Bad

Located on a busy street and close to key local things. Normal Manila traffic so make plans for delays. Took some time to catch a grab from this location. The security officers were nice and friendly. The host was nice when she came out to meet me, and there is a 100 php/hr early or late check fee.

I left this location a day early and did not even ask for a refund for the following reasons. Infested with cockroaches, I mean from babies on the floor to adults crawling on the bed when trying to sleep. Inside the CR. I only got 3 hours of non-good sleep because of them crawling on me. On the ceiling and in the cabinets. Does not have a Dishwasher, but does have a sink. I would not take my kids here because of the roaches and the danger of them getting into their ears/nose/mouth. This review was on Unit 202 in Building Ukraine. These are huge apartments, so the likelihood is infested by other units is possible; however, it is unsafe to sleep with them crawling everywhere.

I like how its near the market and anything i want is here also and hows the owner accomodating us. .

It was ok and miss marivic and her husband was so helpful, accommodating.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our travel

we got a no smoking room but the room given so reeked of cigarette smell that the curtains, bedsheets pillows all smelt of cigarette. we were not able to sleep well because of the smell as all of us do not smoke. The owner/caretaker was not aware of this but when we told her she was very apologetic about it as she did not check the room before our stay. she promised to do something about it though for the next guests. so all is good ..
