Just steps to the no-drive beach in a quiet neighborhood, this 3 bedroom 2 bath family home has a screened-in solar heated pool and all of the conveniences of home. Sit by the pool and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Or walk to the beach, we have beach towels and chairs here for you.
Bring your laptop and work from your vacation home. High speed internet throughout the house for your many devices. Additional table and chairs are provided to set up a desk area.
Conventionally located a mile and a half from restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores. In a quiet adult neighborhood. The house is also wheelchair friendly with one step out to the pool or garage.

The kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking needs and has extras including a blender, tea kettle and Keurig machine.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV with cable and an oversized master bath. Queen bed located in the second bedroom containing a flat-screen with internet-connected TV. Perfect for your Netflix and Hulu. The third bedroom has a flat-screen TV provided for gaming and has a Roku attached. There are shutters for privacy and WiFi is accessible throughout the house.
An outdoor gas grill is provided for outside use.
The house contains a washer and dryer along with linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool is checked and cleaned every Friday morning.
Security cameras installed outside and in the garage for safety and security.
Beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, bicycles, and a wagon are provided for your enjoyment.
Hit the beach even faster with your grocery shopping completed and delivered to the home. The local Publix now has online ordering for in-store pickup or delivery. -Guests shall provide the names of people staying at the property prior to check-in so hosts and caretakers know who is staying. No additional guests that are not included in the lease. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
-No metal or glass objects in the pool including hair ties.
-No parties or events at the property.
-No smoking indoors or on the property.
-No parking or driving on the grass (there is a sprinkler system).
-Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Pool use at your own risk.
Required Property Damage Protection protects your vacation rental from accidental damage caused by guests. Up to $5k in coverage available for items such as broken lamps, windows, and glass; electronics, damaged doors, walls, and furniture; stained bedding or linens, lost keys, and re-keying costs. So don't worry you are covered, if something breaks just let us know so we can replace it for you or the next guest.
Minimum 30 day rental required.
A Refundable House Rules Deposit of $500 has been implemented due to people renting and bringing in additional friends and family beyond the 6 person limit to stay in our home. All overnight guests must be listed on lease with a maximum of 6 people staying overnight in the house. Additional guests will result in the loss of the entire deposit. Additionally, the deposit will cover any excess cleaning and laundry left by guests. The deposit will be refunded after 1 week after check out when all rules are followed.

Made a great trip magical!
We stayed for a month and it was great to swim every day and slip over to the beach whenever we wanted. The property owner is great to connect with and very accommodating! We had so much fun. If we return to the area for a vacation, we will book again!

A Private Tropical Oasis! A+++
We loved everything about our stay! Everything was perfect! Sara is an awesome host who has thought of all the details big and small to make her home into the very best vacation spot . We stayed for 5 weeks in May/June, and we can’t wait to go back. The house was very clean and the furniture, including the beds, was nice and comfortable. The backyard is surrounded by tropical foliage that makes it feel like you are in your own tropical paradise when you are using the pool or lawn furniture. The beautiful beach is just an easy 1/4 mile walk away, and you will have it mostly to yourself as there is no public parking nearby. We’re pretty picky and this place absolutely exceed our expectations.

Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean with arrival, had 3 child life vests, all pool towels and beach toys and chairs. Kitchen well appointed. Host was great with communication.

Beautiful home with steps to the beach!
We loved that beach chairs, toys, bikes, and games were all available for our use. Sara had a welcome packet with are restaurants and numbers all to our avail. The pool was a little chilly but Sara was proactive with the pool maintenance. We would definitely stay there again!

Getting out of a northern winter to NSB is the best!
The house is modern, easy to keep clean. Well located for everything.
Staying in to cook dinner is great, everything needed is there. Morning coffee on the back by the pool was a treat.
Sara is so accommodating! All calls were answered quickly. She took good care of us and we appreciate that.
Got to see a space launch 🚀 , went to Cape Canaveral National Seashore for free on MLK Jr day, discovered the walkway on the dunes and saw gopher tortoises 🐢. We get the pass for the drive on beach so even on windy , cool days we could watch the windsurfers.

Great location and everything we needed!
The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach which we loved, and they had everything you needed for a day at the beach. We also loved that there weren't many people on the beach where the boardwalk was, so we pretty much had the beach to yourself. The owner as excellent to deal with and she has truly thought of almost everything you could need while you're there. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great Location
My husband and myself, our daughter, and our 2 grandsons aged 9 and 11 enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The boys loved the pool and the screened in outdoor area is well furnished and comfortable. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, close to the beach and stores and restaurants. Our daughter took the boys to Lego Land one day, and to Universal Harry Potter another. We will most likely be back to New Smyrna Beach because there is so much to do.

Relaxing Getaway
We enjoyed our stay here, the weather was perfect and the house was wonderful. We did not want for anything during our stay. The house was clean, as described with more comforts that you could ask for in a rental. Communication was on point, and Sara even noticed I had been double charged for insurance before I did and already reached out on my behalf to get that resolved. I would 10/10 stay here again. I didn't want to leave :)

It was so nice to get out of the northern winter to the beautiful beach town of New Smyrna Beach. Delicious food in every restaurant! A grocery store close by. Sunsets to remember. A 4 minute walk to the beach as advertised. We bought the pass for the drive on beach and did that every day!
The house is so easy to stay in. A laundry room, well stocked kitchen, comfy living room made inside living great. The pool and patio outside are shielded from the wind, so even a breezy day was spent out there.
No problems communicating with Sara. She answers all questions quickly. She was a big help to us. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

The house was so clean upon arrival. Check in was very easy as was check out. The owner communicated very well and was very accommodating and responsive. The house was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. The house had everything you needed for the beach. There was a wagon, coolers, sand toys for the kids, an umbrella and life jackets. The pool was the highlight for our 4 and 6 year olds. Very nice. There is a Publix close by for any grocery needs. This property is amazing . It’s even better than the pictures. Amazing location , private beach (very little people ) . The walk to the beach was quite short, even my toddler walked on his own. It was so clean, I felt comfortable considering covid-19. The owner was very responsive and cares about your stay . The house has so many cute touches. There is a lot of attention to detail . She has thought of everything to make your stay great . We will definitely be returning .

A perfect spot for our family vacation. We have spend three weeks here and have enjoyed every day. The house was absolutely spotless, the complete interior was modern and in excellent condition. We absolutely enjoyed our vacation. This home has a great location, short walk to the beach and store just down the road. The beach felt like our very own private beach. No matter what time of day, the only people we saw were maybe a few joggers. The home was very clean with everything you need to go to the beach.
