Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Come stay in this deluxe 2 story 5 bedroom 4 bath townhome. Located on North Padre. Only a short drive to the beach .. Several restaurants in the area. The resort has a great kids pool and playground and a large family pool.
Private sitting area outside with a grill. Home has cable tv and internet along with its own full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Very nice property. Close to beach. Pool was clean and we had a great time at the pool and the beach. The property manager was very attentive to any concers that came up.

My family and I had a great time here.... Plenty of space to accommodate my big family. Pool area is awesome and easy access to get to the beach. Elaine was great and available when we needed her. Definitely gonna come back!

The house is dirty like they havent clean at all. Even the bathroom sink got hair on them. And all the the air vent is dripping water. And the washer is not working properly the cloths is still super wet after it been wash and the door is lock until you unplug and plug it back in to reset also the grill outside is rusted and old . And there's a cockcroach under the bed . And when we try to compain to the owner. They always have an excuse and think that we're lying. We wont stay here again . It will be our last time after this experience.

Overall this is a nice property. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were decently comfortable. The property itself is great. Very nice pool with a small kiddy pool and a playground. Very close to several restaurants. There's no way you're walking to the beach though, as the property is on a major road. But there's plenty of beach parking. The description is a little inaccurate. The listing shows the bunk room as having two twin bunks each with a trundle for six beds total. There's only one trundle, so it's actually five. And the room is so small that the trundle, if pulled out completely, is pressed up against the other bunk. So there's no way to step over the trundle. And that trundle mattress was pretty janky, especially compared to the relatively decent mattresses in the rest of the unit. So know you're realistically only getting four kids in that room. Biggest downside was that there is one pillow per person (one per twin, two for each king/queen), and they're super thin. Whether this impacts you is tbd, I suppose. Be aware that the video game you see in the pictures has a busted joystick. And that living room mattress is literally next to the dining room table. So plan accordingly. But overall, we enjoyed it. Owner is super responsive and easy to work with. We really enjoyed the short walk to the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The area was very nice. The family pool and play area were a great bonus. The home is a short drive to several beaches. A beach pass costs $12 per vehicle, which was worth it. We took a couple of day trips that were good. The USS Lexington was a great experience, and the Selena museum and memorial were nice too. It's easy to get back to Corpus for groceries, restaurants and day trips. As a disclaimer, I did not contact the host immediately about the cleanliness of the home. When I did, she was not interested in seeing the photos I took of the filth. I do not consider my standards higher than average, but would have appreciated the return of the cleaning fee since the home was not clean when we arrived. I literally spent several hours cleaning just the kitchen. I didn't contact the host right away because I was too frustrated with the situation and honestly just wanted to enjoy vacation We didn't want to think about someone coming in to clean while we were there. Host was responsive and polite, and honored a discounted rate (I didn't ask) that wasn't changed before we booked.

Very pleasant stay nice quiet area and plenty of living room space for all the family to be together and remember our past loved one. Kids loved the arcade and double bunk beds in rooms! Really just what we needed.

We came into Corpus Christi for our annual Christmas experience. Party of 11. The house was amazing and very roomy for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the location. Elaine is fantastic and I loved the open communication with her. If we venture back to Corpus, we will be booking with her!

We loved the property. It housed everyone very comfortably. The location was close to the college. We came down for my grandson's senior ring ceremony. It was an exciting time. However, we were disappointed in the cleaning of certain areas. The toilets had not been cleaned. Fans and vents were dusty. The ice maker/water did not work. The switch was broke off. The fridge had not been wiped out. Also, the smoke alarms had been removed.

My family and I very much enjoyed our weekend stay from start to finish! Check in was a breeze. The house was a perfect size for our family of 16. Elaine answered all my questions before our arrival as well as during! When we thought the fridge wasn’t working, she was quick to respond and send someone to look at it. She also offered to bring us coolers and ice. However, none was needed as it turned out it was just user error. Lol We’re hoping to make this a yearly tradition and would be happy to stay here again!

Excellent location and bonus is it's a corner unit so parking was a breeze. Unit was clean, well stocked through and through and everything worked (all appliances, lighting, etc). Our group reviewed many, many units and we only had one 7 year old, the rest of us were adults - this was the absolute best overall for comfortablely sleeping 16 adults. Couch was so comfy, 2 additional adults could sleep on it. Group of 17 was next door - they didn't hear us and we didn't hear them. We would book this specific unit again, hands down.

The house was picked up, but not clean when we got there. It appeared it had only been picked up and linens were cleaned (hopefully). Every cabinet was sticky, the refrigerator ice or water had bugs in it, our feet were black from walking on the floors, dishwasher did not work and the fridge leaked. The house fit a large family comfortably and was close to the beach and other activities. Overall we had a great time.

Our whole experience was great. from the early checking in , layout of house, very responsive owner, to the great location. Our only concern, which was discussed directly with owner, was the cleanliness of the floors. Elaine smoothed everything out with us and we appreciate that. But We found lots of ants in multiple areas of the home to include bedrooms, under sofa rug, living area, and through dining area. We had to purchase a swifter to clean our floors and clean up the ants. Other than the cleaning up we did, the house was wonderful. The Pac-Man was a huge hit, and used all day by our whole family. We also would have liked more drinking glasses. We will likely be staying here again as the home was a huge success. Thank you Elaine for your wonderful hospitality, we’ll see you again soon !!

Overall a decent rental,could definately be much cleaner.The hostess was very accessible.A storm had knocked out a breaker and she had it replaced within ab hour of contacting her.Location is good but you cant rent golf carts for the beach due to it being on the highway.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It had plenty of beds and plenty of space for about 18 people in our group. It was very close to the beach. It was also about equal distance between Port Aransas, and the aquarium and Lexington in Corpus Christi. The salt water pool that is available to this property was very relaxing, had restroom facilities, and was really clean as well as providing a nice shallow pool for smaller children I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was great, answers questions really quickly, and is available for whatever is needed.

The overall experience was very positive, the unit was impressive, and “spotless “. I can’t wait to get back to this property, we all had a lot of fun and no problems! Communication with the property owner was great and she let us check in an hour early and bring our little dog with us which was greatly appreciated. The property though was very dirty. Trash/food under furniture, in the beds, and in all the dresser drawers. Our feet turned black from walking barefoot on the floors because they were so filthy. There was mouse poop in the closets and roaches that were all in the kitchen every morning. This property could really use a deep cleaning (furniture included) and an exterminator. Thought long and hard about this review but I don’t want people to spend their money on a place to be disappointed like we were.

We enjoyed our stay! Lots of space for everyone and the large living room was great for gathering together. Despite the construction, the location is great with easy access to tourist places and beaches in the area. The owner was very responsive to all my messages. Would definitely recommend for larger groups looking for a great place to stay.

It's place is very nice and spacious. Lots of bathrooms (4) & sleeping spots. Plenty of sitting spaces, little difficulty with the t.v. channels but fot to see a bit of it. The back porch has a grill & chairs. The pool looked very clean & big but weather was cold so didnt use.The construction on the bridges are horrible and time consuming if going back & forth to Corpus like us. Overall, would recommend this property for large group.
