Kennedy Park (1.5 miles) is a short stroll away for great hiking & biking, while multiple 5-star restaurants are all within a few minute walk. Tanglewood (2 miles), Kripalu (3 miles), Shakespeare & Co. (1 mile), Berkshire Theatre Festival & the Norman Rockwell Museum (7 miles), Butternut, Jiminy Peak (15 miles) & Bousquet (5 miles) ski area, Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center & Jacob's Pillow (14 miles) are all close by!
The Lemon Cottage is comfortable, cozy and charming with the convenience of downtown Lenox just a 2-minute walk away. The main living area has a gas fireplace, TV and space for eating, relaxing and hanging out. All the bedrooms have multiple windows and a comfortable amount of space and lovely natural light. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen and the backyard is great for enjoying peaceful afternoons and evenings.

Just as quaint the inside as the outside! Perfect location for walking to and from shops and restaurants in Lenox. Host was super accommodating, accessible, and helpful. We love Lenox and will definitely consider this property when we book for next year!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Tom was a very good communicator and accommodating with a special request of ours. The neighbors were very friendly as well and made us feel like part of the community. Easy walk into town to enjoy Lenox!

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay at the Lemon Cottage. The cottage was clean, well appointed, and homey. The furnishings were simple yet comfortable and the space very functional. It was also super cozy—our stay, unfortunately, was filled with rain, but hanging out in the living room with the fire on was a true pleasure. The location cannot be beat (about a 2 minute walk to the main street of Lenox) and Tom and Susanna were an absolute delight to correspond with. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this adorable home while in Lenox. It is cozy and cute, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed one night at home curled up on the couch. The hosts are very accommodating and are committed to your comfort and enjoyment of their property. Highly recommend!

Tom, our host, could not have been more authentically gracious and helpful. I arrived with a car problem and he enlisted his mechanic to help. It was a wonderful experience.

The house is a small cottage. It is dated in style, but well maintained and is in an excellent location - a short walk to downtown Lenox and a short drive to Tanglewood. The owners maintained excellent communication and were very responsive in addressing some small items we needed for the house (replacement light bulbs, etc). We had an enjoyable week at Lemon Cottage.

This house is convenient to town, restaurants, and theater. A small supermarket in town and two large ones within a few miles.
The house is well-eqippped and supplied with lots of spices. The washing machine and dryer are large capacity and state of the art.

My son and I stayed in this cottage for 3 nights. It is a great place and an easy walk into Lenox with all its terrific restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the yard. Instructions and communications were top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent 2 nights at a lemon Cottage and it did NOT disappoint! The home was meticulous, comfortable and had all of the amenities you would need. Tom, the owner was so helpful and easy to get in touch with.
One of the best features was its proximity to shops, galleries, coffee shops and great restaurants. We could walk to all within 2-5 minutes, which was a huge perk!!

The Lemon Cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to walk to the restaurants and shopping in Lenox, and use the cottage for a home base for trips to Williamstown, North Adams and Sturbridge. We'd be happy to come back!

For our first time in the Berkshires my wife and I chose the Lemon Cottage and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The location is perfect, walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants, shopping and all that Lennox has to offer. We barely used our car but other attractions are only a short ride away. The cottage is charmingly decorated and immaculately clean with comfy beds and linens and books and games to keep you entertained. The host is super responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our time and definitely hope to become repeat guests.

We really enjoyed our time at the Lemon Cottage. We came up to go skiing and loved being walking distance from town. When we were at the cottage, we enjoyed the fireplace and the cozy set up. Tom was kind and communicative. We hope to return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at the lemon cottage. We were in the area for a wedding that had events over 3 days. It was clean, just enough room and centrally located. Traveling back and forth to the wedding events was easy and within 5 mile range. We even fit in a hike at Pleasant Vally Wildlife Sanctuary. It was challenging for us and the view from the top was beautiful. We had a great time!

Lemon cottage is wonderfully comfortable for a couple or small family -- with all you would need in a perfect location ... quiet street, just a few blocks from downtown Lenox. Tom was a great host throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

Exceeded expectations. Location is incomparable. Short stroll to town shops and restaurants. Walked to Shakespeare and Co. Walked (long) to Tanglewood. House had everything we needed and then some. Host Tom was super helpful and friendly. Hope he’ll have us back.

Great rental in Lenox
This is a lovely house within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Lenox, and short drives to Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, and other Berkshire performing arts and visual venues. The house is cute and very well kept. The owner was highly responsive to all of our questions. Really just a lovely place to stay in Lenox!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lemon Cottage-it had everything we needed including being in a perfect location to walk into town. Our host was easy to reach and most helpful. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Girls weekend respite
Four women from my family attended a retreat at Kripalu and needed a place to stay as the facility was sold out. We found this cozy cottage only 7min away. The owner was wonderfully welcoming and gave us great suggestions for nearby restaurants.
Beds: all of them were very comfortable with great linens.
Bathroom: only 1 but it had everything we needed including good water pressure.
Kitchen: well stocked.
Living room: cozy with a great fireplace (wasn’t needed this trip but would be great in the winter).
Yard: tiny but cute.
Note: there is no central air. There are window units though.
Easy walk to great restaurants, shops and coffee places.
Did I mention the owner was super nice?

The cottage was perfect for our family of four. . It was clean, nicely decorated, and had a lot of character. The WiFi and TV worked great. The location was perfect. It was a 3 minute walk the town of Lenox and all the restaurants and nice shops. Bousquet ski mountain was a 10 minute drive and a very cool modern ski resort. We explored nearby towns, skied Butternut, checked out Mass MoCA Museum and had a great 3 days. Tom was a great host. He responded quickly and was very helpful anytime we reached out. We hope to be back.

Cozy and Well Located
We had a wonderful time at the Lemon Cottage! It was very walkable to some great stores and restaurants, and only a short drive to our destination of Kripalu. The gas fireplace was fantastic as the temperatures dipped below zero during our stay, but the house stayed warm and cozy!

We walked through town several times over our weekend stay, took a drive through neighboring Stockbridge and other quaint places, shopped and dined. The street is tucked away and quiet but town is just steps away! Each day we returned to the house exhausted and slept so well: the king bed in the primary bedroom is dreamy comfortable.
The cottage is a true home away from home. You feel it as soon as you pull into the driveway.
Tom is also just so kind and helpful, from questions about the house, to the neighborhood, to kid friendly eats.
We would be so happy to return to the lemon cottage!!!

We stay in area 1-2 times/year. This was our first stay at Lemon Cottage. Perfect for us with master bedroom and bath on first floor. The host Tom was very easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again during our next visit.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our time here! Peter was so helpful and the communication was great. The house was clean, comfortable and in walking distance to the cute town area. We would definitely stay here again!
