A few minutes from Woodstock Village Green, KTD Monastery, OPUS 40, HITS, Bard, Woodstock Jewish Congregation, Levon Helm’s Rambles, Maverick Concerts, Woodstock Playhouse. All the comforts of home including AC, heat, cable, TV, DVD & private patio with charcoal grill. Tastefully decorated. Small equipped galley kitchen. Sleeping loft with Queen size bed, new futon in the main area. In-ground saline pool on site, shared with owner, seasonal. Skiing and hiking close by.

Many nice touches in this cabin. Books, music- and history-related décor. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker, and hot plate. We were happy to sleep on the futon; the loft has quite a low ceiling.

My best friend and I stayed here for two nights. It was cozy as expected, but perfect for our needs. Karyn the host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns. The cabin is close to the center of town by car.
My only complaint was that the hot water in the shower ran out in less than 10 mins. Thankfully I don't take long showers, but I was surprised it ran out so quickly.

Overall nice, but not quite what we expected. That said the property manager was very nice and helpful.

The property is convenient to both Woodstock and Saugerties. It is a bit small so be prepared to knock elbows is there's more than one of you staying there. The only real problem for me was the sink in the bathroom. I ended up using the kitchen sink to do my necessaries. But its cute and comfortable and the owner is very nice.

This property is a small, sweet, well-appointed, and very comfortable cabin in a beautiful, quiet wooded setting. It feels very private but is not at all isolated. It's decorated with an eclectic combination of whimsy, Woodstock memorabilia and lots of interesting books and other reading material. It's also very close to the center of Woodstock. Thank you Karyn, for sharing your little piece of paradise!

I was a little late booking for Presidents weekend for a family ski trip. This little cabin was perfect. We were able to ski during and then drive back to Woodstock to eat dinner and then bed....my wife liked doing some window shopping in Woodstock. The place is small but that was communicated on the listing. Clean, everything we needed for a fun weekend

I needed a weekend away. I only live an hour and 15 mins away, which was the perfect distance. I planned my spontaneous trip at the last possible minute, and Karyn helped me every step of the way. The second I stepped foot in the door, I felt this calming vibe of comfort.The house was very clean and stocked with your basic essentials, towels, mini toiletries, blankets, pillows (bring pillow cases), plates, cups, silverware, mini fridge and standard kitchen appliances. The decor was fitting for the area with lots of music and art references that I LOVED!!! It's a very short drive to downtown Woodstock and Levon Helms Studio. Karyn was easily accessible by phone with any questions I had, which was great since I was flying solo. I enjoyed chatting with Karyn and can see why the home felt so loved and cared for. I can't wait to come back. I named my stay "At the Little-Red" as an homage to the Big Pink. Thanks again Karyn!

The property was quaint and fit the Woodstock atmosphere we were looking for. It is near to the town center of Woodstock, but very private. The musician posters were great.

This could be a fun stay for young people, but as tall seniors, we didn't really enjoy it. It was smaller than anticipated and the loft was not useable for us. We were told most people don't use the loft anyway. Most concerning, however, was the seeming instability of the floor. In some places it was so squishy I felt I might fall through. In the bathroom, there is a noticeable lean in the floor. The shelf above the sink does not allow for washing or toothbrushing at the very small sink. The kitchen was well appointed and the shower water was great. The futon could have been more comfortable. Overall, it has a Bohemian feel that may appeal to some. Karen was an excellent host.

Lovely setting in a wooded area, a small stream flowing next to us due to recent rain. We had everything we could need. Cute decor, too! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. Thank you!

I was so happy when I arrived at ChezBevet and was greeted by Karyn and Stella. Karyn gave me a little tour of the cabin, a charmingly renovated barn on her property, which was safe, clean and had everything I needed in a compact space. I love the sound of birds singing and katydids chirping, the smell of forest and seeing trees and green outside every window. There is a futon couch on the main floor and a large comfortable mattress up the ladder, in the loft above. It was a short drive to the center of town and to local trails. I will surely be back at ChezBevet in the future and will look forward to seeing and chatting with Karyn again.

This little house was just wonderful , and Karyn was fantastic host. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure our stay was all we hoped it would be. The house was clean, tidy and very well-equipped, and we plan to return for another visit in the future.

Perfect Little Place!
Wow! Based out the outside picture, you cannot believe the open/airy feeling inside. Yes it is small but brilliantly designed. Has everything you need and feels sooo much bigger than it is. I slept up in the loft, my cousin slept on the futon, giving us both privacy and in a way making it feel like a two-bedroom. First time to Woodstock and it is such a great town. The location of the cottage is super close by and perfect for our needs (show at Levon Helm). Highly recommended!

A Great Option
The property was perfect for my wife and me, and our dog. While the cabin is small, it is well organized and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and a salt water pool shared with the owner was a real bonus. As for the owner, she made the whole experience even better. She's friendly, helpful and informative. We will definitely be back.

Its not much bigger than a hotel room, not a tiny house - but definitely tiny! The loft where the bed is is also quite tight and we slept on the pullout futon. The kitchen doesn't have a stove, just a hot plate. IF you are like us - a couple that hikes, reads books on the futon at night, get some takeout and make simple foods - an affordable, far better than a hotel room kind of place. If you are more than two, want luxury, space, modern, sort of home away from home kind of place.... maybe keep looking. In the summer, I guess you could use the pool, and there was a small, private space with a table and small grill.

Catskill getaway
Lovely little cabin in the mountain woods. Close to towns and activities. Karen is a warm and welcoming host. The cabin interior has lots of local historic and cultural do dads. It's small but well equipped. I am 6'2" . 280 and the shower was fine. Great for a couple or young small family.

Five minutes to Woodstock
It was a wonderful place for my lady friend and I to stay. We felt right at home and it had everything you would need to have a very nice time. Five minute drive to Woodstock.

Road trip stopover
We stayed 2 nights in Woodstock to break up a road trip and this was the perfect location for our family of 4. It is tight, but our kids are small and we knew what to expect. Plus, it was a nice break from tent camping and living out of our minivan. We had everything we needed in the cabin, and Karen was very responsive to our questions.

We are a couple in our late 60's and chose to sleep on the futon downstairs rather than take a chance on the stairs at night. Futon was great for sleeping though.
