questions about what was stocked before our stay. We were able to bring the items that weren’t stocked. The pictures the host sent of the kitchen gear, utensils and such, helped.
A Roku or similar device for the main TV, washer/dryer, ice maker & vacuum are the only things that could’ve improved our week stay. However, when I asked about a vacuum it was dropped at our doorsteps with in an hour or two. With two dogs, we definitely needed it!
The host was easy to communicate with, responsive to requests and quick to reply. With it being thanksgiving week, it made it even more impressive.
Helpful info. : even in late November the weather was beautiful enough to be outside. Within a two block drive or walk, there are numerous eating establishments, groceries, Target, and probably anything else you need. Quick and easy highway access. And I’m not sure if the listing has been changed to reflect it but there are two full bathrooms. One in the master and one for everyone else. Parking for two vehicles in the driveway and more parking on the street if needed. The frontage road to the property is tree lined which sounds out traffic from the busy main road. We felt safe. An added detail is the artificial grass in the backyard. It made cleaning up after the pups easy. The host even provides a dispenser full of poop bags :).
I could probably go on and on about this property but I don’t want this place to become too popular that we can’t find availability for it in the future 😉.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend!
Stayed here for a few nights to visit our college son. From initial communications to the actual stay, owner was responsive, friendly and informative. House and grounds are clean and inviting. A/C works great (it was 95 when we were there) and my MIL wished that she had the stove in her own kitchen. All in all a great stay, and we look forward to staying again.

We had such a good experience staying here. Our 2 year old daughter loved the kids decor and toys in one of the rooms, and the backyard was so beautiful to hang out in as a family. Great space for families
We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at this property. We needed a place to crash for a few days as we were in between moves. It’s very private, easy to work from, and has a great yard for dogs. Brie and Sky were great hosts and were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Rental
The home was super clean, furniture was great and decor was very nice. It definitely had all of the conveniences of home. Some of my friends that normally snore said that they didn’t snore at all and had beautiful night sleeps ( what kind of mattresses were those, because they were comfy for sure).
Beware, the water can get extremely hot in the faucets and showers.
The outdoor backyard area was very large and had lawn games/play set. There was a propane grill that was dirty inside, that we did have to spend a little extra time to clean. There was a cute little wet bar type structure that was locked, but we didn’t bother to contact anyone to figure out how to get it open.
The fire pit was as very lovely touch (you may are not allowed to do s’mores on it).
The area was super quiet and calm.
It was overall a wonderful stay and we would love to come back in the future. Thank you
